NEW MUSIC FRIDAY 6.06.25 #33 Sapphire – Ed Sheeran (3/10) Tell me how Ed went from making many, many good singles that'll stick with me for years to making three songs that are forgettable. Sure, Azizam was my most streamed once, but it never really had a place in my heart… it's like a song that's good but not over the top but for some reason stuck with you. "Sapphire" goes for a mix of English and Punjabi, with Ed starting the song with a generic start and then loudly screaming "Sapphire" and then starting to rap, and if you know me, then you know I hate Ed Sheeran rapping; it's one of the most unnecessary things! It's like when Taylor Swift tried to cover Eminem's "Lose Yourself". And I've actually been hearing "Sapphire" on my feed for weeks, but it never stuck with me; in fact, it started bad, and now it's soured on me more than it already soured. It's sad seeing one of my most streamed artists stumble this badly. Manchild – Sabrina Carpenter (5.6/10) A quick and poor attempt to make another hit song that resembles "Short N Sweet". Sabrina can never get the summer formula right, and the amount of basic choices and rehashes of older songs from Sabrina showcases this; she isn't one with the ideas. :( Times Like These – Addison Rae (7.9/10) What's happening?! Two good Addison songs in a row, and I never even liked her or this era. For this song Addison switches into a softer style of pop that blends her style but in a different light that reflects her talent even more! Amazing! OMG – Tiesto/Sexyy Red (8/10) Another song from F1: The Movie, and to my shock, this is the best one yet! I don't think Sexyy could've made this lively and energetic energy without Tiesto, but even without Tiesto, she gave a good rapping performance that sounds like it could fit in the F1 movie. If you want a new, fresh party song, then this could be for you! God Went Crazy – Teddy Swims (8.4/10) Is this the start of another "I've Tried Everything But Therapy" era?! Because this is beautiful. The way Teddy's smooth soul style glides easily through the easy-to-understand yet hard-hitting lyrics that capture you from the start. Teddy Swims is a REAL soul. Lion – Little Simz/Obongjayer (8.3/10) A collaboration that highlights the two's strengths in a rap and soul genre blend. Honestly, I'm so excited to hear the full album. Type Dangerous – Mariah Carey (7.3/10) Boom-bap, soul and R&B in a mix that sounds good for the dancefloor and reminds me of BeyoncΓ©'s older eras but better. Save My Love – Marshmello/Ellie Goulding/AVAION (6/10) This got disappointing quickly... The song had a good start and sounded like it was building up to a big, emotional hook that'll captivate you in the sound… and then it just stopped in the build-up and turned into this repetitive song that'll make you tired of it quickly. This could be something much bigger. Dior - MK/Chrystal (6.5/10) Despite Chrystal giving another unsatisfying vocal performance that could've said MUCH more, MK still had a nice loop that brought some fun. Overall, it was still too much of a safe move from the two, sadly. CHROMA 010 BRILLO – BICEP (7/10) Think of this like if Joji's beats didn't have a dreamy atmosphere and if he became a DJ (but it's actually still good.) Want You – SPINALL/DESTIN CONRAD/JayO (7.8/10) A really nice showcase of the Afrobeat genre that stays true to the culture while giving us a taste of the fun as well. Great song. Summertime – SL/Knucks/SaintΓ© (4/10) A pointless under-two-minute track that sounds like if a male version of Ice Spice, Central Cee and a male version of Little Simz got on a song. Touch Me Like a Gangster – Jessie Murph (8.2/10) One of my least favourite music artists is actually making really good stuff… WOW. Sure, she's still not the best at singing, but this slaps. I haven't heard a country combination quite like this; it's fun, it's badass, and the production steers away from anything you'd hear in the country world... It kind of reminds me of Tones And I. Tina – Pulp (5/10) I get this is supposed to be a deeply emotional and connecting song about love, but it's just hard to connect with from how boring the song is. Pulp didn't give it their all, and I think the biggest reason is most likely that they're past their prime. (assuming they had one, as I haven't heard their older music) Blisters & Sunburn – Sebastian Schub (6.8/10) It's like if Mark Ambor and Shawn Mendes made a song that wasn't a happy song. Angel – Ben Hemsley (8/10) I actually like the bass and the upbeat summer sound, a electronic sound that I'll be saving for the beach! Love it! FREEDOM – DAMEDAME*/Jorja Smith (6.5/10) Jorja Smith may be a feature, but I'm still counting this as another miss by her. And the song altogether is just what Jorja has been doing recently but with a little twist, the twist where her style feels watered down. Cruel Love – Leon Vynehall/Beau Nox (5.5/10) Another forgettable song. Balanced – Headie One (8/10) Headie One makes possibly their best rap song I've heard yet; it's fast, quick and simple yet effective for a good change of mood. Love Language – Mimi Webb (7.6/10) FINALLY… Mimi is back on track, at least for now. "Love Language" is a chill pop song that brings back vibes from her previous album, "Amelia" (which is what I want). Fly Or Burn – Jea Mira (7.4/10) I want to compare this to someone, but I can't think who… not that the song is really different, but I just can't think. But hey, it's a pop song; it's nice, but nothing I'll be guaranteed to come back to. Best For Me - Cynthia Erivo (7.4/10) Sounds like something Ariana Grande would've made as a non-single, and that's not an insult or a compliment, just a comparison. This is emotional, and Cynthia handles that well; she continues her run of singles well. Chameleon – Alemeda/Rachel Chinouriri (4.5/10) Rachel has her part in this, but it doesn't do anything. She's back to making the worse/mediocre side of her music. ALL I WANT IS YOU – The Kid Laroi (5/10) It's like a slightly longer version of "Nights Like This". Pointless, and I honestly bet this was to recreate "Nights Like This". RIP KP – King Princess (7.5/10) Honestly, it really