also the article has an eye-roll inducing undertone of ‘things were better in the good old days’

pointless article. the Ed Sheeran comment sums it all up really lol

if it stays consistent on Apple Music and Spotify I see no reason why it can’t push for top 10 again! music video streams will presumably stay strong too

just putting my two cents in, surely Cor Lupus will qualify from Semi 2 - such a solid EDM tune, a true injustice if it DNQ’s

Pet Shop Boys surely :magic:

the deadline has been extended to 23.59 tonight :)

Hinterlandia has voted x that semi ended up being a lot more synth-heavy than I expected it to  very strong overall, my top 2 in particular were practically impossible to separate. looking forward to the results, as luck would have it a friend has just cancelled our drinks tomorrow night so I shall be in attendance

big win for fans of good music *_* JADE potentially able to cling onto the top 5 debut at this rate I hope !

would be nigh-on impossible in the TikTok era - so many songs that make their way into the top 100 these days are random viral tracks from past years without an official single classification. album rollouts seem to be much more of a case of 'see which songs catch on before deciding on a single to push' nowadays, too

I presume you mean all the birds in the sky except the cheeky magpie in your picture
