  2. Hello and welcome to this weeks brand new singles chart! Thank you to everyone who took time to post your comments last week :) Before we get started lets begin with some commentary... Chart Commentary • Gareth Malone's All Star Choir became only the second act of 2014 to debut at number one with the official Children In Need single. I know it's not a popular track but its all for a good cause!! But can the choir be the first act for almost a month to spend more than a week at number one?! • In today's chart there are just 3 new entries including new music from Years & Years, George Ezra and Oliver Heldens. But can any if these tracks go straight to the top of my chart and beat Gareth's choir to the number one spot?! • This weeks highest climber jumps 15 places. Other climbers in today's chart include Clean Bandit, Take That, David Guetta, Tom Odell and Professor Green!! • Here are the stats for today's chart: 4 new entries 21 tracks go down 9 climbers 6 non movers This week we have to say goodbye to the following tracks :nocheer: Dropouts: 40 - Sander Van Doorn/Martin Garrix/DVBBS/Aleesia - Gold Skies {24-24-22-18-16-29-40} 35 - We Are The Ocean - Arc {34-26-35} 33 - Breach/Kelis - The Key {40-40-33} 23 - Avicii/Aloe Blacc - Wake Me Up {23} RE-ENTRY And now its time to begin this weeks countdown, so sit back, relax and enjoy!! Whoops...Double Post!!

Just Fatboy to go now and I'll be happy :)
  5. Just get rid of Shaggy and all those reality TV singles and that's a great list of number ones!!
  6. I would love to see the David Guetta/Emeli Sande track get to number one! I hope the track will be released as an instant grat or a single in Sunday as this would give the track a bigger boost rather than waiting for Monday
  7. Hi James :) You need to hear the other Calvin track thought you'd love that! Clean Bandit are big contenders for my number one this week! Thanks for commenting

As long as the murderer can get rid of Fatboy too that's fine with me! I'm sick of seeing him popping up in every Dot/group scene and the sound of his voice does my head in...either give him a proper storyline or just get rid and save the writers some time!!
  9. I never thought I'd say this but I'm so happy this will be getting performed on X Factor so I really hope this could do a 'Beneath Your Beautiful' and smash into the top ten, such an epic track Emeli's vocals are beyond amazing and that production  This has to be my favourite Guetta track to date! I can't see her straying too far from the sound on her first album, though I'd like to see more uptempo tracks on her next album as it took me a while to get into OVOE but I'm so excited for new music from Emeli and hopefully 2015 will give her a solo number one!!