reminds me of 070 Shake; I wouldn't be surprised if this was inspired by her. If you like that more intense energy, then you may like this. Gonna Change – Ruby Roberts (4/10) Why did the Spotify snippet make me think this was going to be good? This is the equivalent of a dry text. Nettles – Ethel Cain (8/10) A big change in style from "Perverts" that launches Ethel into a less dark sound and a brighter one that still has a wonderful feeling to it. HIDEAWAY – Switch Disco/Tones And I (4/10) I don't think either of the two did a good job. Tones And I's voice doesn't work with the production, and Switch Disco made some really generic dance elements into something that won't be remembered in any world. Ewww - Wohdee (5/10) Can't remember a single second of it after it ended... another skip. Heat – Rita Ora (5.4/10) Rita may be starting a new era, and the first single isn't as good as some of her others from her last era; she plays it too safe. The Little Mess You Made – The Favours/FINNEAS/Ashe (5.5/10) I know I've heard very few songs from FINNEAS, but I still can't seem to understand his hype. I <3 YOU - MARINA (8/10) MARINA is a pop princess, and this is another song that proves that. Good Looking Girl, Awful Music – AILSHA (1.5/10) It's true that this is, in fact, awful music. Sounds glitchy. NEEDY – Internet Girl/Lancey Foux (4/10) What I heard felt like a blur and a mess that needs context and to be reimagined. Fearless – PRESIDENT (7.2/10) It's better than their last single; at least they've discovered themselves more, and the hardcore sound is displayed well. ALL 2 U – KILLOWEN (5/10) Quoting Killowen – "Jesus Christ, I'm not Christian, but I could've sworn I saw God last night." Uuuuuuhh… that's a line… that's a line. And for the rest, it's standard and at best has some nice beat kicks. Incomprehensible – Big Thief (6.5/10) A mix of neo-psychedelia and indie-pop in a mix that's overrated to have a 90 user score. This didn't give me much. Not There Yet – LULU. (7/10) LULU. Has a soft voice that works really well on this Afro-soul song. Seems 2 Be – Leah Music (5/10) Where To Look – NilΓΌfer Yanya (5/10) This is the third song I've heard by NilΓΌfer Yanya, following her Western song and Cold Heart; this is easily the weakest of those three. Tokyo Rain – Loaded Honey (6/10) Sounds like it was inspired by Jungle's music. Sweet Love – Vibe Chemistry/Debbie (5/10) Vibe Chemistry makes a lazy song that badly highlights them as an artist. 9 Months - Alfa Mist (8.2/10) It's like a simplified version of Mickinley Dixon's recent stuff – and I really like that brand of rap. Great stuff. Politix – BEX (2/10) OH MY WORD THE VOICE IS SO ANNOYING. The start reminds me of that cringe moment of the comedian saying, "I'm not confident; I'm just loud." UPsum - Oscar #Worldpeace (5/10) My brain memory has just been wiped of what I've heard – not memorable. I CARE – Turnstile (5/10) Thrillz – Azekel (5.5/10) JUNGLE – Sigma/Stefflon Don/Yung Sabre (7.5/10) With a loud and clear production, "Jungle" sounds like 2023's "Baddadan" with a booming drum and bass hook with electronics. CONTROL – Frost Children (6/10) Go Back - Gardna/Javeon (4.9/10) A lazy few spoken sentences open the song that turns into a dance loop with some singing and drill verses that feel weak, the drill verses especially and noticeably weaker. Payroll – SELLO (5.2/10) Rap that weirdly samples an eagle's squawk and random women and then just has really average verses and delivery that feel stereotypical to the genre. Fuji - Jords/Bashy/Kojey Radical (7/10) The roughness in the voice feels purposely forced, and for that reason it doesn't feel as good when hearing it. I still like the rap though; I'm glad they didn't overcomplicate this. Who am I? - Split Chain (6/10) Typa – Glorilla (5.3/10) GloRilla takes a less badass route to provide a lower and softer pitch rap that's not super soft but softer than her usual. Sharks – Lil Wayne/Jelly Roll/Big Sean (8/10) Wasn't expecting to like this in the slightest, but I really do. Jelly Roll was used on a really nicely placed hook, and Lil Wayne and Big Sean added great verses to make a song that didn't feel hardcore and instead took the right pace. Here Again - Alexander Stewart (7.2/10) It's like if Alex Warren's emotions actually were displayed better. DON'T GO - Josh Levi (7/10) Catchy pop music, but I think it'll take a few more listens to grow on me more. Comin' In Cold – Bailey Zimmerman (7/10) Bailey's country style tends to hit the bar of decency but never goes above the bar. Dodge a Bullet – Corey Kent (6/10) BBC – Stunna Sandy (5/10) This isn't fun; it isn't the moment. It's just a bad attempt at creating a rap-pop song. Bad Desire (With or Without You) – ENHYPHEN (6/10) Stereotypical K-pop that still manages to get a sprinkle of fun out of me. DEAD - Sudan Archives (6.3/10) PRAY 4 – Odetari (6.3/10) It's the same electronic and hyper formula that made his hit, but it feels weakened; it doesn't have the hype that his fans most likely want. Still not bad though. Murda – Lil Yachty (6/10) I mean… ok. He didn't really give up much substance, so I don't have a lot to make of this. Freak Drill – Yung Bleu/Sukihana (4/10) The male sounds like T-Pain, and the female sounds like she ruined it even more by providing trashy vocals. eastside w my dogs – WHATMORE (6.5/10) ALL IN – Ty Dolla $ign (7/10) One of the better things I've heard from Ty. Sirenita - Ozuna (7.2/10) I should honestly check out more of Ozuna! I didn't understand the language, but it's all just pure vibes. Rich Junkiez – DJ Bandz/Only The Family/Loe Shimmy/Chuckyy (2/10) Loe Shimmy and Chuckyy on a song together is something nobody wanted to witness, and as expected, the song is slow as a snail, and everyone on it sounds so intoxicated they're talking like they can't even see straight. Do better. TYPE SH*T – Crankdat/NGHTMRE/Duke Deuce (3/10) This sounds like if Playboi Carti attempted a phonk-like song. Too Much – E-40/Jason Martin (6.2/10) This didn't do much for me. This – Lil Kayla/Kaliii (7/10) It's been two years since "Area Codes" was trending, and I think with good promo, this could do quite a few weeks in the US charts. The song has the spotlight energy that focuses you on the rappers, and it does that well. Must Be Love – Eric BenΓ©t/India. Arie (7/10) The last time I heard India.Arie (and I believe the only time) was her feature on Cat Burns "Healing", which was honestly fabulous!! And this is a soulful song that sounds like the male GivΔ“on, but of course with an India. Arie Twist, and she provides this really smooth voice that's relaxing to listen to. Outta Here – French Montana/Trippie Redd (4.5/10) Wasn't the slightest bit surprised that I didn't like a song by the same guy who helped make "Genre: sadboy" soulless and depressing, but then again, are we really expecting true art from him? Replay – Yandel/Dei V/Square House (7/10) I will say they did something here and steered away from the stereotypical. Diamonds – Santa Fe Klan/Ricky Ross (6/10)
