Celebrity Big Brother 14 · DISCUSSION
Lauren from The Only Way Is Essex is everything I dislike about celebrities well actually humans in general, boring as hell. I like Kellie so far and I'm so happy George from Gogglebox is in it! I know he's not an A-List celebrity, but he makes good TV and at least I know who he is!

Finest Selection: The Greatest Hits - PART 2
Yes!!! I've never understood why they left Higher, Ego and NGU on the albums to be post album singles :s ...but The Saturdays always bounce back so it's only a matter of time but they need to hit with a big pop song. I hope you're right and they change it up a bit

Greatest Hits Inc. (Part 4) // General Discussion
Ghosting hunting with The Saturdays > The Saturdays 24 / 7 > Chasing The Saturdays I love it when Vanessa swears, it's audible heaven. Also Mollie is soo funny and Una is hilarious getting close with the ghosts. She should become a medium/ghost whisper when the band splits

Finest Selection: The Greatest Hits - PART 2
I don't think they should release another single from this era at all. They're priorities aren't in the right place any more and the sooner they realize the band is they're main priority then that's when I'll want any music from them again. For me their music has always been great (despite a few fillers), but Living For The Weekend was a career low and The 3 New Tracks don't showcase anything new. I really think the dip in their music (for me anyway) is representative of their approach to their job. They obviously can't handle juggling The Saturdays, a family life, This Morning, Fashion Lines and other minor projects. Also taking 17 holidays a year isn't helping. I want a clean era and a flawless album and I haven't had that since On Your Radar. The public clearly like the girls with the list of the Top Tens they have! But their isn't anything fresh or interesting about the girls. What About Us & Disco Love worked because they were simple yet addictive tracks. Radio actually wanted to play them! They were fun listen-able pop tracks and that's what the girls should stick to! Ego, Higher, Up and Issues are all examples of that. WAYWF isn't their worst single but it doesn't bring anything new to the girls discography and why should Radio's play it if it's not even close to the girl's best. I think it's lazy for fans to say it's The Radios fault, it's not just the Radio's fault. It's also the quality of the music and the girls weak approach to the music. The combination of a lazy work ethic, an okay dance track and minimal radio spins (if that) are all ingredients needed for a single to flop and that's what happened. Also wiith streaming involved, management/the girls should be even more cautious and make more of an effort to gain streaming points/numbers/whatever. Dance Saturdays was nice but only for one era. All Fired Up and Notorious was fresh and fun because we'd never heard the girls like that before but 3 years down the line we have Notorious, All Fired Up, 30 Days, Not Giving Up and What Are You Waiting For. It's just dance song after dance song and their most recent releases only emphasise how superior Notorious and AFU are. If they go back to their pop roots or deliver something equally refreshing and memorable and begin to put 90% effort in again, then that's when I think the public will begin to acknowledge them again and as a result buy their music. Rant over. :coffee:

Least Fave Lady Gaga Single Round 12
So much truth in this post. Alejandro is one of the best things this women has made and how people don't see that is oblivious to me. Dance In The Dark is one of her best tracks to date also but Alejandro just works better a single and Gaga clearly loves it too. I wish Dance In the Dark was picked as a 4th single but it's still as glorious as ever as an album track. Also I voted Poker Face. Classic but it just isn't her best piece of work and probably the weakest song of the one's remaining.

I haven't heard David Guetta's new track but if his past music is anything to go by, that's probably for the better. Yey at Union J being Top Ten, I hope they can rise, I couldn't give two shits about their music but they all seemed so lovely on the X Factor so I want them to succeed commercially. Also I hope Black Widow rises, if only slightly. Plus if No Mediocre achieves a Top 40 placing I'll be happy as it could mean by Sunday the 24th, 4 of her songs (led and features) will be in the Top 40... 1. Fancy ft. Charli XCX 2. Black Widow ft. Rita Ora 3. The Problem (Ariana Grande ft. Iggy Azalea) 4. No Mediocre (T.I ft. Iggy Azalea) and that means more album sales $$$$ and success for Iggy, who rightfully deserves it! :D ...Also I don't know if it will be but it could be the first time in chart history for a female rapper to have 4 entries in the UK Top 40 all at the same time which is exciting to say the least. I don't know if it's been done before but even if it hasn't, it's interesting to see how successful she is right now. B-)

THE ULTIMATE SATURDAY (THE RESULTS)
can't believe Vanessa came 4th when she is clearly the best but if anyone was going to take first place and it not be Vanessa, it has to Mollie :P

I think Black Widow is going to make the top 40 now yey  possibly the top 20/30 Idk yet but I'm unsure if Sam will even though I desperately want him too. Both songs deserve to be number 1 in my eyes and I haven't been rooting for two singles so much at the same time since Fancy/Only Love Can Hurt Like This. Also regarding Changing Vs. Glow I defiently think Sigma have the number 1 and I usually hate their music and prefer Ella. Glow just isn't no.1 material but I do see it charting anywhere from 3-8. :)

Finest Selection: The Greatest Hits - PART 2
A Double A-Side of Chasing Lights/Last Call would be perfect in an ideal world but no WAYWF or some dance track will probably be the last track :( (dies inside) ...Also I hope their Irish Peak of 89 for WAYWF makes them change their work ethic or at least release something likeable which has the ability to achieve a Top 40 song with little promotion.

