  1. the world is not yet ready for Slayyyter top 40 hits unfortunately - shame really, it could use some industrial site noise (complimentary) to break up the monotony!
  2. Something Beautiful was absolutely a good album though? (Plastic Hearts was decent enough as an overall album too)
  3. actually it wasn't, Man I Need is still ahead on the YTD singles chart (even if RMI will probably overtake by the end of the year)
  4. it's fine I guess, definitely weaker than Something Beautiful but better than Endless Summer Vacation (even if ESV was more coherent as an album). she could've got away with just dropping the title track and Different Religion (maybe Let's Get Married and Innocent Ways too to make an EP out of it), they're much stronger and tonally different compared to the rest of the album.
  5. the one time I'm grateful for the Thursday estimations!
  6. Movin' To The SUNO back to #1 on Apple Music... at least it's hopefully going on ACR this week!!! RHYNO by Travis Scott (from the GTAVI soundtrack) is showing up at #135 over there, while Miley's Let's Get Married is at #149 although her album's only at #6 at the minute
  7. can't wait for Jack to pretend to be shocked that Kasabian fell off the #1 spot when they weren't even in the midweek top 100 🤣
  8. unsurprisingly the Ninajirachi x underscores remix is great - underscores had previewed it last month on her Elevator Music set last month (highly recommend looking up that set too, it's also great)
  9. Wasia Project sure, but bea's got a pretty sizeable fanbase which overlaps with Radio 1's target demographics - she'll probably be challenging for the #1 album this week, honestly think she might do better than Miley
  10. not surprised they pulled petal tbh given it's absolutely tanked on streaming beyond the initial album bomb called it on Ashe moving up to A-list but nice to see Joy. moving up there too (could really do without Nothing But Thieves tho)
  11. there's an AI cover of (the already AI) Movin' To The Sun at #168 too! there's at least twenty AI songs in the current iTunes 200 - this particular one cracked me up given I think the AI program shat out an invalid artist name when this was exported: #176 | -43 | &5678 Productions - I Love That Dance
  12. worth noting Can't Hold Us peaked at #2 on the Audio Streaming Chart during its initial run in 2013, implying it likely had a similar Spotify chart peak to that at the time
  13. if we're classing Good Days as a 2021 song (it dropped Christmas Day 2020) and Kill Bill as 2023 (it dropped early December 2022) I think we can class The Box as 2020 given all the aforementioned tracks peaked in their listed years despite dropping right at the end of the year prior
  14. ffs why is THIS the only new debut in recent days to actually hold stable on day two
  15. Nicole Kidman down to #15 - guess we really can't let any new tracks gain consistent momentum anymore
  16. she'll have to go back to her Reiki healing business or something - shame really, would've been very funny if she'd had to attempt to perform her AI slop live she is a real person, however all of her 'music' is AI-generated SUNO slop
  17. mate nobody here's uncle works at Empire Records 😭
  18. I'd rather they didn't playlist literal SUNO slop like that Tyga 80s album $TARFACE tbh - at least Tory Lanez had the decency to actually make his crap 80s pastiches on Alone At Prom rather than getting a machine to spit them out at him! (u know it's bad when I'm comparing THAT MF positively to someone!!!)
  19. idk if Oasis have actually done enough for the reset tbf, their bigger tracks like Wonderwall and Don't Look Back In Anger were both been streaming pretty well prior to the tour announcement so they might miss the 25%+ increase needed for resets
  20. I fear its prior streaming may have been too strong to allow for a 25%+ weekly increase - before its midweek surge last week it was already at #95 on Audio Streaming and #81 on Combined (Unweighted) Streaming the week before last
  21. I guess but I think it's more damning that they'd be willing to work with FiR considering... everything around Ronnie Radke, shall we say (won't go into details so he doesn't sue me since he gets trigger-happy when people point out how much of a prick he is - he'd probably sue the wrong person again anyways 🤣)
  22. it's DLC -2 as of last week and is down week-on-week so it looks like the evil could be defeated come Friday but I'm not 100% sure
  23. new peak of #11 on UK Spotify, overtaking Ain't In LA this is fine I guess, wish Ain't In LA and this song could swap momentum tho as that former's much better
  24. probably a few more weeks - SIENNA's stabilised now so the main threat would be if Nicole Kidman (by ADÉLA) keeps gaining at its current pace for another week or two
  25. ffs can we PLEASE not let Ronnie Sadke chart? this year's been bad enough for pop music as it is we don't need THAT GUY anywhere near the charts
