I do kind of hope that if they can't entice anyone back into the role that Michelle is recast and comes back with Sharon, whenever the heck that is. It would be really good to have Michelle, Vicki and Mark on the Square together.

A missed opportunity there with Julie to really show her in the school setting. I'm not talking let's go back to 2017 school drama days a la Bex, Louise etc but it would've been good, for instance, to really show the impact of Joel's story with Julie at the school. It'll be a massive shame if she does leave but I had thought they'd sold their house in Scotland to pay for Nigel's care fees.

Wonder if he didn't get the proper licence permissions for the release as that's still needed even if it's a cover version and not directly sampling the original track. As it is quite different from the original, the publisher has to agree to the release.
