  1. any figures about the album? do you think the single will chart in the official charts)?
  2. On the new list I saw this weekend his estimated fortune is around 245million pounds. This is a bit of a puffer :-) and he is investing in the streaming services, etc. so that he might also make money without doing music
  3. with many countries going in lock down again it fits even better. Even if it does not chart as it will not be streamed being no 4 on UK iTunes is great
  4. I think he could do a residency in Dubai instead of Las Vegas. Many Europeans go to Dubai on vacation, and there is a lot of money
  5. still love Avicii and 'the days'
  6. somewhere in a tweet I read that it will go westend end 2021
  7. oh I can watch that in the Netherlands. Looking forward to this. Has anyone access to the article in the Times? You need to register and I am a bit hesitant (I did it some years ago)
  8. I don't hope so. I dislike to almost hate these formats
  9. I listened to 'Time for change' again and I really like it still
  10. I hope that he will get a number one. He is very talented, independent if you like one album more than the other. This is personal taste. What I dislike is playing commercial cards to make sales like 28,000 - come on - playing with the emotions of naïve fans. I mean who is able to think knew that there would be no tour. But there are also those who simply do not think when it comes to their 'star'. He does not need that. He can play fair. I agree that this does not harm him with the general public but for others it does as it is part of a picture. There are artists who do not do that and do not have 70 million and a 30 year career
  11. Gary is sometimes doing things which I wonder why he does them He does not need it. Like trying to sell the album together with a tour he already must have known will never take place (aside he lives on another planet). These things are not making him friends. I doubt that the dislike is because of him outselling Steps. Neither he nor Steps really sell well and both are only selling in the UK. Without tour at least this can only be a project of heart and none for profit. As the tour thing is impacting sales in the 1.week it will be interesting to see what will be left in week 2 for the general sales. At least he will have a no 1 solo album
  12. Still don't get the Candy tiktok thing
  13. Alex, can you also keep us updated about the albums and singles chart position, if you can? I am lost in that these days. Also wonder if it charts anywhere else than the UK as Robbie is doing promo in Italy and Germany (nothing seen in Germany yet though)
  14. Gary has Strictly ahead. Both figures seem to be quite low
  15. I wonder if the album/single sells. There are dozens of Christmas albums out
  16. And can you imagine youtube and insta etc would have already existed during Rob's imperial phase?
  17. Well, times are different these days, laura. Candy was 2012, since then YT and social media exploded
  18. the dance album and the Christmas part 3 or dance and a real real album?
  19. Thank you, Alex, for answering these kind of questions. I like the statistics.....only have none as I am not sure anymore where to look. You are a source of the knowledge :-)
  20. this would be good, hope he can get the no one spot then
  21. I think it is a more than UTR but less than a proper album. He will do another Christmas re-release at the end of 2021 and then a proper album 2022 with a tour 2023 I believe. This would then make it also more likely that Covid is at least somehow 'managed'.
  22. are the 92k you tube clicks are a tik tok figure? I do not have tik tok so I do not know how they measure success there. And maybe it was only a rumour that the song does so well on that platform between the youngsters
