Yes, Mae really was a starting point for the band and I am sure the Westlife boys will help Shane through this. It was lovely when they all came together when Jodi's mom died. It looks like Westlife added a new tour date. @1206484104251879424

Westlife climbed to #8 today, nice!

I didn't even realize they cut songs from the DVD as well, that is dumb. Especially since it end ends with the acoustic set. And no Dynamite :( Heck, there isn't even a speech judging by the tracklisting, unless they add it somewhere else. I am actually reconsidering of buying this, the Croke Park cinema version I ripped seems better. EDIT: Actually, that must be a mistake considering threy mention those songs in the description: Includes incredible performances of all their hit singles, including Uptown Girl, You Raise Me Up, Flying Without Wings and World Of Our Own, along with brand new tracks Hello My Love, Better Man and Dynamite to a sell-out crowd with spectacular staging, lights and effects.

I will just buy the DVD, I don't see the point of getting the CD when it doesn't even have all the songs. @1204355712861790208

Yeah exactly, if I decided to go to a Westlife concert, I would have payed a bit of extra money so I could see them on Wembley because the atmosphere will definitely be better there. I still think they will sell even those smaller stadiums eventually, there is still 7 months to go until the tour starts.

I checked and I think Wembley is almost sold out. There are more tickets available on Stubhub but even that amount isn't huge, maybe-200-300 tickets. And I think Cork gigs are also nearly sold out, only a few tickets left really. But feel free to double check, I only skimmed it through.

I watched My Blood performance on Idol. Kian sounded awful when he sang during Mark's part, yikes

I also noticed they mention 2 discs. Maybe they will put that documentary they kept mentioning before.

That documentary on RTE they keep mentioning, will they show just the concert or will it show behind the scenes? Because I am not sure looking at this link: https://www.msn.com/en-ie/entertainment/ent...VQuH?li=BBr5RWH

Yeah, they were great. Kian's reaction was the best lol. The promo obviously helped as the album is back at #10 on UK iTunes.

I really think they lost the momentum when they didn't release the album when the hype was huge. I realize they barely started to record the album but I'm sure it would have had a much bigger impact if it had been released then.

@1201989335639318529 I hope this is for the tour setlist.

I agree with Navid's single choices but I think Take Me There is another song that could bring them success. I don't think electronic based music is the only modern route to go but we can't deny HML was a solid hit that even non-Westlife fans enjoyed. So this obviously works and I don't think it is a crime if they want to make this type of music.

I don't think away for 2 years harmed them, it was more due to other stuff, Simon messed it up. Besides, What About Now was a big hit. Also, even if it harmed them, I'd rather see that than them being miserable and not enjoying what they do. They were miserable during Gravity tour.

I agree with Navid that they don't need to release album every year. That would get them to the same position where they became fed up and wanted to quit. They deserve to enjoy everything this time around, no need to rush.

And yes, they stayed at #8 in the UK with 13823 copies sold.

    Still #1 in Ireland.

Haha yeah :D But I just meant they won't even need to do a proper tour if they do this, they could really have a lot of time for their families next year. Its understandable they want to avoid the manic schedule from back then, I can't really blame them. Nice review! Its nice you actually listened to the album and noticed the change, unlike 90% of critics who always claim Westlife do the same old stuff even when they obviously changed.

No one said they will maintain it, that is pretty clear. I'm sure the album would have been even bigger had they released it while the hype was at its peak. Its still a good result though.

I always felt they should have released a Christmas album instead of Allow Us To Be Frank, I think it would have had a much better success. I love Christmas music and many artists do it so why not. They could have a Christmas special on TV and a few gigs in December and then they can rest for the rest of the year.

Thankfully I think the negativity stopped, such posts haven't been written for a few days now, maybe he decided to stop, finally.