  4. US HOT 100 3.06.25 #34 TOP TEN: 10. Beautiful Things – Benson Boone (Up 4/70 weeks in chart) 9. Nokia – Drake (Up 3/15 weeks on the chart) 8. Lose Control – Teddy Swims (Up 3/93 weeks in chart) 7. Die With A Smile – Lady Gaga/Bruno Mars (Down 1/41 weeks in chart) 6. A Bar Song (Tipsy) – Shaboozey (Up 3/59 weeks in chart) 5. What I Want – Morgan Wallen/Tate McRae (Down 1/2 weeks in chart) 1. Ordinary – Alex Warren (Up 3/1 week no.1/16 weeks in chart) NEW ENTRIES: 88. Somewhere Over Laredo – Lainey Wilson (7/10) Previous listen: Lainey's vocals can actually make simple country sound really good. Hopefully she delivers something that tops her last album. Added: This would've fit on her last album; it has a chorus that flows with ease and that's simple to understand, nothing more though. 74. Latina Foreva – Karol G (7.8/10) Previous listen: Fun, bouncy Colombian pop that will become a replay in her discography. Added: A very interesting arrangement of sounds that shows Karol is trying to upgrade to a new high in the genre. 62. ClichΓ© – Mgk (7.2/10) Pop and alternative-indie that describe MGK wanting someone to run away with him even if they're better off alone. It's actually an alright listen, not too bad in any way. 32. Bloodline – Alex Warren/Jelly Roll (3/10) Every song Alex Warren makes sounds like a song that you would hear on a Christian wedding reel. Not only is his "Ordinary" song probably going to be the biggest song released in 2025, but his other songs are rising back to popularity; we still haven't forgotten "Carry You Home" in 2025. Goodness, Benson, Myles and Alex & Jelly, 3 artists releasing in the same week, and I got what I expected from every one of them. Soulless and effortless pop music that only has a chorus because they sing higher notes – we need to dump this type of music. RE-ENTRIES: 100. Feel It – D4vd [Haven't been playing this recently.] 97. 5. UK TOP 100 30.05.25 #35 THE TOP TEN: 10. Beautiful Things – Benson Boone (Down 1/Sales fall/71 weeks in chart) 9. Bloodline – Alex Warren/Jelly Roll (NEW) 8. Azizam – Ed Sheeran (Down 2/Sales fall/8 weeks in chart) 7. Blessings – Calvin Harris/Clementine Douglas (No change/Sales climb/3 weeks in chart) 6. Family Matters – Skye Newman (Up 2/NEW PEAK/Sales climb/2 weeks in chart) 5. Show Me Love – WizTheMc/Bees & Honey (No change/Sales fall/13 weeks in chart) 4. Ordinary – Alex Warren (No change/11 consecutive weeks at no.1/Sales and Downloads fall/streaming climb/16 weeks in the chart) NEW ENTRIES: 84. TaTaTa - Burna Boy/Travis Scott (7.4/10) I'll take it; there's definitely some spark between the two on the Afrobeat and rap collab – it all feels like they've improved each other, and that's crazy considering I don't like either. This is such a weird and special collab that you don't often hear things like this, and I'm here for it. 69. Leave Me Alone – Renee Rapp (7/10) Easy to enjoy pop-rock that partly reminds me of Britney Spears but mixed with some modern girl. ReneΓ© brings the character and the energy and creates something that's fun for the dancefloor. Near the end I think she may have given a little too much character for my liking, but it's not the end of the world. 63. Over You – Nathan Dawe/Shayan (6.5/10) Didn't we leave Nathan Dawe in 2022? Well, he's not the worst; he has some pretty good songs, so I'm not complaining. But this definitely isn't his best attempt at recreating a dance song that radio will go mad over. Sure, it's got the bass hits and the pumped-up DJ sound for the club, but it's missing something… that thing I think may be a better buildup. In his songs "0800 Heaven" and "Heart Still Beating", he slowly gives us that strong, earworm of a hook, and it adds points to my score of the song. Unlike that, with this, Nathan makes the equivalent of a fun dance song that you only may hear again if radio plays it. 32. Gold - Myles Smith (5/10) From his new EP release, "Gold" has been the one to be featured in the New Music Friday playlist, and I can't say it's terrible, but it's also really general, guitar and singer-songwriter pop. Myles has never gone to any level of high art, I'm well aware, but that doesn't mean he has to rehash the same sound for yet another time. 31. ClichΓ© – Mgk (7.2/10) Pop and alternative-indie that describe MGK wanting someone to run away with him even if they're better off alone. It's actually an alright listen, not too bad in any way. 19. Can't Decide – Max Dean/Locky/Luke Dean (6/10) Who are Max Dean, Luke Dean and Locky, and where did this come out of?! This sounds like a song I'd hear when tuning into a random BBC dance show at 10pm. "Can't Decide" is a house/EDM song with an energetic tone and typical vocals that you may hear on DJ music; it's nothing worth your time unless you're deep into the genre because it sounds like a song that would chart at 96 and peak at 80 then drop out. I'm frankly gobsmacked how it got this far. 9. RE-ENTRIES: 99. Unwritten – Natasha Bedingfield [Is this becoming the mini version of Mr Brightside's chart life?] 95. Wildflower – Billie Eilish [And still top ten on global Spotify? Oof. 90. Viva La Vida – Coldplay [Couldn't care less. I've heard this a MILLION times. 6. Totally not complaining about this chart! Glad to see some great Eurovision entries there!
