Hi James, I thought you'd approve of Jess being number one, I mostly did it as my number one on Thursday has been number one officially on Sunday so I thought it would be a good omen! Melody will be a number one on my chart once it gets a proper release date, one of my fave tunes of the year so far! I do think Stronger is a bit by-the-numbers but its a good track, can't see it doing that great next week. Even for Paloma, all good things come to an end!!!! Thanks for commenting as always :)

Thank god for Pep & Rash, I hoped this would climb and now its up to 17 which is a better result so I'm hopeful that a top 20 peak next Sunday is possible! I kind of want Stevie to hold on to that lead for as long as possible as I would rather Lost Stars or Hold My Hand get to number one over Jealous

I'm shocked to see Stevie at number one...can't see it lasting long, will probably be out of the top 10 by Friday but at least The Voice could finally see a winner charting higher than number 39! I wish that awful Nick Jonas track would switch with Pep & Rash, I really thought pre orders indicated a top 20 at least but to see it sitting at 39 is a real disappointment I just hope it can climb a bit through the day

Already loving the sound of this track, got to be an obvious contender for a summer number one! Definitely the strongest of the 3 tracks I've heard from Martin so far though I hope he doesn't go down the David Guetta road of just releasing big name collaborations and still releases big tunes like Animals and Wizard

Hi James! It was really close in the end, Calvin only just edged it but who knows maybe Jess will do it next week?! The only negative comment I have is the fact Greg James will be the host...I know Greg is the host of the 4pm slot anyway but why couldn't it have been Scott Mills (though had they not swapped shows :( ...) I was initially unhappy about them cutting the chart down to 2 hours but given how stale the charts become I actually think it will be better to cut out a lot of songs as long as they don't make the same mistakes as last time when they would play older songs over the newer tracks, miss new entries etc I'm dreading Sundays now, what will I do with my afternoons on Buzzjack now!!

Hopefully if Radio 1 give it some good airplay then a top 20 would be achievable even though it deserves to be a top 10 but no doubt it will end up following the peaks of Hannah Wants/Tough Love/Alex Adair and peak anywhere between 15 and 11 :(

I was going to say the same thing, I really enjoyed tonight's episode with Stan, Babe and Cora and I completely agree that the other stories last night didn't come close and felt uneccessary This is why I love EE as they give the older characters a mix of comedy and drama but on Corrie I can't remember the last 'big' storyline to feature the older cast which is a shame
