It is great, but let down by its massive sexism. The men have all the power - look at Tom, who becomes a super powerful, sought after exec in the last season??? - and a lot of episodes are the women going against the men, only for the men to make them "see reason" by the end of the episode. Without the sexism, this would be a top 5 of all time tv show.