  7. Thank you! Have a nice week!

NEW MUSIC FRIDAY 30.05.25 #32 Man Of The Year – Lorde (7.6/10) Her accent doesn't come through as much on this (which I prefer), and it serves as a big improvement from "What Was That". It contains her artistic alt-pop sound, which makes her albums so strong, and if she keeps this up, then we could see the 2025 "Melodrama". Just Keep Watching – Tate McRae (7.6/10) Tate's currently my most streamed artist of the year, and this will extend her lead by a slight bit (which she needs as No. 2 is catching up fast!). Not only is this the best song from the F1 album, but it also has Tate's signature style; it sounds like something from "THINK LATER" but with a fine sound and diva energy coming through. It's a move that Tate's doing to solidify her place among the top pop girlies, and she's doing it well. Easy Lover - Miley Cyrus (8.4/10) Miley leans back into her radio-pop sound while still keeping that class which made people love her new era. The album's out today, and hearing this boogie pop-rock song really lifts the expectations for the album. OWA OWA – Lil Tecca (5/10) Just like "Dark Thoughts", this won't be remembered long if it peaks. This samples the classic dance sound "Owa Owa" (which is a bad sample choice) and makes it one of the main components of the song. NOT FAIR – Leon Thomas (7.4/10) A step up from "Mutt" that uses similar vocal effects and sounds like something off $$$4U if it was actually good and not NPC music. In The Middle – Mt Joy/Gigi Perez (7.5/10) Gigi takes a different route and leaves behind the formula and effects that made "Sailor Song". I will say that this is better. This song – Conan Grey (8/10) Quieter, beautiful and Conan's best song to date. Kinda reminds me of Beabadoobee. Fame Is A Gun – Addison Rae (8.2/10) WOW... Addison makes something that I like?! That's a first. Addison's brand of bubblegum pop and synths usually feels like it doesn't do enough for me, but this made me think of a less glamorous version of PinkPantheress (and I don't mean that in an insulting way); it's just quick, pleasing pop that's good for the playlist. Holy Mountain – Obongjayar (7.9/10) Obongjayer has such a special spot for his sound; it's a shame people only care about songs where he's a feature. Obong brings hip-hop, soul and afrobeats into this weird but amazing blend that showcases his raw talent. Love to see it! WHIM WHAMIE – PLUTO/Sexyy Redd (0.1/10) The original WHIM WHAMMIE was one of the very few songs that I gave a 0/10 to (now 0.1), and now there's a Sexyy Red remix?! *SIGHS* The verses cut off; Sexyy's timing is getting worse and worse each time, and then she gets on one of the worst rap songs of all time to deliver more crap. I already reviewed the original, so I am not going through that again. Crazy For It – Rampa/Adam Port/&Me/Boys Noize (5/10) Adam Port has left the sounds that got him his big hit in 2025, but it's not like those were good... and this isn't either. SOLEAO - Myle Towers/Quevedo (5/10) Spanish and Puerto Rican reggaeton that has a beat which gets old quickly and flavourless vocals. Take Me Back – HAIM (8/10) Every single so far has its own unique feel, with HAIM mixing harmonica with acoustic rock to create an entertaining song. I wonder how the full album will turn out! Where Did You Go – D4vd (7.5/10) Another great D4vd single! I was going to listen to their recent album and then went off, but now I might again… it's just not on the top of my to listen list. This was a bonus track from the album which continues the R&B sound. Nice To Each Other – Olivia Dean (7.2/10) Smooth and easy-to-hear pop-soul that sounds like something on her debut album. A pleasant listen, but she's not doing anything new. Dialling In – Thom Yorke (5/10) An eerie-sounding song that plays the eerie above the actual quality of the track so much that it just sounds like a bit of a mess in the end. Landgrab – MAVI/Earl Sweatshirt (5/10) After an Instagram post of the two sketched (hinting at a collaboration), they collabed.. … and it's a step down from some of the things I heard on Mavi's "Shadowboxing". Sadly, it just zooms past your memory, and even with my focus, I just remember it as a hip-hop song with added production elements. Slow Burner – Interplanetary Criminals/Original Koffee (5/10) Looped dance music that sounds like something you've heard before in the genre. Not worth your time. Water Under The Bridge – Joe Jonas (5/10) After his new solo album, Joe quickly goes back into making songs, with "Water Under The Bridge" becoming another generic attempt at creating any kind of success. Booted Up – GELO (2/10) Oooooh… this is not good. The weird production had such low standards that the vocals didn't work at all with them and fell extremely short of being remembered in the slightest, and the hard energy on this just falls flatter than Flat Stanley. His weakest song to date. Lovin Myself – Ava Max (7/10) Unfortunately, this song is getting review bombed by many accounts, which are most likely the same person, and that's giving it a higher score than it should be. I'll be the one to give my honest opinion and say it's nothing out of the blue for Ava, but it follows her usual electro-house roots that I quite enjoy. If you usually like Ava, then you may like this. Girls Like You – Sofia Camara (8/10) Sure, it's a little basic, but it also has a really chilled atmosphere that gives the pop song its magical feeling. Zombie – YUNGBLUD (8/10) This guy's blood incase record has been popping up on my feed recently; he seems like a kind guy. This sounds like Damiano David mixed with high-pitch notes on a rock and pop-punk genre beat. Backseat – Balu Brigada (8.9/10) Along with an album announcement, "Backseat" is a six-minute and 23-second song that starts with an upbeat energy that gives party and fast car energy with its modern sound that has "Backseat" mentioned in the background that gives the song a slightly lesser modern feel. On the second half, the song fades into this upbeat melody that gets you into a trance-like state with heel-like taps that then bring drums and an electronic funky rhythm that sounds so well blended it's INSANE. This is one of the best fades I've ever heard. It's very rare to see a song keep up like this for so long. Mad – Martin Garrix/Lauv (5/10) Martin is making his usual brand of dance; what else can I say? Cops & Robbers – Sammy Virji/Skepta (8/10) Sammy brought a bouncy beat, and Skepta brought the rap, and together they made a JAM. Ace Trumpets – Clipse/Pusha T/No Malice (7/10) Despite having stupid lyrics about "Yellow diamond look like peepee" (I'm not making that up), the song is still kind of a head bopper. The rap is straight in front of you, and it's all just vibes. The producer (Pharrell Williams) didn't even have to add much to the production, as the rapping by itself is just good like that. Catch Me If You Can – KSI (7/10) Apart from the wording and ways some things are pronounced (such as the emphasis on the words ending in "er" repeatedly), the rest of this song goes down well. KSI has an all-fire, no-tire rap session where he dominates on the verses with his quick flow. I'm sure people will hate on this anyway because it's KSI, but the production is actually like those real booming and high-pitched UK drill/rappers who have a good DJ on their side. So Far Away – KSI (6/10) It's like a less developed version of his song "Holiday". Afterlife – Alex G (5/10) Its guitar combined with Alex's male voice to make a regular song. I mean, c'mon, it seems like something Ed Sheeran would make at a stand in public live. Whoa (Mind In Awe) (Remix) - XXXTENTACION/Juice WRLD (6.9/10) I'm sure many people wanted these two on a song together but I'm not sure if everyone wanted this. What3ver – Yeule (6/10) MENOS EL CORA – Ryan Castro/Manuel Turizo (5/10) This genre of music is mostly forgotten quickly for me, so it's not a surprise that it is again. January 19th - Mabel (5/10) Mabel really fell off. The things she was making in 2022 were much better; nowadays she's making music like this, which sounds like it would fit on C XOXO. Back In My Bed – Jax Jones/MEYY/Y2J! (5/10) Jax Jones's new brand of quicker hyperpop feels like it doesn't capture the moment but rather zooms past it. 3rd Time Lucky – AJ Tracey (7.8/10) I'm liking what I'm hearing from this AJ Tracey guy; I have to hear more of him. He just constantly delivers emotional and real rap (along with some fun, less emotional songs), but the guy is honestly a good part of UK drill/rap; he should be bigger. This was such a beautiful tribute to his mum with cancer, and as someone who had a friend who fought cancer, this honestly touches the heart. Keep it real, AJ. Shalalala – Cian Ducrot (6/10) A song that's supposed to give a deep message about the environment and unity but ends up sounding like slightly corny church music. Sunshine – D.O.D/RAHH (5.5/10) Summer dance music that contains a pattern of repetitive phrases with a feel-good message. Too Good To Be True - Kenzie Vois (8.1/10) Kenzie's only new song on his latest e.p makes it a 4/4 non skip e.p.

