It's not really the label. As good an album as it is, it's not commercial enough, and the label can't do anything with an album that has no potential hit singles, so why would they waste money on something that'll flop?

^ I agree with this statement. There are few (if any) similarities. It's true that both songs have overly produced, computerized type voices, but it doesn't necessarily make them similiar by all that much. That said, Radar is a whole lot better. I haven't heard Nu-di-ty, however.
