The President is the boss in France. Massive powers and total control over the PM and his/her government. The latest polls suggest the race it still very open for the top 4, with the gaps narrowing every day. Le Pen, Macron, Fillon and Melenchon basically all have chances to make it to the second round which is pretty SCARY. It means we could have anyone as President since Macron/Fillon/Melenchon would all win against Le Pen in the second round.

My only concern with them is that their songs are average at best. Of course that's a personal opinion, but I've never really got what made them so popular, I don't even find their songs that catchy and I'm usually here for chill music.

As much as I kind of like her song, I hope she doesn't make it to the show this year or the public vote is going to be so biased, everyone is going to vote for her being banned in the first place. And the song don't deserve the win really.

Big losses this week for France losing her top 3 placing, Austria and Russia saying goodbye to the top 10, and a few other notable drops lower.

Oh I'm not really liking it on first listen... Of course it might change but usually CB songs never miss so I don't know what to make of it. I find Zara's voice way to high on some parts and kind of off key, she's not really matching the melody. :(

True! But I guess the problem is that she positioned herself on a controversial issue concerning the invasion of the hosting country :lol: Then again, the song has nothing to do with it, but I feel like the problem is more about Ukranian authorities not accepting her to get into the country, it's not a matter of the Eurovision council banning her song whatsoever. That's two different subjects.
