I see Lauren has now acknowledged Jay's "exit" on screen and looks like I was right to call out it being "Bert falls ill". They'll obv have to address the fact that he won't be returning at some point again too. I have really warmed to Julie recently. Having her away from Nigel and integrating with others has worked really well this week. The scenes between her and Joel today were ace. I can see some school scenes on the horizon, something we've not really had since the era of Bex, Louise etc. Even the current set of teens haven't really had any school scenes yet so now is the perfect opportunity to do this.

Only a slight change to Radio 1 Dance schedule then. Maybe they'll update things as the weeks go on. I do love Radio 1 Anthems but it can be a bit stale when the same shows get repeated multiple times a week
