This was a slow burner for me and I'm glad it was. It meant I was able to just grow to the song and I absolutely love it. Her soulful voice and the lyrics are so pleasant to listen to. I'm glad I checked it out after finding it on a personal chart of someones. :)

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 22. Jonas Blue - Something Stupid (feat. AWA) 93-ajYrgaDA Release Date: February 5, 2021 UK Chart Peak: DNC Adam's Chart Run: (18 weeks) | Peak: 08 | 43-23-13-11-8-13-17-28-30-38-38-36-35-38-40-34-40-46-x I remember Something Stupid outstaying it's welcome for SO LONG in my chart last year , it just wouldn't leave the 30s lol. It's an alright song, but Jonas Blue can and has done a lot better.

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 23. Lady Gaga - 911 58hoktsqk_Q Release Date: May 29, 2020 UK Chart Peak: DNC Adam's Chart Run: (45 weeks) | Peak: 02 | 3-2-2-5-11-19-12-7-7-7-19-16-26-31-27-34-21-20-18-12-10-12-8-12-16-23-33-42-x-49-30-33-26-22-24-24-24-33-41-x-38-29-30-32-25-33-41-x 2020 END OF YEAR CHART POSITION: 02 At #23 we have one of my most played songs ever in 911. I am 100% sure this would have been number one for me if it hadn't been stopped by Rain On Me at the time. The chart run really does speak for itself, it's infectious! 911 is one of the most catchy songs I've heard for years and the video is visually stunning too. A shame the Chromatica era kind of ended in the UK as soon as Rain On Me happened, I blame Gaga's management.

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 24. Rita Ora (with Imanbek) - The One WRneEjcGeaE Release Date: February 12, 2021 UK Chart Peak: DNC Adam's Chart Run: (14 weeks) | Peak: 12 | 29-14-12-13-20-23-31-28-28-39-44-x-38-32-41-x Another track from Rita Ora and Imanbek's BANG EP with The One at #24. This track is so generic that it literally could have been anybody singing this, it's my least favourite from the EP and I suspect it is only this high because I was slamming this EP so hard at the start of the year. Some people do enjoy it, but not really for me.

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 25. Bebe Rexha - Sacrifice vTAOh1ARBOI Release Date: March 5, 2021 UK Chart Peak: DNC Adam's Chart Run: (13 weeks) | Peak: 02 | 50-43-16-5-3-2-2-11-9-10-12-32-x A really decent effort from Bebe Rexha on this dance-pop track. Sacrifice is a solid song and it's criminal that it and her album have massively flopped. I find Bebe very underrated and think she deserves to be massive.

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 26. Joel Corry x RAYE x David Guetta - BED 8mOPFGfJ5WQ Release Date: February 26, 2021 UK Chart Peak: 03 Adam's Chart Run: (12 weeks) | Peak: 07 | 28-18-12-7-12-11-12-15-24-24-34-27-x A Joel Corry track at #26 with BED. Now this is a really tricky one for me to comment on because at the start of the year I loved this song, but my opinion has done a complete 360 now and I can't stand it  Joel will find it hard to top Head & Heart for a long time.

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 27. Lady Gaga & Ariana Grande - Rain On Me AoAm4om0wTs Release Date: May 22, 2020 UK Chart Peak: 01 Adam's Chart Run: (43 weeks) | Peak: 01 | 1-1-1-1-1-7-9-5-3-3-3-8-12-17-9-3-3-4-13-22-29-29-25-25-21-17-26-27-37-30-21-13-13-18-20-25-33-39-42-42-x-44-48-x-38-x LAST YEAR'S EOY CHART POSITION: 01 Well I knew Rain On Me may make another appearance in this year's EOY chart as it was my #1 song of 2020, and here it is again at #27! It's one of those songs that I never skip and I still don't get bored of so it's plays just keep adding up, look at the chart run! This really was a moment, especially the VMA performance. I'm so glad Lady Gaga got another number one with this, it's gay heaven and I love it!

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 28. Mabel - Let Them Know ehcRu2xPXHU Release Date: June 18, 2021 UK Chart Peak: 19 Adam's Chart Run: (11 weeks*) | Peak: 02 | 31-9-2-4-13-31-21-20-31-36-x-48 I honestly thought this song was trash when it first came out. But then I listening again.... and again.... and again, and eventually I was hooked and it was the song of my Summer. it's a total bop and it just makes you feel like a bad ass bitch when you play it before a night out. *Still charting

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 29. Frock Destroyers - Her Majesty nNV5AO4wWk4 Release Date: November 25, 2020 UK Chart Peak: DNC Adam's Chart Run: (21 weeks) | Peak: 02 | 6-2-3-2-6-12-10-16-16-21-23-27-30-29-38-45-x-47-45-x-27-38-43-x The Frock Destroyers somehow have another entrant on my EOY chart . At #29 with their follow-up single, Her Majesty. This is miles better than Break Up (Bye Bye) (which was good also). They've come a really long way from rhyming home with home [blu Hydrangea], as this track has some funny one liners and the chorus is SO CATCHY. It became quite the monster hit for me and I enjoy listening to it still now.

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 30. Justin Bieber - Hold On LWeiydKl0mU Release Date: March 5, 2021 UK Chart Peak: 10 Adam's Chart Run: (10 weeks) | Peak: 06 | 26-15-6-7-12-10-7-13-13-25-x A stunning track from Justin Bieber at #30 with Hold On. This isn't the last we will hear from Bieber on my EOY chart either. I forgot how much I've loved his material this year. He sounds great vocally here and I remember the video breaking my heart.

