Ever thought that this whole direction she's taking is something she actually wants to do? There'll always be an audience for it. What's mainstream then? Sing about love and heartbreak over a generic tune? I'd prefer Gaga in a more inventive mode.

People have been commenting how most of the songs fit well onto The Fame (Monster) - and that's exactly what I feel had to happen.

People are indeed REALLY overdoing the whole 'flop' thing with "Applause". I also love how selling out concerts is being seen as a sort of insignificance.
