so does anyone know when the UK is opening its door for people to submit songs, it is going to be a public vote apparently, after last years awful result....i've looked on the web but can't find any info other than its going to be a public vote

Anyone know when the UK are open to submissions for the UK entry...I hear its back to a public vote so I assume anyone can submit a song
