Slayed our ears with greatness consistently
  2. Oh I am very gutted about Faye leaving first

Ooh thanks for that heads up. Must've been a late decision as this morning there was only one episode available to watch on iPlayer and now tomorrow's is there too
  4. It's also on the digital single available on streaming platforms. It's the intro that throws me off as it has additional production on it and it ends very abruptly with a fade.
  5. The third track to be released from her upcoming album, out 3rd July. This was first performed during her Radio 1 Dance in Malta set last year. https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1JbgYSnFp1/ Clever use of that TikTok from her surprise TRNSMT set in the teaser too. Feels like a purposeful, timely release.
  6. I would imagine it'll based on how the current main albums chart is compiled so it will include streams, greatest hits etc. It would be nice to see some extra gems and detailed analysis from the OCC or Music Week.
  7. Published for the first time on 22nd July 1956, the UK Albums Chart turns 70 this year in just a few weeks. On 19th July, Radio 2 is airing a special episode of Pick of the Pops celebrating the 20 biggest sellers of all time. The OCC will probably publish this list ahead of the broadcast that week. Whilst it's debatable that the charts now are, for lack of a better phrase, fast-paced, the sales are still really strong. Like it or not, there's also a lot of greatest hits hanging around highlighting some significant popularity/longevity of some much loved artists and groups. Are there any particular chart battles you are fond of from years gone by or any you're looking forward to in 2026? Or any other memories you want to share!

This has started, will hopefully give the first couple of episodes a watch this week.
  9. I actually prefer the newer version over that

Will Manning played it yesterday, confirming it was a "first play". It was then played again today once.

Actually cannot wait for more gold from Ria and Tara, icons.
  12. I ordered from Chalkys (via eBay) and they used Royal Mail, no issues! I have found whatever service Rarewaves uses (I thought it was whistl but could be mistaken) are incredibly slow.
  13. Saltwater didn't sound any different to me but I think that's probably because I'm so used to the version that's been available digitally this whole time. Hey Boy Hey Girl is a radio edit but the single release and Now 43 version used the album version so it does sound different.
  14. Ah the 2001 album re-record of Right Now featuring Jenny too! Oops
  15. Oh it's the album versions of Better Best Forgotten and I Have A Dream on Disc 2, possibly A Little Bit More too?
  16. #12 today (and now the #1 dance record too)
  17. Tune of the Weekend is Charli xcx - Wink Wink
  18. They could do it in the UK and not have Dannii as a host? I'd imagine a lot of their expense is on her and hosting the whole thing for several weeks in Italy. Alas, we're never privy to the finer details behind a cancellation despite being largely funded by tbe British public.
  19. My Yearbook 99 is coming today, can't wait to play it when I get home from work
  20. KETTAMA Great to see Lime Garden on BBC Introducing too
  21. Netherlands PLEASE Edit: oh