Telos - Zedd - Mellope Album Review (AKA Part two of the 3,000 review special) For anyone who isn't aware I posted a 3,000 review special where the first comment gets to decide the information of what my next review will be (including what I'll listen to, the length of my review and where I'll listen) and the person who picked was @ACriticalxcxfan who gave me Zedd's "Telos" and said I should listen on a walk and my review should be as long as my review on Lady Gaga's "MAYHEM" (Which was a track by track review of 14 tracks and a overview- which is pretty long) surely this part counts as a big segment so what I'll do is, I'll track by track review the albums 12 songs and give an overview and ontop of this explanation it's going to be around the length of that review. I haven't done a track by track review in a while so here goes nothing! (This time I'll start with the track by track review and give the overview at the end.) TRACK BY TRACK REVIEW: 1. Out Of Time (Ft. Bea Miller) (8/10) The song starts to a slower and chilled pace but then a electronic beat kicks in and Bea delivers vocals that hold up extremely well on a sound that reminds me of Linkin Park but without there rock and metal. It's powerful and leaves a good aftertaste and hope for what's to come. 2. Tangerine Ray's (Ft. Bea Miller & Ellis) (8.1/10) Putting Bea on the second song aswell as the first felt like a good move, and she totally ate this up. This song moved the albums more heavy pitched tone into a more funky electronic one with synth basses and those same lead female vocals that match the songs character spot on. 3. Shanti (Ft. Grey) (7/10) I'll give credit where necessary, the beat sounds like Chase & Status made it but with a less drill and more electronic twist that blends sounds that make me think of the bollywood industry, and it's actually a nicely intense sound. The vocals aren't the best to tell out but I think the effort made here was more focused on the background. 4. No Gravity (Ft. Bava) (5.8/10) Very pop-radio formulated and sounds on the basic level of Marshmello or any mediocre DJ looking for a quick album filler or cheap tune. 5. Sona (Ft. Ollium) (5/10) This sounds like background music you'd hear on a video game menu/loading screen, or background music a youtuber in 2015 would use. This album is taking a bad generic turn and I just gotta hope that Zedd picks up his performance. 6. Lucky (Ft. Remi Wolf) (6.5/10) Its a short and simple song where tuning and pitch changed Is noticeably used on the word "Lucky" and repeated to get this one little thing stuck on you're head. It's not bad but I don't like how it feels to formulated and like a quick pop cash grab. Despite that it's fun though. 7. Dream Brother (Ft. Jeff Buckley) (6.9/10) This song felt much less like the last song and was an unexpected move. It's nearly 5 minutes in length and starts with a magically slightly uniquely crafted sound but gets to repetitive as the track finishes. I don't really know how to describe the beat I heard, it's not like it's the most far from basic thing ever (In some ways it's kinda basic despite being unique.. I know that may sound weird) but it's just a continued loop of something that I don't really know how to go about talking about. (Just found out it's apparently a remix...?) 8. Decensus (Ft. Dora Jar) (6.4/10) Sounds like Alan Walker would've produced this, the female voice thats soft and the electro beat kick in that constantly is a pounding force in the song. Just sounds a little to quickly made and a straight Club choice track. 9. Automatic Yes (Ft. John Mayer) (5/10) I zoned out and completely forgot about any material in the song.. lemme relisten.. *Relistens* sounds like a even more forgettable version of Craig David a Galantas song "DNA" It's too light and dull to make any real lasting impression on me. 10. 1685 (Ft. Muse) (7.8/10) What in the spa relaxation session is this?! Powerful vocals with structured hit high notes in a classical crossover with pop that transforms into the second half of the song being a beautiful and peaceful melody that makes you want to sleep. Love this ending! OVERVIEW: Tracks start to feel clammed together at random instead of telling and full story, so listening in order doesn't feel like it matters as the album doesn't feel like it has a clear story which requires a listen from track 1 to track 10 strictly. Sure, Zedd said they tell a story but it feels vague and the album doesn't tell that well. I think that on this album the highlights are my high scores, aka the production values. on this album the beat and mastering is often more valuable then the lyrics. If I listened to this again I'd pick out certain songs rather then listening to the full thing as the album definitely has dips in quality and falls flat for quite a few songs. BEST - Tangerine Ray's WORST - Sona FINAL RATING - 6.2/10

Shake It To The Max (Fly) – MOLIY/Silent Addy/Skilibeng/Shenseaa (5/10) My review of the original: It's two minutes of basic Afrobeat music that sounds like some of Libianca's lesser-known music; this brings out no emotion, nor does it captivate you at any moment – it's just a drumbeat with someone shouting "hey" looped, and that's honestly pretty disappointing. My review of the added remix with Skilibeng and Shenseaaa: Still not a repeat, a pretty pointless remix that doesn't feel out of line with the song but just continues its brand of mediocrity. 90. Don't Say You Love Me – Jin (7/10) Jin actually makes a song that's worthy of a replay? That wasn't on my 2025 bingo card. I like how he blends sadness into a nice English-Korean pop song that captures the energy well. 88. Crazy Eyes - Morgan Wallen (8/10) 84. Working Man's Song – Morgan Wallen (7.5/10) 83. 13. I mention sexism once in a short paragraph and now suddenly I'm "teaching you sexism and misogyny" That's the most utterly ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I'm not saying sexism doesn't exist. Infact if anything not only did you assume my gender but you also assumed men can't talk about sexism (as if sexism only happens to women.)
  14. I'm not trying to teach you about sexism nor am I saying I'm some expert on it. All I said was that this situation has nothing to do with it and it's just down to the music and tours.

    Thanks for telling me.
  16. Katy has done many controversial things and survived.. it's not a male thing and framing is as that is just an excuse to make her look better. Katy Perry made dislikeable music and options that have nothing to do with sexism.