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 31. Taylor Swift - willow RsEZmictANA Release Date: December 11, 2020 UK Chart Peak: 03 Adam's Chart Run: (15 weeks) | Peak: 03 | 27-8-4-3-3-5-7-8-11-21-27-33-43-x-36-x-48-x Another track from evermore by Taylor Swift. This time willow is my #31 played song of 2021. It's gorgeous, she sounds gorgeous and the video is gorgeous too.

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 32. VIZE x Alan Walker - Space Melody (feat. Edward Artemyev & Leony) eXzestWGq2U Release Date: December 11, 2020 UK Chart Peak: DNC Adam's Chart Run: (16 weeks) | Peak: 07 | 42-31-21-19-18-10-7-10-16-29-33-38-36-33-19-42-x I can't remember who, but I discovered this on somebody's personal chart earlier in 2021. I fell in love with it. The use of Edward Artemyev's Space Melody as a sample works really well and it stuck around on my chart for ages. Alan Walker being on the track always helps, he's had a great year this year. A proper bop.

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 33. Ariana Grande - positions tcYodQoapMg Release Date: October 30, 2020 UK Chart Peak: 01 Adam's Chart Run: (23 weeks) | Peak: 02 | 14-3-3-2-7-7-8-11-7-6-6-5-7-11-19-32-39-40-36-35-40-42-x-41-x Ariana Grande's monster number 1 smash positions is up at #33. Originally I really wasn't fussed on this song hence the #14 entry but it quickly grew on me and was one of my favourite songs in Q4 of 2020. It was only blocked by the superior Sweet Melody otherwise it would have been #1 for me. Her diction is terrible in this song though and it's really hard to understand what she's singing in the chorus. It's not amongst Ariana's very best tracks but it did it's job well and has gone down as a big success.

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 34. Demi Lovato - Met Him Last Night (feat. Ariana Grande) aY7os8Qms6w Release Date: April 1, 2021 UK Chart Peak: 44 Adam's Chart Run: (13 weeks) | Peak: 02 | 33-11-3-2-6-7-20-46-42-36-30-49-x Met Him Last Night deserved to smash and I am still fuming that Demi's management didn't push the single more. Imagine a live performance of this! Demi and Ariana's voices blend so well together on this track and it's a pretty decent song. As if it charted higher than the actual lead single oop.

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 35. Clean Bandit - Higher (feat. iann dior) Rqsfa5At214 Release Date: January 29, 2021 UK Chart Peak: 66 Adam's Chart Run: (10 weeks) | Peak: 05 | 20-15-6-5-12-14-31-36-43-41-x I have to say I totally forgot Higher existed since it left my chart. It's ok but really is nothing special. I feel like Clean Bandit are just on a downward spiral these days, nothing they release is catching my eye anymore. Nothing will ever top Rockabye for me. I do like the drop on this one though.

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 36. Rita Ora - Bang Bang (Acoustic) o3ujPk0h1P4 Release Date: March 12, 2021 UK Chart Peak: DNC Adam's Chart Run: (13 weeks) | Peak: 03 | 31-12-3-6-9-28-30-32-35-32-x-24-23-16-x The acoustic version of Bang Bang is absolutely stunning and you all need to hear it NOW. Rita Ora sounds absolutely fantastic on this, it's one of her best vocals. She's accompanied by a guitar and piano at the beginning and towards the end of the song it's a total orchestral masterpiece. It really is gorgeous to listen to.

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 37. Ivano Turco - Only You, Lonely You (from Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cinderella) u7vumHX0Lxw Release Date: December 11, 2020 UK Chart Peak: DNC Adam's Chart Run: (6 weeks) | Peak: 03 | 10-3-3-4-29-x-36-x Back to ALW's Cinderella at #37 with Only You, Lonely You. This is probably the biggest *moment* in the show and the song is spectacular with each chorus getting more powerful as the song progresses. As you can tell it's sung by the Prince in the show, who is played by Ivano Turco who has come straight from drama school into this lead role. A lot of eyes were on him to step up into a leading West End role but he does it with ease and is the perfect casting. A true talent.

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 38. Demi Lovato - Melon Cake rMmWt1VDbnc Release Date: April 1, 2021 UK Chart Peak: DNC Adam's Chart Run: (13 weeks) | Peak: 04 | 50-13-4-4-8-26-23-28-24-23-20-33-27-x Melon Cake from Demi's 2021 album wasn't my first choice of song when I listened to the album for the first time. However, it grew and grew and grew on me and became my favourite song from the album. It's got a great chorus and the bridge sounds great. It's quite a basic song compared to their previous singles but I adore it.

Thank you for hosting Joseph! Was good to listen along :)

What an awful song to be #1.

Wish good 4 u would have made #1 over the trash that has.

Song of the year.

The Fifa song! Don't get the love for it

Adam's End Of Year Chart - Top 100 - 2021: 39. Becky Hill - My Heart Goes (La Di Da) (feat. Topic) R4kRgIkpTxQ Release Date: August 24, 2021 UK Chart Peak: 11 Adam's Chart Run: (12 weeks) | Peak: 01 | 5-1-9-12-14-17-20-17-17-23-26-11 Another track from Becky Hill at #39 with My Heart Goes (La Di Da). The song is quite basic, let's be honest but I can't get enough of it still! It is just so infectious. It's a team up with another DJ (of course), this time with Topic. Topic has always released bops for me so it's no surprise I've loved My Heart Goes. Glad it made number one for me but it's criminal that it stalled at #11 officially for so long.
