Agreed :( I think it was a mistake. They could have had him adjust to life in a wheelchair, as another actor if needed. That would have made for an interesting storyline, and quite a few people would be able to relate to, as well, either first hand or through family/ friends. Queen Stacey killed it, though. Really good actor. Martin was excellent, too. They killed him off when they have deadwood like Junior, Vinny, Alfie, Kojo, Bernadette, and Cindy around!! Some of the new Mitchells aren't great either. Kathy's acting isn't great, but she is an iconic with the best one liners! She should NEVER EVER EVER have been the Walford Whacker though. It doesn't make a lick of sense. Also, what did she wipe the shovel down with, and how did she store in the barrel store? She was thinking very clearly when, only a year ago, she was utterly useless with Keanu... Come to think of it, Bernadette was the obvious choice to kill. She would have died where Keanu died, and she has no real place in the show anymore. It would also have ended the 6 storyline for good.
