    10. Did It Again Score: 7.931 igcsNG4aruA Oh man...I absolutely adore this song. It makes me so sad that this flopped. I love how it's melancholic yet uptempo at the same time. Pharrell's production is amazing and the video is brilliant: I can't fault this song at all, except for the fact it should've been released about 2 months before it was.

    11. The One Score: 7.227 sV2E55C_R3g A nice Laundry Service ballad, but it just doesn't have that same charm as Underneath Your Clothes, even with the classic Shakira line "to buy more thongs / and write more happy songs."
  3. I was a big Nerina fan after Fires came out...went trekking all the way to St Ives to see her...and then after The Graduate, I kind of lost my faith. I found it really disappointing, even though I was already a fan of ...Bitch, Everything's Illuminated and Real Late Starter. I listened to Put Your hands Up and 30 seconds in I was thinking "I'm just not into this, please just write another Idaho / Sophia" and then by the last chorus I was thinking "wow, I need to listen to this again." Faith restored...for now.
  4. I like it, mainly because there will finally be something to dance to in the clubs that has got a decent beat. RedOne has killed interesting beats. I would prefer it to just be Pon De Floor though.

There's a rumour that there is going to be a version released featuring Jennifer Lopez...that would be interesting... http://img2.timeinc.net/instyle/images/2009/gallery/011809_jlo_400X400.jpg

That image is ridiculous (but I like it).

She should be filming the video in the next few days according to the director. It's being directed by Juame (Loca, SES, Don't Bother) so don't expect anything amazing or that will make an appearance on UK TV.

I think Dreams For Plans would've been my ballad choice - it did pretty well on iTunes when HDL was released as well, think it almost went top 100 on the main chart.

I know it's killing me - two new episodes next week though!!

    12. Illegal Score: 6.75 2_K8Zns3s9A A disappointing and badly timed follow up to Hips Don't Lie which was also given some horrible radio edit. Other than HDL, there's not much on OF2 that screams "SINGLE" but I can't help thinking anything else would've been better than this. Animal City was considered and tested for radio but somehow this won over.

    13. Gypsy Score: 6.409 _3-GiVIE8gc Another song that I find quite enjoyable until you start to unravel the songwriting credits and see that it's an old Amanda Ghost demo, making the choice of it as a single seem pretty suspect and also frustrating when there is some brilliant songs on She Wolf which have been pretty much ignored.

OK, here are the results of the rate. I'm not going to post facts...just my personal opinions on each track. 14 Give It Up To Me Score: 4.159 mo7o_v87Umo Probably one of the most despised Shakira songs in general so it's no surprised it's placed last. Personally, I quite enjoy this song, but what makes it grate on me is that you can literally hear the label forcing Shakira to delay the release of She Wolf in America and tack on this lame attempt at being "urban" when they should've been rush releasing Men In This Town instead.
  14. It's funny because on some American music boards, the majority think Right There should be the first single but on here we're calling it filler. I think this song is a poor man's Te Amo or What's My Name and Nicole's faux Caribbean accent isn't very endearing. However, I did find myself singing this the other for no apparent reason...

OK - last chance to vote! Will close this thread tomorrow night and post the results the day after (finally!)

Is that really the artwork? I thought that was fan made... Rabiosa could be decent summer hit. It's short and catchy. She just needs to promote it like a proper single though.
  19. This isn't great. Flo Rida is generally just awful and even Nicki doesn't redeem the rest of the track. Disappointed.
  20. f*** Him He's A DJ is my new favourite Ke$ha song (it will revert back to Animal soon).
  21. Best Britney video since forever ago.

I think this album is more garage than dubstep. I quite like this album...no, there's nothing particularly catchy on there but it's very listenable. And Witches Brew is wonderful. I also quite like Easy Please Me and Perfect Stranger.
  23. This ain't bad... it sounds like it could be a grower. Production wise and the "nananas" it is similar to What's My Name, but melodically it's completely different. It's just another Stargate production that fits with Rude Boy, Te Amo, Lose Control, WMN. I think I prefer the Taio Cruz demo.
  24. Agree. The chorus sounds like a pre-chorus.
  25. The problem with Kat Deluna is that there's something undeniably naff about her - everything from her image to her over the top voice. Dancing Tonight is the first time she doesn't look or sound naff...and then comes the completely unnecessary salsa break. NO.
