Regarding the purchase of single for political reasons being discounted surely singles like Free Nelson Mandella and Sunday Bloody Sunday should have been excluded from the chart as well? With so many versions charting, under normal rules would the Official Chart combine all sales of Ding Dong to calculate it's position?
