Interestingly, it's also awkwardly credited to 'Dimitri Vegas, Martin Garrix, Like Mike', as it is on the Radio 1 playlist, as opposed to the preferred (and possibly proper) "Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Martin Garrix" or something along those lines!

31st August?!?! It's already #8 on the Hot 100 after only 6 weeks and #3 on Digital Songs; I understand why the record labels act the way they do in the UK but 31/8 seems a bit extortionate.

Yes, so Justin Bieber's "Baby" is now certified 12x Platinum, despite having just crept past 4,000,000 downloads! -- Australia's thresholds are preposterously low, leading to Party Rock Anthem's 13x Platinum certification. Also, Tinie Tempah's "Written in the Stars" only reached #34 with a less-than-amazing chart run, but because it was during Q4 and its peak coincided with the gift-card-effect-week, it reached Platinum status. I think the UK's certifications are okay as they are, but perhaps Platinum could be increased to 800,000 (doubling every time up to Platinum and then every 800k for multiples ???), but I do like 600,000, it's just a nice, round number. If I'm right, I think Germany have a system where they have a Gold (150,000) and Platinum (300,000) status, but between Platinum and 2x Platinum (600,000) there's 3x Gold (450,000) and so on for 5x, 7x etc.. It gets confusing but it makes sense what they're trying to do :lol: HOWEVER, after June 1, 2014, Germany are actually increasing their thresholds to 200k for Gold and 400k Platinum, whilst introducing a Diamond certification for 1,000,000 sold.

What a brilliant word! -- Sam up to 0.9353 on Kworb (up from 0.9110) when combined and will no doubt continue to increase. I'm not sure if he'll claw it back over Secondcity though!

Did Cash Cash peak lower on pre-orders than Clean Bandit? I could be mistaken, but I don't think Take Me Home had much of a spectacular pre-order run!

MKTO - Classic out 30th June according to iTunes. It disappeared from Spotify so checked iTunes for a pre-order as I've also seen it in rotation on music channels. Glad to see it finally getting pushed here (even if it's a year after Oceania!).

Is Jason Derulo's 'Wiggle' getting any airplay from anywhere? There's no official video yet and I don't think it's playlisted on any radio stations yet? (well, certainly not at least Capital!) I know it's the backing to the viral Vine video with the cat but surely it can't be this high SOLELY because of that?!