  17. In Katy's last tour she sung a song while throwing toilet roll in the air as a dancing poo came out of a toilet to dance with her. 😭

Ordinary – Alex Warren (No Change/10 consecutive weeks number one/Sales, streaming & downloads fall/15 weeks in chart) NEW ENTRIES" 75. Just In Case – Morgan Wallen (7/10) This also grew on me, and I can understand why this was more popular than "I'm A Little Crazy". It has a more relaxed yet catchy melody that goes much smoother. 72. Friend Of Mine – Rihanna (2/10) This movie soundtrack is making big hit artists make their worst song to date, and after creating possibly the worst song of the year, The Smurfs movie brings out Rihanna to make a robotic-like, over-autotuned dance loop which sounds like a better (but still bad) version of some of Rose Mulet's music. 65. Bloom Baby Bloom – Wolf Alice (7.8/10) Previous listen: These are the types of alternative rock songs that really help me enjoy the genre. Added: Glad to see this brand of alternative rock charting, which ends up going into the field of glam rock more. 63. The Glen – Levi Heron (1.1/10) "The Glen" was originally a song by Beluga Lagoon that Levi Heron stole and just put a single dance loop on. I'm not kidding... The level of effort in this is on CYRIL's level. Imagine getting millions of TikTok views for putting a simple dance loop on a folk song… goodness, this might be the laziest thing I've witnessed in my 34 weeks writing about the UK charts or in my years of checking the charts… Pathetic. 58. Don't Say You Love Me – Jin (7/10) Jin actually makes a song that's worthy of a replay? That wasn't on my 2025 bingo card. I like how he blends sadness into a nice English-Korean pop song that captures the energy well. 53. Wasted Love – JJ (7.9/10) "Wasted Love" was the winning song for Eurovision 2025 that beat Israel in the final and won the competition for Austria. The song is a mix of opera-pop that blends into techno as the phrase "wasted love" is repeated many times till the song's end. If only all countries could give this much effort into their Eurovision music because this is actually pretty great, well executed and has an elegant yet groovy side to it. 48. Bara Badu Bastu - Kaj (8/10) This song represented Sweden in Eurovision 2025. The song has an upbeat feeling the whole way through, and it feels with the background they've captured culture really well in this song; it's not your usual radio pop, and I think it's worth a check-out. 40. Espresso Machiato – Tommy Cash (7/10) This is like the 2024 version of "Despacito" with many lines which I deem to be unserious and of a humorous nature, such as those about spaghetti. The song was used to represent Estonia in this year's Eurovision Song Contest with a dance-pop beat that has an electro swing to give the song its party energy. I like it, and I think the song has potential to be bigger. 34. Baller - Abor & Tynna (5.5/10) "Baller" represented Germany in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 and finished 15th; it's a mix of pop and electronic that sounds nothing more than a DJ loop, so I can't see why, despite it finishing 15th, it charted this high in the UK… it's not getting remembered by me. 32. What I Want – Morgan Wallen/Tate McRae (8/10) This song is currently my most streamed of the week, and the single shows as the last released single of Morgan's latest album "I'm The Problem". Tate and Morgan both give an equally good vocal performance, with them each letting their style flow through on the ballad. 25. One Thing – Lola Young (6.6/10) The snippet was easily the worst part of the song, so it's nice to see the full thing is a huge upgrade from what I thought it was going to be. Unlike her previous songs, Lola takes a raunchy route where she talks about "breaking the bed and the sofa". The song has an unpleasant vocal change on "babe" but redeems itself, as the main build-up peak is just an alright fun pop song that's harmless. 8. Family Matters – Skye Newman (6.5/10) Her first song didn't even go that high, and now this is at 8, and then she just comes out of nowhere… definitely an industry plant. Now to the song, and it may be a big improvement from "Hairdresser", but it still falls flat in terms of what the song gives. Sure, it's a nice bit of contemporary indie-pop where the chorus is easy to enjoy, but it's just easy to enjoy and doesn't do much more... It reminds me of Jorja Smith but with quite a bit of her vocal tone held back. RE-ENTRIES: 86. Emergence – Sleep Token I don't care.] 79. I'm The Problem – Morgan Wallen [Good to see it back!] 31. Bones And All – Love Spells (8/10) This has a nice, natural and easy-to-listen-to sound. Headlock – Spotify Singles – Luna Li (8.6/10) A better cover where stringed instruments and the harp come through more and make the song better than the original! Might be the best Spotify Singles session yet. Fly Up – RIIZE (8/10) I don't usually like K-pop this much; this was so fun and just felt like a true show of the genre's classic sound without sounding bang average. About To Begin – Barry Can't Swim (8.4/10) I see why he's winning awards! Such a great electronic club jam – well made. I'd really recommend this if you're into some more modern electronic music. LOOK OUT FOR ME – Turnstile (8.4/10) Guitar and drums on a less hardcore, ear-catching song – I recommend. EBVSY - Christian Nodel/Neton Vega (7/10) Neton's usual, but despite not going for any new direction, it actually sounds surprisingly decent – I'm questioning if it's because of him or Christian. JOURNEY – Shae Universe/S'ABLE sounds (8.8/10) R&B, jazz and piano beautifully composed into such a well-put-together song. Must listen. Where Oh Where – ELEVATION RHYTHM (8.3/10) This is what Christian music should be – real vocals and a beautifully executed ascending hook! Violent Nature – I Prevail (8/10) Heavy rock that truly does fit violent nature. You're Invited – Vedo/Kenyon Dixon (8/10) Really smooth R&B/soul – it would be super interesting to see Silk Sonic get on a remix of this. Tacklebox – Ruby Fields (6/10) The song doesn't do much for me. GoROUND - Logic (7.6/10) Fun and slightly experimental hip-hop with a more gripping sound that hooks you. Left to right – Rommulas/2 hollis (8/10) I don't know how to describe what I just heard, but it sure is getting added to my liked songs. Supernova – Jane Remover/funeral (7/10) I haven't heard much by Jane, but this is my new favourite by her, quite niche but also quite good… like an improved version of some of the singles from "Revengeseekerz". malibu – Ruskwsky (6.9/10) Chill Spanish pop that gives a good but not good enough impression. Happiness – Lizzie Berchie (6.8/10) More could've been done to space this song out from others. Achilles And - Runner (7.9/10) Beautifully composed. Plenty Motion - Bossman Dlow (4/10) I just know there's going to be some Twitch streamer nodding their head to the same typical rap crap, bobbing their head, going "Hard" and "bros cooking". HOLLYWOOD - YG/Shoreline Mafia (4.5/10) The second vocal performance ruined the song. Gangsta rap that ends up having no real effect on the genre – it just exists. I believe it – Chef Boy (6/10) Forgettable rap. Staring Into The Sun – DJ HEARTSTRING (5/10) Bro gave us the David Guetta special 😭; really quickly made and boring EDM. Actually… it has a little bit of nice summer vibes, but you know… mainly just forgettable… not as bad as David, though. Return of Youth – DIIV (6/10) The last two minutes are unnecessary, and the song feels dragged on for its 7-minute runtime. In no means is it terrible, though. Watchin' U – A. K. Paul (5/10) Big City Life – Smerz (7.8/10) Alternative R&B and art-pop ventures to new places on this. Bemused - Double Virgo (6.4/10) EL GORDO – Marilina Bertoldi (7.5/10) Oooh, those rock guitars add a lot to the song! Nirvana – Vintage Culture/Layla Benitez/Max Milner (7.3/10) Nice synths and overall just a really well-made EDM song that's good despite its simplicity. Closer - JOSHUA LAZER (6.1/10) Die Young - Reggie Becton (7.2/10) Chilled pace beat. Closer To Me – edit – kokoroko (6/10) This won't stick with me for anywhere near long. I Know – Sheryl Crow (5/10) Love the soft vocals, but the rest of the song was too basic to make even the most minuscule dent into what I'll be listening to in the next week. Boys These Days - Sports Team (7.2/10) Rock to the more higher-pitched side that catches on. Elderberry Wine - Wednesday (7/10) Loved the tone and the way this song was presented. Transmuted Matter – Stereolab (5/10) This honestly just bored me. Crash Dummy - Joey Bada$$ (8.4/10) Honestly, this was a great diss with lines that flowed well and stuck and something that radio could pick up and make the 2025 version of "Not Like Us". My Town - Joey Bada$$ (8.3/10) Not as good as his other diss track, but it's still good; it's less of a radio song and more of a brutal knock against other rappers. WRD2MIMVA - Daylyt (8.5/10) Great response to Joey; it has the gritty energy, the loud and clear bass and the toughness that makes it what it is.

