This is not bad, singles are definitely the highlights! I am so glad that she left the other songs off the album - the songs do feel more fleshed out. I’m so glad she’s got to do this. Unfortunately, I do think it’ll have a Nadine-style chart run

I’m only half way through the album, but oh my GOD!!!! She has done it. Pop perfection!!! You can see how carefully the track list has been picked and it is designed to be listened to in full. The transition from Blue Moon into Pretty Ugly is insane!

I can now confidently say that this is the best thing she has ever done. It makes me more excited for the album now! I’m glad she included FAU and YGYW as they are the only other singles I like! 😂

The decline in BJSC participation isn’t surprising. Many members are older now with full-time jobs and life commitments, so missing contests shouldn’t be seen as a problem or a reason to ring the alarm bells 😂. Personally, I only enter occasionally when I have the time and tbh, I don’t enjoy the contest as much as I used to. For me, it is more about sharing songs I discover and finding new pop to enjoy casually.