Quite why Ten Walls is even on this list in the first place worries me...so this is supposed to be one of the worst tracks of 2014 according to BuzzJack... I despair... +10 MAGIC! - Rude +9 John Legend - All of Me +8 Jason Derulo feat. Snoop Dogg - Wiggle +7 5 Seconds Of Summer - She Looks So Perfect +6 One Direction - Midnight Memories +5 will.i.am feat. Cody Wise - It's My Birthday +4 Jeremih feat. YG - Don't Tell 'Em +3 Pharrell Williams - Happy +2 Ed Sheeran - Sing +1 The Vamps - Last Night
  11. Anything would be an improvement...even 4 minutes of silence (though that's a bit harsh) I am looking forward to the remixes though if they're any good and they can be bought I might buy it but I'm still going to donate directly to the charity anyway Just a shame this version is outselling the original and 2004 version :(
  12. Hi Mango :) 2 (3) David Guetta feat. Sam Martin - Dangerous (4 wks / HCP 2) [20-10-3-2] 3 (4) Maroon 5 - Animals (3 wks / HCP 3) [17-4-3] 4 (8) Clean Bandit feat. Jess Glynne - Real Love (4 wks / HCP 4) [26-16-8-4] Really hope this stays ahead of Olly on Sunday!! To think this could have been number one if it wasn't for Band Aid :( 5 (25) George Ezra - Listen To The Man (2 wks / HCP 5) [25-5] *** HIGHEST CLIMBER *** 6 (2) Cheryl - I Don't Care (6 wks / HCP 2) [27-15-8-3-2-6] 7 (9) Jungle - Busy Earnin' (5 wks / HCP 7) [31-25-14-9-7] 10 (21) McBusted - Air Guitar (2 wks / HCP 10) [21-10] Oh really  I'm shaking my head...their performance on Strictly was dire...... 14 (27) Calvin Harris feat. Ellie Goulding - Outside (2 wks / HCP 14) [27-14] Its between this and Pray To God for best Calvin track ever! (Though We Found Love is up there too!) 16 (30) Royal Blood - Ten Tonne Skeleton (2 wks / HCP 16) [30-16] 17 (20) OneRepublic - I Lived (3 wks / HCP 17) [31-20-17] 20 (29) Years & Years - Desire (2 wks / HCP 20) [29-20] 21 (10) Jamie T - Zombie (8 wks / HCP 2) [22-11-3-2-2-4-10-21] 22 (-) Sam Smith - Like I Can (1 wks / HCP 22) [22] Already way over exposed but this is good enough for me! I think next years Brits will be a Ed vs Sam clear up! 23 (26) Milky Chance - Down By The River (4 wks / HCP 23) [36-32-26-23] 24 (-) Professor Green feat. Mr. Probz - Little Secrets (1 wks / HCP 24) [24] Snap! Same as my chart, I wonder who's chart this will peak in first  26 (-) Tom Odell - Real Love (1 wks / HCP 26) [26] Really didn't like this on first listen but love it now, would prefer it to be a bit longer than 2.17 minutes 28 (-) Mary J. Blige - Right Now (1 wks / HCP 28) [28] 29 (22) Wilkinson feat. Talay Riley - Dirty Love (5 wks / HCP 22) [38-34-28-22-29] 30 (-) Chvrches - Get Away (1 wks / HCP 30) [30] 31 (-) Kiesza - No Enemiesz (1 wks / HCP 31) [31] 32 (13) Kasabian - Stevie (6 wks / HCP 9) [28-17-10-9-13-32] 33 (15) Charli XCX - Break The Rules (8 wks / HCP 3) [29-17-12-5-3-7-15-33] 36 (16) Parra For Cuva feat. 13. Hi Simon :P I'm yet to fall in love with the Mary J Blige single but it is good, love the production! I think I'm the only person to chart the CIN single on Buzzjack!! I don't care though as I think it's excellent and I love the fact that Jo Brand and Linda Robson can say they've had a UK number one  Thank you for commenting!!
  14. Hi Mango :) 36 - I think she is doing the right thing by delaying the album hopefully she'll be in one of those polls of 2015 and she can have a bit single hopefully...... 24 - Love this track, definite contender for number one on both our charts I think :) 21 - I have to say I was fed up with him after Stay With Me but this is a great single! And I won't hear anything against Queen Emeli thank you :P 17 - Don't worry this will be climbing next week...... 10 - I know it's such a tune! It's due for release in 2015, but if you search for it on iTunes its available to buy now unless someone's realised and made it album only!! 5 - This took time to grow on me but once I'd seen the advert as well I fell in love though I wish it was a bit longer! 1 - I think I'm the only person to chart this!! I love it and I'm glad it got to number one officially! Thank you for commenting!!!!
  15. I hope Years & Years aren't just going to be one of those acts to appear on every dance track going!! Not bad on first listen, a definite grower and Olly's vocals are incredible!!
  16. I think it's for the best this has been removed for now, might give Avicii time to either plan a new single or wait until the new year when sales are quieter and then try again This really wasn't a great choice for lead single but hopefully Avicii will pull something epic out of the bag from this era!!
  17. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy that a lot of money has been raised to try and stop Ebola claiming any more lives but there's just something about the track and other elements that I've read that just doesn't sit right with me and I'd rather donate my £3/4 that I would have spent on the single to the charity directly I really don't like the single, it just sounds so dull and apart from a couple of artists the vocals just don't have that epic quality of the original and that's just my opinion!
  18. There's so much in that article I really agree with. Bob Geldof didn't need to make that comment about Adele. Just because these other stars would turn up to the opening of an envelope to promote their own careers/albums doesn't mean he can say that. Maybe he knew this line up needed her to make this special? I completely respect and love Adele more for the fact she's actually made a donation to the charity rather than do the single. If only all so called celebrities behaved this way and acted like a role model and set a good example. How many of the stars on this have done the same I wonder. I'd hope Bob would have said you can be on it if you make a donation in my opinion. I'm getting more cynical with age I'm sorry!!
  19. Exactly my thoughts...such an underwhelming track not a patch on the original or even Band Aid 20 which I liked! I'd rather just donate the money direct to the charity
  20. I have to say I'm really disappointed with this track, it just sounds so lifeless and dull until the end. I think I'd rather download the original and donate my money another way And the video is just what I expected...might as well be a 1D video as they're in almost every frame in the last minute or so...... I agree with the Digital Spy review!
  21. Me too! I'm glad I've been proved wrong as I thought he'd benefit from The X Factor effect but the songs very generic and got old really quickly for me Really hope we get that top 2 of 100k sellers by Sunday but I'm gutted Clean Bandit would have been number one this week :( Surprised Gareth Malone's holding up this well though I expect he may still have a big drop next week hopefully no lower than 6/7
  22. Hi Jason :P 32 - It's not her best by any means but it's ok 31 - I would have said a definite number one but a lack of AirPlay and Band Aid means they might only scrape top 5 24 - For me this is his strongest single to date I love this and it will be a big climber!! 21 - Sam Smith has just become too over exposed for me...but this is his strongest single choice so far 5 - Took a bit of time for me to love this but then i saw the advert! I wish it was longer than 2 minutes 1 - It's only number one because the last few months Ive had singles in my chart on Thursday at the same position on the chart on Sunday so I was hoping it would work again and it has  Thank you for commenting!!
  23. Hi Mart!n, thank you for commenting!! I know, I was fully expecting Olly Murs to be number one this week which made me happy about Band Aid releasing! Now I've seen Clean Bandit there I'm gutted, I wish they'd released this sooner it's such a great tune though I'm hoping its sales come still clear 100k :(
  24. Yes for Calvin and Ellie at number one!! I know it's not the best track of 2014, but Gareth Malone doesn't deserve all the hate its getting so... +5 Gareth Malone's All Star Choir · 'Wake Me Up' +4 Calvin Harris ft. Ellie Goulding · 'Outside' +3 Tom Odell · 'Real Love' +2 Cheryl · 'I Don't Care' +1 Sam Smith · 'Like I Can' -1 The Veronicas · 'You Ruin Me' -2 Ed Sheeran · 'Thinking Out Loud' -3 Sam Smith · 'I'm Not The Only One' -4 Meghan Trainor · 'All About That Bass' -5 One Direction · 'Steal My Girl'
