Imael Angel - Bad Times
debuts at #155 on Billboard's Global Excl. US chart - 🙃 - further confirming that their big flashy press release that AI "music" wouldn't be allowed onto their main charts was completely false to the shock of nobody

Imael Angel - Bad Times
that is if you can decipher them at all given the seizure SUNO's "vocals" appear to be having throughout the track - DE DE DE DA DA DA DIDYAWORKINABUSH indeed 🤣

The Life of a Showgirl - 12th Album
this is more mediocre than bad (I don't hate any of the tracks here nearly as much as, say, CANCELLED!, Actually Romantic, Eldest Daughter or Wood) but that's arguably even more damning than anything else given she was clearly attempting some kind of course correction here and even though they're better than much of the main album, if this is the "best" we're going to get from her nowadays that feels like quite a damning indictment of where she's at tbh

Friday Chart Predictions
I don't think it'll have done nearly enough given it's only up ~17k week-on-week on Spotify - if P!NK's label put a request in it might get reset though given it's doing enough to be top 40 if it was on SCR
-
Friday Chart Predictions
that's probably not been reset given it was #73 on Audio Streaming last week - #87 would fit in reasonably well with where it would be on ACR given it's increased on Spotify so far this week
-
Friday Chart Predictions
again, Tinashe's team fumbled the CD release by delaying it until October 30th so her only physicals are vinyl - seems about right for where she'll have been before the iTunes deluxe boost

girl I would do literally anything for top Ten-ashe

Tinashe - Popstar
#67 in the midweek album chart (6 7 though - her mind!)

Friday Chart Predictions
the site's still not updated for me either 😠they're really trying to rival Billboard with these delays (at least the OCC aren't at the level of forgetting their some of their flagship charts for three days yet!)

2026 BPI Certifications
nice to see Girl Like Me going silver on the singles and Teen Dream going silver on the albums!
-
Friday Chart Predictions
do feel like this methodology is increasingly flawed given the ever-expanding domination of greatest hits compilations across the albums chart as they have larger numbers of high-streaming songs than actual albums do even if I understand why it exists
-
Patient Zero
currently #1 in the midweek chart with 19,844 units - Cleveland! is at #2 (13,361) and Babylon is #3 (12,349)

another classic showing from the OCC...
-
Friday Chart Predictions
really don't understand why her team delayed the CD release until October 30th given they were obviously ready as they're available now in some other territories - all it's going to do is potentially cost her valuable sales for her debut week (let me buy your AOTY contender please Tinashe)
-
Friday Chart Predictions
Taylor only #3 on the midweek albums behind Keo (?) and Nothing But Thieves! https://www.officialcharts.com/chart-news/keo-put-a-smile-on-for-me-number-1-album-update/

Streaming Services Chart Discussion; W/C 25/09/26
Dream Supplier does best on Sundays as overall streams are weaker - both versions of Clean Baby Sleep White Noise generally vary less than 10k over the tracking week with no real stream count uptick on Sundays but the overall market decline allows them to peak higher
-
Tinashe - Popstar
without being discounted over here, may I add(!)

Streaming Services Chart Discussion; W/C 25/09/26
Rodrigo's catalogue has been seeing some decent boosts over on Apple Music (deja vu + drivers license returning to the top 100 and some minor gains for her three current hits) but it doesn't seem to have impacted Spotify to the same extent unfortunately

after Re(I)n Me (I)n
-
Tinashe - Popstar
yeah it's still £9.99 over here - guess it's becuase Tinashe/her team are pushing a lot harder for US chart position than elsewhere so they've listed it at half-price over there
-
Tinashe - Popstar
tbf this one's only $4.99 (£3.76) which is about the same price buying the four tracks seperately on iTunes would be (possibly slightly less?)
-
Tinashe - Popstar
genuinely shocked (positive) that her sales are that high - even if they only hold at 20k units that'd still be her biggest career sales week, surpassing the 18,821 sales Aquarius debuted with in 2014! looks they had all the CDs as well as Vinyls ready to ship week one over there (but not over here though - grrr...)
-
Friday Chart Predictions
hopefully Ain't In LA'll gain into there by the end of the week to make it four 🤞
