  1. I would join but every time I’ve been in fantasy leagues I’ve always found they end up hindering my enjoyment of the league, I find myself enjoying PL gameweeks less because I’m constantly focused on the players in my team - I think I prefer just being able to enjoy non-Chelsea games as a neutral spectator, they raise my blood pressure enough on their own
  2. Man Utd 2-1 Fulham Ipswich 1-3 Liverpool Arsenal 3-0 Wolves Everton 1-1 Brighton Newcastle 4-1 Southampton Nottingham Forest 0-2 Bournemouth West Ham 0-2 Aston Villa Brentford 1-2 Crystal Palace Chelsea 2-2 Man City Leicester 1-2 Tottenham

  6. I feel like a good idea for a future spinoff would be a similar duo concept but you choose one song between the two of you that represents you and your partner's tastes equally ! would definitely be fun although would probably benefit from 40+ entrants so there's more variety to vote from ~
  7. if the success of 'Illusion' and 'Zur Party' are anything to go by, I would say definitely x
  8. third last place! but tysm Scotland 2, Séyetana, Persephonia (a Hinterphonia vote exchange again !!), Jadakissnia & Taahino for the votes :cheer: remarkably enough all 5 countries that voted for 'Starstruck' also recieved 3 or more points from me, what are the chances :o + thank u for hosting NocheLuna & well done seven (#Hinteroski) on 7th place x roll on the next BJSC for another opportunity for Hinterlandia to not flop !
  9. just when I thought we were spared of Taylor songs in the charts for at least a few months
  10. agreed, I think in a reasonably quiet period for sales she could have easily gotten a 3rd number one with the right track at some point over the last few weeks ! that's not to say that she won't get another number one when the album comes out ofc

I love 'Million Dollar Baby', I was going to enter it to BJSC last month until I found out she'd had success earlier in the year in the contest ! eager to listen to the album in full

I heard 'Blue Green Red' on the radio earlier - the most I've been impressed by a Drake song in years. wouldn't at all mind it becoming a hit

  14. absolute dross coming to ruin the perfect chart top 3 next week I fear
  15. not me Googling 'sphincter' trying to see if I'd totally missed a #1 from last year
  16. sharing the same sentiments with the counter-protests in Birmingham tonight - the far-right were completely outnumbered by the local community, I couldn’t make it myself but heard from neighbours that there were thousands gathered in the city centre to stand off against the fascists ! very proud to live in Brum city centre, such a wonderful community <3
  17. fair enough  it's out now, the verses are good but the chorus sounds like something Radio X will be playing five times a day for the next ten years (I suppose that's what I mean lol)
  18. ‘Big Dawgs’ flying up. wouldn’t be surprised to see it make top 10 eventually
  19. 'Club Classics', '365' & 'Sympathy is a Knife' for me x
  20. brat summer etc xx
  21. oh no  I saw clips of the counter-protestors by Bordesley Green McDonalds earlier and it said there had been no violence on either side. a real shame that didn't stay the case :(
  22. yes I was very much taken aback when I first listened to the 'School Nights' EP !! it's... different to her new stuff to say the least  but I'm so pleased for her that she's found her sound now and feels comfortable with her identity and of course with the music she's making <33
  23. the solidarity + peaceful protest from the local community in Birmingham today quite comfortably overwhelmed the (perhaps surprisingly small) amount of far-right idiots. the fact people are willing to come out in numbers to stand up against fascism and Islamophobia is at least indicative that the national opinion is massively against the horrors we're seeing in our towns and cities at the moment. that's something to hold on to - I don't think things will stop immediately but I do imagine over the next days and weeks the riots and 'protests' will start to wind down into irrelevancy once more. :)
  24. has anyone here listened to her 2020 single 'Love Me Anyway' ? I believe it's the only track from this era of releases that didn't make it onto 'Midwest Princess', but it's gorgeous  a dreamier, more laid back vibe to most of this record but the style suits her so much !
  25. liking the look of Scotoche 2's entries. I know of Julianna Barwick's remix of Radiohead's 'Reckoner' & was a big fan of Wednesday's track 'Hot Rotten Grass Smell' earlier in the year so looking forward to getting stuck into those two ! the Gambian/Russian entry combo sounds intriguing, I usually LOVE African instruments so hyped for that in particular x Eleni Foureira !! 'Fuego' was ROBBED of Eurovision 2018, probably one of my favourite ESC finalists in the past decade but I haven't heard any of her music beyond that so curious to listen to 'Aeraki'. lastly, the Anitta & Isabella Lovestory combo looks exciting - I loved Anitta's 'Paradinha' a few years back & recall a collab between Isabella and Bladee with Palmistry from 2022 which was a bop x plenty of artists I'm familiar with but I don't think I've heard any of the entries before, very much excited to get listening (vote #Hinteroski xx)