NEW MUSIC FRIDAY 23.05.25 #32 Momma Song – Benson Boone (5/10) This is the worst song from the upcoming album; if you've heard the start, you've heard the rest because there's no real hook… It's just so monotone and really lacks inspiration… It's your typical low-pitched pop song that sounds like something Ed Sheeran would get on. At least the lyrics were a tribute to his mother, but I can't even find it sweet purely because of how tedious it is. TaTaTa – Burna Boy/Travis Scott (7.4/10) I'll take it; there's definitely some spark between the two on the Afrobeat and rap collab – it all feels like they've improved each other, and that's crazy considering I don't like either. This is such a weird and special collab that you don't often hear things like and I'm here for it. Leave Me Alone – ReneΓ© Rapp (7/10) Easy to enjoy pop-rock that partly reminds me of Britney Spears but mixed with some modern girl. ReneΓ© brings the character and the energy and creates something that's fun for the dancefloor. Near the end I think she may have given a little too much character for my liking, but it's not the end of the world. Bridesmaid - Lauren Spencer Smith (8/10) Better than "If Karma Doesn't Get You" by a noticeable amount. Sure, it's not like she's breaking new barriers in pop, and the opening made me think this was going to be a 5-6/10, but when she brought the deeper chorus and piano in, everything just caught the moment it was looking for. I actually stopped to think about the song. Bad As I Used To Be – Chris Stapleton/F1 The Album (7.6/10) Anyone keeping up with my reviews would know I've liked all three F1 songs so far but think they're missing something, and I think this is the best song yet from the movie. The harmonica with other layers for the high-pitched hook wasn't the greatest, but the rest of the song made up for that, with Chris making something that really gives the revving-up-your-engine energy that F1 is all about. Boy Meets Girl (Unreleased Demo) – Kelsea Ballerini (8.1/10) Really weak main lyric for the hook, but the guitar on top of the tune that makes you want to look out the car window with a breeze and a warm sunset is what makes this MUCH better… that saves it for me! ClichΓ© – MGK (7.2/10) Pop and alternative-indie that describe MGK wanting someone to run away with him even if they're better off alone. It's actually an alright listen, not too bad in any way. LATINA FOREVER – KAROL G (7.8/10) Fun, bouncy Colombian pop that will become a replay in her discography. Glacier – PlaqueBoyMax/Quavo (6/10) Whizzed right past my knowledge, and I'd forgotten it the second it ended. From what I remember, it was enjoyable, though. Top Tingz – YoungBoy Never Broke Again (4/10) I'm sorry. "Big Dawg roof roof" – what type of line is that?! Yeah, bro sounds like a drunk guy as he stumbles in sentences using words like "ah" and moans to make up for something that sounds like a loss of words. What is this rap? Honey Blonde - Joe Jonas (7/10) What a pleasant surprise to see an improvement from him! Really chilled pop – that's music you'd want to hear when relaxing on a beach. Upstate - Brenn! (7.2/10) This sounds nearly completely accurate to Noah Kahan, specifically his most recent album. The guitar melody has flavour and doesn't feel limited to one sound the whole way, and Brenn! Has vocals that really fit the higher-pitched country scene. Super Love Me – Grace Davies (6/10) Fun and simple pop with a nice piano and a more classical ending. The amount of times she says "super" gets on my nerves, though. Try Your Luck – Julia Michaels (4/10) So predictable, and the energy she gives is so flat. K*ll You Off – Julia Wolf (5/10) It's not simple or predictable, but I still lost focus due to the song not connecting with me. Tell me something – Hazlett (8/10) WOAH!! Get this song to be more noticed; it's a formula. It is Chezile's. Slow-moving, it captures you in the moment with a pace and vocal affect that feels rightly put on. The Cost Of Growing Up – Max McNown (4.5/10) 4 minutes and 30 seconds of your life that you'll never get back – stereotypical American country music should not last that long. DNA – Kyra Machida (4/10) Electronic hyperpop that reminds me of Charli XCX. Marlay Park - Amble (6.9/10) Amble is a name I've been familiar with for the past few months due to his appearances on the Irish top 50, but it's only now I've heard him, and he sounds like George Ezra with the easy guitar music that has gentle and more breezy rather than sad chord choices. Cole's Response – Yaelokre (7.1/10) That went by quickly! With one of the more niche releases I've heard today, Yae uses an enjoyable folk background mixed with weird choices in the production that end up working. She didn't need the laughs at the end, though. Baggy Jeans – The Band CAMINO (5.5/10) Another song that goes by in the moment as enjoyable, but you totally will never remember anything about it after. Good Thing – I-Die (7.3/10) Typical K-pop mixed with less typical electropop to make something that's really interesting! See, I don't hate all dance music; if only Charli could do it like this. Like I Like It – Mau P (8/10) Great for the workout, great for the club – just a full-round vibe that keeps you going. Dads Don't Die - Nate Smith (6/10) This reminds me of the accounts that create AI videos of fake songs by big artists, mainly because of the wording and just overall it sounding like a simple song to master. Really not going to lie, Nate sounds like he cares though, which is nice to see. Moviestar – Remy Bond (8/10) 1000% this has to be inspired by ABBA. It sounds like if it was released by ABBA, it would've been a big hit. Cowboy Sh*t – Karley Scott Collins (5/10) You could probably guess by the title that it's country music… and I'm here to tell you it's nothing worth a listen unless you want to be bored by the common country sound. Somewhere Over Laredo – Lainey Wilson (7/10) Lainey's vocals can actually make simple country sound really good. Hopefully she delivers something that tops her last album. WHY – Jon Bellion/Luke Combs (7.2/10) Luke adds to this and gives a rougher tone to make this a lot better. Take it! Take it! - Yaeger (6.7/10) Good Swim – Ryan Woods (7/10) Ooooh, that's an interesting production! Chilled summer feelings. DROGA – Mora, C. Tangana (5/10) At least the Spanish/Mexican scene is starting to take somewhat of a less simple route. Expiration Date – Madelline (7/10) A loud girl-pop song about being past your prime. Letting You Run - Jack Dine/Tone Stith (7.5/10) Time After Time – Sam Feldt (7/10) New cool but usual EDM song from his new album. Don't Cry, Put Your Head On My Shoulder – Tom Odell (7/10) Tom isn't in his greatest form right now, but he sure gives it effort, and it pays off. It's a nice emotional song that's simple yet sweet. Turquoise Cowboy - Ink (6.5/10) Godspeed – House Of Protection (8/10) 90s and 2000s-sounding punk rock that can follow up to basically anything and still sound great. EVIL EYE! – Low.bΓ΅/Elujay (6/10) Who Are You To Me - Three twenty (6/10) DEYA - Kito/Nonso Amadi (5/10) Lose You – Zach John King (7.5/10) I don't often enjoy US country music this much, but the way he brought country into this chill, upbeat mainstream song made it fun. Helium – G-Eazy/X Ambassadors (8.2/10) Modulated vocals with some breathy parts that make a special hip-hop/rap with R&B song.
