I think it's likely as Mariah is charting at 1 and 35 and Ariana 15.

What she's losing in streaming she's now making up for in downloads. She's #2 on Amazon and iTunes.

It looks like they've since tried to amend her 27/12 video streams. I say tried because they are still wrong!. But it's gone from 645 to 1,290 now.
