That was my first idea (started working on the self hosting sheet over summer for PopJustice) You can create the form, but the amount of data that creates is unbelievable and almost impossible to interpret automatically.

If everyone takes 3 minutes to cast their own votes and check they're right it saves the host 2 hours of inputting votes manually. For me that's a no brainier, but each to their own.