  24. US HOT 100 20.05.25 #32 TOP TEN: 10. Anxiety – Doechii (Down 1/10 weeks in chart) 9. Pink Pony Club – Chappell Roan (Down 3/48 weeks in chart) 8. Beautiful Things – Benson Boone (No change/68 weeks in chart) 7. Lose Control – Teddy Swims (No change/91 weeks in the chart/joint most weeks in the US chart ever) 6. I'm The Problem – Morgan Wallen (Up 4/15 weeks in chart) 5. Nokia – Drake (No change/13 weeks on the chart) 4. A Bar Song (Tipsy) – Shaboozey (No change/57 weeks in chart) 3. Die With A Smile – Lady Gaga/Bruno Mars (No change/39 weeks in chart) 2. Ordinary – Alex Warren (No change/14 weeks in chart) 1. Luther – Kendrick Lamar/SZA (No change/13 weeks No.1/25 weeks in chart) NEW ENTRIES: 100. Infinite Baths – Sleep Token (6.6/10) 91. Nope, You're Too Late; I Already Died – Wifiskeleton/I Wanna Be Jack O Lantern (3/10) This track just felt so weird when listening to it… The vocals were hard to understand, either because of an accent or a bad way of singing, and everything had this same emo-indie-alternative low-pitched sound that sounds like something that would be on the singles tab on AOTY. Weird song; I'm surprised something like it charted. 86. You Had To Be There – Megan Moroney/Kenny Chesney (6.8/10) Yeah, sure, it's American country music that doesn't separate itself from other songs the best, but the vocal chemistry between Megan and Kenny makes it a good song from a warm fire, and the magical lyrics about something good happening and them having to be there are brought up really well. It needs more flavour, but it certainly has strong points. 77. Provider – Sleep Token (5/10) 75. Gethsemane – Sleep Token (7.2/10) 74. Malboro Rojo – Fuerza Regida (3.5/10) The Spanish/Mexican culture trumpets appearing in everything and sounding the exact same… give it a rest! 70. Past Self – Sleep Token (8.2/10) 66. Look To Windward – Sleep Token (5/10) 61. Even In Arcadia – Sleep Token (7.5/10) These long alternative metal tracks charting is definitely a strange change for the chart, but it's not all entirely bad. From their new album, Sleep Token continues their digitally processed sound that sounds similar to the main singles. I interpret this song as being about death and loss, and I think the production showcases that well. 56. Dangerous – Sleep Token (6.3/10) 16. Superman - Morgan Wallen (7/10) Wallen opens up about his controversy and past in a heartfelt country guitar song; it gives more of the lower-note energy rather than creating a country-pop chill song; it's like a mix of a few of his other songs from the rollout. Think of it like 'I'm The Problem' and 'Just In Case' blended together; you would get 'Superman'. RE-ENTRIES: 99. Ribs – Lorde [Glad it's back!] 72. Ordinary - Alex Warren (No change/9 consecutive weeks no.1/Sales climb/14 weeks in chart) NEW ENTRYS: 100. Messy - ROSÉ (7.3/10) Just saw the tracklist for F1: The Album, and I'm drooling out the mouth. Tate McRae, Ed Sheeran, Obongjayer, RAYE, Tiesto + more!! Take Sexyy Red off the album, and it could be perfect. This track from ROSÉ blends high-pitched drums with a deeply emotionally connected voice that's something like 'Toxic Till The End' but instead with a lot more emotional tone and depth while still being a catchy pop song. 91. More To Lose - Miley Cyrus (8/10) It feels nice seeing Miley leave behind the 'Flowers' & 'Wrecking Ball' of radio pop and make a new chapter that actually feels new. Where it's just her raw voice with most instruments, where you can truly appreciate her singing skills. Miley is showing us how to be a queen in this new era, and she's doing that well. 88. Nope Your Too Late I Already Died - WiFi skeleton/Olantern (3/10) This track just felt so weird when listening to it.. the vocals were hard to understand, either because of a accent or a bad way of singing and everything had this same emo- indie alternative low pitched sound that sounds like something that would be on the singles tab on AOTY. Weird song, surprised something like it charted. 48. Illegal - PinkPantheress (7/10) PinkPantheress's fun dance/drum & bass hyperpop with was a nice addition to her new album "Fancy That.: 38. Look To Windward - Sleep Token (5/10) 31. Even In Arcadia - Sleep Token (7.5/10) These long alternative metal tracks charting is definitely a strange change for the chart but it's not all entirely bad. From there new album Sleep Token continue there digitally processed sound that sounds similiar to the main singles, I interpret this song as being about death and loss and I think the production showcases that well. 8. Blessings - Calvin Harris/Clementine Douglas (6/10) Calvin's been on a big losing streak lately; after that painfully bad country-dance crossover, we see him return to EDM, but this just doesn't have his infectious earworm no. 1 hit-making energy. It feels mediocre, and Clementine Douglas didn't help with that, and seeing as Clementine is known for mediocre dance-pop, she wasn't a good choice for this either. Calvin needs to regain his shine because right now this is nothing but a poorly made dance loop. RE ENTRYS: 98. Closer To The Floor - Jazzy/Ankhoi [I don't have a problem with this being here.] 79. Stateside - PinkPantheress [Really good.] 30. Timeless - The Weeknd/Playboi Carti [No way the Doechii remix revived the song this high up.] NOTEABLE CHANGES: Songs that climbed 10 spots or more: 68.