Least Fave Lady Gaga Single Round 11
My Top 6 (of the tracks left) 1. Alejandro (2nd fave Gaga track of all time after MTN which was voted out by idiots obviously) 2. Bad Romance 3. Edge of Glory (3 years later and I'm still waiting for a better video) 4. Paparazzi 5. Pokerface (is either euphoric or completely bland, depends on my mood. but when it does work for me, it's heaven-sent) 6. Telephone ft. Beyonce ...although it does switch between Pokerface/Telephone a lot

could Black Widow make the Top 40 this Sunday?

Iggy Azalea (feat. Rita Ora) 'Black Widow'
As much as I adore Iggy and the song/video. I do feel it's her weakest video so far or at least on par with Bounce. It's not at all bad, her contemporaries wish they could release a video so professional and good! It's just the ending is so anti-climatic. I wanted the man to get his head chopped off by both of them at once not be bitten by a bloody spider! However the rest of the video is more than entertaining especially the diner/resturant scenes (favourite part) :D and I still get goosebumps at some of the shots wish is a lot for me as I rarely get goosebumps ever

How obsessive chart fan are you
I'm incredibly obsessive when it comes to my favourite songs/artists reaching the Top Ten at least because I want them to do well commercially otherwise they might get dropped but at the same time I don't care where my favourite smaller independent artists peak on the charts because their intention is to make music and please fans not bag a Top 40 placing every time! Not saying bigger artists don't want to please their fans, the majority do! ...but a lot of regular top 40 acts are quite manufactured, whether they like it or not and have huge success only to fizzle out within 5-10 years...which is both unfair for the fans and musician/s themselves. Also I feel big commercial acts experience more pressure to be perfect, to sell out bigger venues and sell large amounts of singles/albums so I feel bad when they flop, especially if they're heavily expected to succeed well by management/the media/fans. I feel smaller artists who are 100% about the music have a relaxed approach to the charts which as a fan is comforting when it comes to the charts, especially with streaming involved. Also when generic rubbish tops the charts and my favourite artists are at a lower chart place I get annoyed cos I don't think they deserve to be lower than a forgettable dance song.

What Are You WaitInc. For? (Part 3) // General Discussion
so true. Lies/Keep Her are just not single worthy despite being great tracks! ...and what an injustice that Last Call wasn't even mentioned. That's the only song I'm incredibly mad never got a release. I can let White Lies, Leave A Light On, Faster & Chasing Lights not getting releases slide somehow (even though their better than 50% of their singles) but Last Call no just no, forever holding a grudge against The Saturdays for that not being released. -_-

Sats iTunes Watch Part 7
the roller-coaster of emotions I feel during a Saturdays release week is a joke: Hope. Happiness. Desperation. Worry. Guilt. Sadness. Anger. Unexpected Happiness. Confusion. Surprise. Disappointment. Further Disappointment. Laughable Disappointment. Laughable Surprise. I need to disable my wifi whenever they release stuff next time (if there is a next time) because every time they release something, I genuinely drive my self insane worrying. However in the past by the end of the week they normally achieve an underwhelming yet tolerable chart placing so I should just relax. :???: :heehee: :drama:

The Lana Del Rey Rate Results
I only love Black Beauty, Flipside and Carmen out of those songs so far so I hoped those would have ranked higher but oh well. Excited to see the next results as the brunt of the bad tracks are out the way. :) Also Pretty When You Cry has been growing on me recently. Ultraviolence (the album) is such a grower which is the complete opposite to the Born To Die (album) as each track hit me straight away and most of them are just as glorious as they were with the first listen :D

Big Brother: Power Trip • DISCUSSION II
In an ideal world it would go like this ... 1. Ashleigh - the only worthy winner! Entertaining for the majority of the series! ...also she is Helen's enemy so that's a bonus! Ultimate Winner. Queen Ashleigh. Also she's only 18 so she wouldn't have to worry about adult fianaces which may be scary for a young adult to think (that makes me happy for some reason haha) 2. Christopher - he's kind of been the underdog for me this year and finishing 2nd would be such justice! He's always had to stick up for himself and others and I love him for that. Also it would possibly annoy Mark to know Christophers more popular than he is so that's good too as Mark is the fakest person to enter BB in a long time. 3. Helen - finishing 3rd is respectable enough for Helen considering the journey she's had...but she's nothing compared to Queen Ashleigh. I do feel she's misunderstood a lot but her general rude attitude keeps me from wanting to sympathise for her and ruins any chances of me genuinely rooting for her. 4. Chris - a bit creepy but I sort of agree with everything he says so meh then again he only says it in the diary room so meh pure snoozefest when he speaks 5. Ash - I don't know why he just hasn't stood out to me this year and I feel as if I should like him but I just don't. One of Helen's minoins and I just find him boring as hell 6. Pav - unbelievably boring, Idc that he came through half way, that doesn't matter, he shouldn't have been left out. Bianca/Louise made more of an impression. He's nice but just too uninteresting for me! However a part of hopes he secretly does win just for lols

Iggy Azalea (feat. Rita Ora) 'Black Widow'
goosebumps. literal goosebumps. i'm so glad she is one of my favourite artists because musically and visually she always delivers. well done Iggy. Hope this smashes everywhere :winner:
