I've just read 95,000 sales, 67,000 of which are digital sales. The biggest opening week for digital sales this year.

I think "Wings" continual push backs had a massive part to play in that, it was released on September 3rd 2012 with "DNA" premiering less than a month later. It definitely felt like a rushed single campaign. We got two television performances on T4 and The X Factor and then the single was abandoned quite abruptly, with them opting to perform "Change Your Life" on Children In Need on the week of its release. It appears they got forgotten in the abundance of new releases in Q4 being a new act and all, as well as facing stiff competition from Bruno and 1D. I do think the single went down well with the general public, although it may not be the most remembered, it is one of their more favoured singles.

I actually think them taking breaks here and there makes them enjoy and appreciate their job more. It also allows them to work on their performance skills because there's more time for rehearsals. If they had a schedule like 1D, I doubt they would have had any time to grow as performers and do new arrangements that they always give for the fans.

I still think "Salute" would've made a great lead single in the U.S. and Sport Relief single in the UK. One can only imagine an awards show performance...

"Secret Love Song" is #1 on Philippines Spotify with 146,009 plays so that must stand for something in the streaming age!

I'm still pissed Jason Derulo is even on this, considering they abandoned it's stateside release - which is all he was good for. He ruined the video and does not match up to the girls vocally. "Secret Love Song" should've been their breakout hit worldwide. Their team done the bare minimum and didn't push it on their Oceania leg of the tour, despite it being close to peaking there. The frustration.

I would've actually had 'Salute' as the Sports Relief to coincide with its release in America as the first single (in my mind). 'Nothing Feels Like You' would've been the perfect summer single and would've surely went Silver with a BGT slot?

I would actually prefer if they could feature on a track a la Ella Henderson to keep their name out there for the summer. There's no single-worthy songs left on the album in my opinion!

I think 'Secret Love Song, Pt. II' would be a wise choice a la 'Empire State of Mind' & 'Read All About It'. But since it's not a choice, I think 'I Love You' would make a great final single. However, it seems to be the most forgotten song on the album :( (unrightfully so, it's the best album track bar the singles!!)

'Stitches' gets the gong for most basic, vanilla song in the past year. Don't get me started on the music video... :rofl: Also, yass at 'Secret Love Song' getting Top 10. Claim the Top 5 next week ladies!

'I Love You' is best song on the album bar the singles. One of my favourites from them. Should've been Top 5 :(.

'Spice' actually got nominated for the Mercury Music Prize in 1997, so I wouldn't exactly say it was panned by critics. I do, however, agree that it's one of the best pop albums of all time!

Jade? You know I can understand when people say that about Jesy or Perrie as they can both be overbearing at times but... Jade? She is the most intelligent member and knows her stuff. I also find her to be the most creative and she seems the most involved in the business and writing side. And please... no more 'Change Your Life', 'Little Me' etc. I'm done with that boring self belief crap, they both missed the top 10 when released.

It should have went: 1. 'Move' 2. 'DNA' 3. 'Salute' 'Wings' isn't even top 3 in their best songs -.-
