  1. Cameron is a useless sack of shite, would happily get rid of him, but his approval ratings have been consistently comfortably ahead of Miliband's and i have no doubt that that will make a difference with many floating voters
  2. Went to their gig at Wembley Stadium when new one opened, one of best gigs ever been to  but i turned down free ticket in their last tour off my boss who couldn't go as recent stuff did nothing for me :o
  3. Another 2 that are very close to joining my list are U2 and Muse Both started off great with outstanding material but both have descended into churning out album after album of utter shit
  4. It won't happen anyway, the scots wont bite the hand that feeds The NO movement have a 10 point lead, Labour has an 8 point lead and no one on here gives the tory party a chance of winning the next election so i dont see why people think a 10 point lead for staying part of the UK will disappear
  5. Can't wait till she tours again :D Seeing her Sunday for the 4th time live and want my fix of Gaga again Will deffo do what i did last time for UK and camp out overnight to get in the pit
  6. I have never lived in Scotland, not my business what the scots people decide to do or not do, i can only comment on what affects me and that does, in a good way As long as the price of haggis doesn't shoot up (one of my fave foods) it doesn't bother me what they vote for
  7. I am in favour of independence purely for the reason Westminster would lose loads of Labour and SNP MP's which would mean more likelyhood of continual tory rule in England
  8. I have never said all roma are burglars, beggars and thieves, but if I see France, Italy and Germany turning them away then it is right to raise legitimate concerns about their behaviour, Germany/France/Italy are not 'master race' nations We have enough home grown criminals without adding to the list with foreign ones, Italy/France/Germany would not refuse them without good reason
  9. I don't judge people based on what supermarket or shop they use though I use 99p store occasionally for things like batteries and sweets, they have some great deals BUT i always decline a bag from them and take a Waitrose supermarket bag with me to fill the 99p store things with incase people see me with a 99p store bag in the street and assume i am poor There is a social stigma when it comes to certain shops, human nature
  10. Plus it is nothing to do with race either it is to do with acceptable standards of behaviour For society to function properly it needs a code, a series of lines that must not be crossed, those that do cross it forfeit their right to be treated equally and treated as humans Be it white English drunken thugs, white English burglars, white English paedophiles, islamic extremists and if they misbehave here roma, i dont think it is racist to say white English burglars and rapists dont deserve to be treated as humans So IF roma come here and misbehave then they don't deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, those that come here from roma community and behave deserve to be treated with dignity and respect
  11. But in reality is it any different to the constant labelling of our own citizens as chavs which almost everyone does? Society labels anyone who shops at Primark / Poundland / Lidl / Aldi as chavs Anyone young and on benefits or is a single mum is automatically labelled a chav Anyone who dresses a certain way is labelled a chav Anyone a bit boisterous in a public place is labelled a chav The word chav is a negative term to look down on people yet is considered socially acceptable as 90% of the country seem to do it
  12. That was a civil war between 2 tribes Fail to see where that sort of thing is likely to happen in the EU
  13. Last time i bought a physical copy of the Daily Mail was at least 18 months ago On this very forum i strongly condemned the attacks on Miliband in terms of his dad, a search of my posts would back this up
  14. I read the following papers in order of preference Daily Telegraph The Times The Independent The Sun Daily Mail Daily Express Daily Mirror Guardian Daily Star My only interest in the Daily Mail is it is great for Lady Gaga gossip, Peter Hitchens column, Liz Jones winding people up, and i also love trolling the comments pages under a few aliases to wind up lefties and get them worked up
  15. Depends on the business Someone setting up a restaurant will have to employ at least 1 chef, at least a couple of waiters/waitresses Someone setting up a hairdressers or beauty salon would have to employ hairdressers and nail technicians and people who do waxing Someone starting up a shop would need to employ staff Thats just 3 examples, no need for multi nationals or anything, 10000 of those examples i gave across the country starting up you are probably talking 30/40000 people recruited
  16. Lessons have been learned though, there is no chance of history repeating itself there like happened with the jews
  17. I have never advocated exterminating roma or exporting them to death camps or labour camps, merely expressed the fact that there must be something about them if so many civilised countries like France, Italy and Germany simply don't want them.
  18. I cant be expected to give accurate financial projections after 3/4 of a bottle of wine But with a tax cut down to 25p for everyone : 1) There will be a lot less tax avoidance and tax evasion 2) There will be an increase in retail sales which would mean more revenue in VAT 3) Companies will take on more workers to cope with the demand so there will be less unemployed 4) More businesses will start up, these businesses would in many if not most cases employ staff, again more paying tax less on dole 5) More foreigners will come from countries like India, China, Singapore, France, America etc so they would be paying tax I have had too much wine to do detailed research but my opinion stands
  19. There needs to be a free market but not a free for all I support immigration of hard working and law abiding citizens from other countries, they make a great contribution to our country What i dont support is people coming here who dont want to work or want to break the law That is why i support reform of the benefits system with regards to EU immigrants
  20. It would be revenue neutral as more who avoid tax now would pay it, the cut to 45p has bought in more money from highest paid taxpayers than the 50p rate has so imagine what 25p would do, a cut to 25p would also unleash an extra wave of enterprise, plus wealthy foreigners would come here in droves because of our low tax system
  21. Boris didn't say that, he said that it is wrong for Cameron to celebrate a fall in the number of New Zealanders while being powerless to stop 90% of Transylvania moving to London, New Zealanders was just a throwaway comment, he could equally have said Indians, Chinese, Americans or whatever, New Zealand was just the first name in the head, his comments were a dig at the EU rules that we are forced to abide by
  22. Many don't but those that do, a vast growing number given the last year has been an all time record for new business start ups, should be able to keep more of the money they pay themselves, no one in this country should pay more than 25% tax imho, there should be a lower rate of 10% for low paid workers too
  23. If they come here and work hard i will praise them, if i meet any and they are nice to me i will be nice back, but the fact so many countries don't want the roma when they dont feel the same way about other immigrants does suggest to me that there are genuine concerns at how they will behave if they come here
  24. Low tax encourages people to set up businesses, low tax encourages foreign talent and foreign companies to come here, low tax encourages people to work harder as they are keeping more of their hard earned money
