It's great to see this whole Ian/Bea thing moving along so quickly. I had feared we'd have months of Bea pining after him before anything happened; intrigued to see how Honey is going to react in tomorrow's episode to the credit card fraud. Rooting for Elaine and Ian tbh. I cannot get past Jasmine and Patrick ever being able to make amends here. Patrick would be forgiven for completely disowning Jasmine and causing absolute shit for her but that doesn't suit the narrative of the show does it, though it'd be more realistic if they never moved on from it. P.S. Best Soap winner at the BAFTAs last night for the second year in a row.

Kiss have always played them in some capacity. They don't just play new music, they'll go further back as "Kiss Anthems" is now a thing (RIP Kisstory).

Go isn't currently being played outside of chart show and Anthems. I'd imagine they'll start to pick it up on recurrent plays later this week if they do.

Here for The Chemical Brothers swooping in and taking the top spot PLEASE
  10. Does anyone have or still buy music DVDs? They definitely feel less common but I picked up Basement Jaxx's The Videos recently for £5 from Rarewaves of all places and it made me wonder if anyone still goes out of their way to buy things like this? Concert DVDs/Blu Ray are probably more common nowadays. DVD singles were also a thing; I stumbled across The Streets - Blinded By The Lights in a local record shop with the video on disc.
  11. Robyn coming up on almost 30 years of consistent support then!
  12. Big fan of this guy and I was happy to see an album announcement recently following the critical success of his debut. Antony Szmierek releases his second album Decoding Birdsong on 21st August with yet more of his poetic rap and spoken word over infectious dance beats. It is preceded by the singles 'The Heron' and 'Chalk' and includes collaborations with Australia’s Pretty Girl, London band Los Bitchos, and Bristol producer 1-800 GIRLS, as well as Imogen and the Knife and indie pop star Ellur.
  13. Album confirmed Pure Devotion coming this summer
  14. It definitely screams summer. Is it catchy? Not really but it's enjoyable enough. Echoing the One Kiss similarities too.
  15. I love that this has happened on an anniversary week for the song too as it was originally released 4th May 2015
  16. Girl Like Me now has a video
  17. Incredible news
  18. Track 4 is now on the way as an official release, title is still TBC
  19. I went Independent this time. We have 3 councillors in our ward and one of which is already Independent, the other two are Greens. This vote was to replace a Green seat and the Independent candidate has been very strong in their community work leading up to this vote. I haven't seen anything from the other candidates at all so my vote went where I felt like the community was being seen and heard. It felt very refreshing not to vote for a specific party and their politics and just vote for an individual who cares about getting things done rather than political bias.

I feel like it works better when you can binge / watch more than one episode at a time? The pacing of weekly episodes I feel doesn't work, especially when there's no recap of what happened previously so you're stuck trying to work out who is who from 5 weeks ago.
  21. Here's the first release from it today
  22. In the famous words of Gemma Collins... "BORING, NEXT".
  23. Not sure the words "Jazzy" and "endearing" have ever been said in the same sentence before as she's actually rather monotonous in her voice I think, but that's her style I guess and people have taken to it x

Yay at that news. Glad it's continuing
  25. Does Lauren Spencer Smith count?
