Morocco wold have been a great host nation, they really gave it all in this match. I believe Morocco was one of the teams that nominated to host for 2022

Comfortable win for France, I did think the Penalty was a bit pointless when France were 3-0 nil up and in added extra time, its not as if Poland were heading through. If England win tonight, the Friday match will be entertaining, it could go all the way to Penalties, seems Bappe might cause a few problems for us, he seems to be firing all cylinders :lol:

I can see a pattern forming, every match in the last 16 scoring 2-1 :lol:, that's the second last 16 match ending 2-1 so far... The Australia comeback was a smasher didn't even see that coming.

Was watching the Brazil match first, that was a bit of a bore fest, switched it over to the Serbian game, that was a score fest, glad I made the switch, didn't miss much from the Brazil match I see, apart from Cameroon in the closing seconds of the game. Let the knock off stages begin. I think Netherlands and probably Argentina making it into the Quarters from tomorrows' matches. Interesting match between Morocco and Spain, that should be a good one, the rest they look pretty much obvious, Japan might come good, and the Swiss might give Portugal a good run.

Firstly surely that ball was OUT Really struggling how Spain lost this, after their smashing opening match, anyhow looking forward to the Morocco match now. And finally looking at Germany going out second time at the group stage, makes me wonder if the team needs a overhaul refresh, they don't seem to have any strength in them no more.

On a separate note kudos to Morocco for winning the group, on their only second appearance, since 1982.They play probably Japan or Germany in the next round

That was bad performance from Belgium, and all those chances in the second half was hilarious, how can you miss a target :lol: And players like Witsel etc etc, he was practically non existent throughout that match, they should have known from the moment they started the match at the beginning it was a must win scenario... on the whole nothing happened apart from Croatia, who looked better on the pitch. This match had a lot of chances from both ends but came up shooting blanks.
