Nobody in the know?

Does anybody know what happened/is happening to The Killers - Flesh & Bone It was first listed for a March release, then 1st April, then appeared in the 'coming soon' section but has now vanished! Thanks!

18th Mar The Killers – Flesh And Bone Is this definitely official? Where do you hear all this from? I really hope it is! Been hearing different things about which song would be the next single.

Why are people expecting 60k for Biffy? Their last two debuted on 43k and 47k respectively in a better climate?

Also, I see Brandon Flowers - Flamingo album is now selling at £2.50-£3 in some stores (although more in HMV), so is it on the budget albums chart now.. how does this relate to it's certifications? (as in it has sold ~255k, but I guess the cheap copies wouldn't be eligible to contribute to it achieving platinum at 300k (if it ever were too))? Just not sure how it'd work, as some copies are still sold at a higher price. thanks again!

Sorry but I'm afraid it's an untrue rumour! The band management have confirmed they will not be appearing. In regards to sales its a shame, could have pushed Battle Born to eventually double Platinum. But on the other hand this way they really do have their integrity as a rock band in tact, for some appearing on the X Factor would have been a step too far, like how so many proper Coldplay fans have come to regard the MX era. BB will still go Platinum... hopefully one day 2x!

The Killers are a better example, as though their latest fell 6k short the 200k+ openings of the last 2 more than make up for that! But I think we should distinguish between The Killers/Muse as bands and Take That/1D as groups!
