  1. Charli XCX - Fancy (2014) 11 Rihanna ft. Calvin Harris - We Found Love (2011) 12 The Saturdays - All Fired Up (2011) 13 Lana Del Rey - Summertime Sadness (2012) 14 Solange - Losing You (2012) 15 The Saturdays - Notorious (2011) 16 Beyonce ft. Jay-Z - Drunk In Love (2013) 17 Marina and The Diamonds - Primadonna (2012) 18 Nicki Minaj ft. Drake - Moment For Life (2010) 19 Emeli Sande - Next To Me (2012) 20 Florence and The Machine - Shake It Out (2011) 2012 had some really great female music, I didn't even realize to be honest :D interestingly my top 20 only features one UK number 1 single (We Found Love) however it also features a single which peaked at no. 155 (Losing You) in the UK charts which proves charts don't always equal quality music (well in my eyes) :)
  2. Aw right, thanks! Just to update my earlier post the 30 second clip I was talking about does play in other artists videos. I played Pink's 'Blow Me One Last Kiss' and the same advertisement video of the girls behind the scenes of WAYWF played before the Pink song so clearly the advert is used before most youtube videos or at least similar pop artist's videos and not just before The Saturdays videos which is great as it'll bring in a wider audience and not just casual saturdays fans :yahoo:

  4. I don't know If anybody has noticed or mentioned this yet but I was watching Notorious casually on youtube just to listen to and there was a 30 second clip of Una and the girls from the What Are You Waiting For Behind The Scenes video before Notorious started (like a normal youtube advertisement) talking about the song and first choice holidays. The video ended with something about First Choice. I think it's only being played before the Saturdays videos from their youtube/vevo channel which is still good online promotion I guess cos people will be listening to their tracks casually and just come across it, listen to the song and then buy it :) but I also wonder if it's played before other videos which have nothing to do with the Saturdays which is highly unlikely but hmm
  5. Yes I can't wait for a proper video THE SONG IS ONE OF HER BEST
  6. 1. Leaves 10/10 tracks on her albums and doesn't release them as singles (Starstruck, Dance In The Dark, Hair, Scheiße, Gypsy) 2. Doesn't care too much about charts which could be seen as a positive however I want her to do well commercially because she's the best person in music atm and it's a joke that sometimes rubbish generic tracks perform better than her music. 3. Single Releases have been a mess since Judas 4. Hypes things up and then never gives the same project a second thought (do what you want video, telephone continuation, born this way 2nd video) however saying this, her pro's outweigh her con's and she is still an amazing artist. I just wish she'd get her s**t together sometimes
  7. I don't even like Little Mix that much but 'These Four Walls' is the best thing they've done. It reached 57 in the UK Charts after one TV performance last year so clearly there's an interest in the song. It's superbly written and full of emotion :)

    Kiesza - Giant In My Heart :puke2: :puke2: :puke2:
  9. Radio 1 have got so s**t recently so it's no suprise
  10. call me optimistic but I really think this could peak at no. 1 with sales of 20k-40k tbh I'm not entirely sure but one thing I am 99% sure of is that this album will sell more than Living For The Weekend/Wordshaker/On Your Radar. If it doesn't reach the top spot I can imagine this charting from 2-6 and hanging around the top 75 for quite a while
  11. Imagine Queen Mollie King. Legendary.
  12. Do What You Want is a classic (a videoless classic none the less but still a classic)
  13. Work is probably my favourite track from Chasing Lights, Set Me Off and Chasing Lights are still great

I saw this on 4music and then MTV Hits in the same day yesterday!
  15. 'Fashion!' was played on 'the only way is essex' an hour ago or so, not big news but it did shock/excite me! :yahoo:
  16. Issues is just such a classic
  17. Yes it would be an injustice if they missed out to a boring BGT act! Hopefully pre-orders will gain as promotion begins and the album will reach the no. 1 spot, even if it's just for one week. it doesn't seem like it takes a lot to become a number one album in 2014. Even if it doesn't reach number one, the single and tour will hopefully help keep the album in the public eye for a few months at least and then hopefully the album will start to pick up at Christmas again, there's so many opportunities for this album to thrive and i hope it really does :)

  19. I have a weird feeling this album could actually go no. 1 (which is clearly great)
  20. Yes  Just Dance is outdated and Applause/DWUW sound far superior to her older stuff
  21. I hope Ashleigh stays, she's the only entertaining and genuine girl in there!
  22. 1. What About Us 2. Ego 3. All Fired Up 4. Disco Love 5. Up 6. Higher 7. Notorious 8. What Are You Waiting For 9. Not Giving Up 10. Work :)
  23. I love that interview on Radio 1, they're all so hilarious especially Mollie and Vanessa (the best members) best interview in ages!
  24. I just hope this manages a top 10 placing at the least, it's better than half of their singles and doesn't deserve to flop (unlike gentlemen)
  25. would be heaven if they added an extra disc consisting of all episodes of 'Chasing The Saturdays' , 'The Saturdays 24/7' and 'Ghosthunting with...The Saturdays' but this is the saturdays so i'll keep dreaming -_-
