New music out today. I think it's a surprise as I hadn't seen any teasers on it. Nice to have them back after 18 months away.

Dirty Business
Watched it all, fantastic! The combination of drama and real-life stories were so strong and hard hitting. Channel 4 have never been one to shy away from stuff like this and hopefully it'll be a real catalyst for change as we all know about the disgraceful behaviour carried out by water companies but this has and will continue to highlight that.

Hard-Fi - Sweating Someone Else's Fever
Heard this for the first time tonight and I quite like it. Catchy chorus and slight spoken word vocal in the verses makes it a stand out lead for the album.

Heart FM Playlist 2026
I don't think anyone could be mad at you for not tracking the Heart recurrents because I don't even think they remember what they should be playing half the time hence the sporadic nature of appearances by some songs.

Radio 2 Playlist 2026
Delta was last on the playlist with Hearts On The Run in 2024, so they could support her Eurovision track but I don't see them choosing her over our own. As Mango says, Scott played it on breakfast so I'll eat my hat if they don't playlist Eins, Zwei, Drei (Rylan played it on Saturday too).

Club Bizarre @ The Indie Disco: Confirmations
Welcome along to the 34th edition of Club Bizarre. In this 20th anniversary week for BuzzJack it feels rather fitting to be running with the 'Indie Disco' theme as we transport back to the vibes of 2006. This is something that is quite close to my heart in terms of the music landscape as it shaped a lot of my youth and continues to be ever-present with a resurgence now fully in flight. Let's visit that dark and dingy club in your town that's running its one and only indie night of the year and bring all the best tunes to the DJ booth. This is your opportunity to send anything from the 'indie sleaze', 'electroclash', 'nu rave', 'alternative dance', 'dance rock' space, but that's not it; if you feel inclined to send guitars or a purely indie track, then you can! There's just one important point, you must be able to dance to it and be able to fill an indie dancefloor. From the 80s with New Order, to the 90s with Fatboy Slim and The Chemical Brothers, to the 00s with LCD Soundsystem, Daft Punk and early Calvin Harris, to even now with Fcukers and The Dare, there is a wide variety to choose from (plus even more with the guitar element thrown in too!). This is a side to dance music that hopefully everyone can find their own in considering its wide genre and decade spanning existence. Rules You must send a song that sits within the theme chosen otherwise the moderators will veto your choice and you'll have to find something else. You may not send a previous BJSC or Club Bizarre entry. I will also advise to avoid Unknown Pleasures and Nuggets, but given the theme this may not be totally possible (though please do try!). You may also not send anything too well known (blog presence is likely to be high with this theme so the entries sent will be assessed on a case by case basis). This is supposed to be a contest to discover new and under the radar music and artists. This is an anonymous contest so you must not reveal your entry until announced in the results thread. You have until Sunday 15th March 2026 at 23:59 (GMT) to confirm a song. Confirm Here

Casualty
I cannot get over how strong this block of episodes is. Really great character driven stories and the idea to bring in the CQC element is showing some more depth. The cast is very strong right now too! I do wonder if the hospital will end up closing which will feed into the move to Wales that's supposed to happen next year. Whatever happens, it's going in strong to its 40th anniversary later this year.
