I don't know about the UK but in NL and Germany there are restrictions. Are they thinking that Covid left us until next year or is it simply the hope principle to sell more albums? Difficult decisions for the musicians these days

I am still wondering where they are. Ayda is posting pictures about mountain training. The wood is not giving something away either. He indicated that the holidays have ended some weeks ago. So is he working on something. Curiosity kills the cat :-)

I did not like the last Take That albums that much. Gary is a great songwriter though with a feeling what is doing well. I think he will have quite a great success in the UK and Ireland. Unfortunately neither he nor Take That did well after Progress in Europe. This will be interesting to watch. He might sell 300,000 plus in the UK. All hungry TT, Gary and Robbie fans will download he album as a save bet. But the last albums of both Gary and TT shows that this was the end limit. If he can transport the vibe to Europe - maybe he can this time - then he might be in for a nice success

I think that he way to undermine himself, put himself out as light entertainer and keeping things less serious put him in a certain corner which does not allow serious music press and people to recognize him. For me that is the reason people today see him more as cliff Richard rather than tom jones

Nevertheless I see Rob's songwriting abilities underrated. Also with Stephen Duffy it was referred to Stephen as the song writer. In best cases Rob is recognized as a lyricist

I also like it now, did not like the shaved head that much. Still love Rob in the Bodies video and the Julian Broad photoshoot at CBH at that time. It is only a personal taste that I like hair on heads. And I doubt - according to Robbie - that his will be strong enough to grow longer by itself. The hairtransplant for Gary Barlow and Juergen Klopp did magic (for the hair) :-). Take this with a pint of salt, superficial anyways :-)

bundles sell best with a tour, but there is no tour. I wonder how sales for legend status artists will be in Corona time if they are not Adele or likes. I am not following too many news, but only see real high sales with Taylor Swift who is another league and tiktok streaming artists. Anyone an idea how other artists/groups sell in Corona times? Gar is smart though. Maybe he links a single or promotion to an advert/show/movie release.

The Netherlands has restrictions for pubs after 12.00 now. We have mouthpieces in regions which are orange on main streets like Amsterdam. and Mouthpieces in public transport. Cases are rising. Not a lot of restrictions. I live in a region near the German border and the only persons with mouth pieces here are speaking German (As they have to wear them in supermarkets). We are trying to go one day or two a week back to the office aside mum's have little children, or people have special health conditions. People are hesitant and fortunately everyone has the equipment at home to do the same work rather than in the office. I see that people are even more productive, but also tend to be more online. In the summer we had team members working from 7 different European countries as they had to stay longer visiting their parents (multi-national team). I have not been in the office since March as I had a not Covid related lung problem. All in all I assume that in October there will be more restrictions. They will only be cautious that they keep people working as the economy is already hurt badly. And for Robbie. It is somehow strange after the overload to hear nothing. I thought of Gwen, but read somewhere that she had been on vacation on Mustique so she cannot do that bad (if it is true). Then I thought about a hair transplant :-) I could also not recognize if the pavement Teddy walked is British, American or whatever. If he will do a Christmas album II he will need to record the songs. I also wonder if he will continue with the TV plans. With people at home and the autumn and winter coming he might start something? Well, it will be interesting what he is up to and I am very curious.
