  1. u-tuWqIqyhE It’s ok. Laid back, listenable.
  2. Seems a very low key release. I guess aimed more at the euro dance market (?)
  3. Don’t like this at all. A bit of a rambling mess with some Becky shrill voice occasionally irritating.
  4. No doubts. She’s a very special talent.
  5. I got as far as the private jet and champagne. Zzzzzzzzzzzzxx
  6. Her last songs were with Switch Disco, Regard, Sonny Fodera, M22 and Frank Walker…
  7. Just guessing, but people probably write songs and pay her money to sing on them because they tend to be hits. Ps. I don’t think you know what cynical means. A good summer tune. Sure to be a big hit (see above).
  8. Just give her the Brit now. Add Jax Jones on tambourine, Becky Hill on triangle and Calum Scott on drums and let’s get it over with…
  9. Can’t really get much sense of the song from that. Nothing special. She’s going for that Brit isn’t she😉
  10. LNljynXJY74 The boys have still got it!

Nice to see Hundred Reasons back after 15 years (and touring)! It really is a very good album as well. Seems to be doing pretty well…
  12. Album out today!!. And it really is very very good! My favourite song is Replicate, nice video too. The tour has begun with Leeds last night, now to Manchester…

    This is grim.
  15. Decent tune based around Robert Miles. Doing quite well on iTunes #11. Ella Henderson doing the vocal (initially uncredited). cPN4H0sSCHQ
  16. New thread?
  17. Probably true, but at 26 she has to look ahead and needs a focus. She seemed to have had a genuine interest in RnB, Soul which has just dissipated as she chased more commercial success. She seems to have no roots now. The latest album even has Country twangs - no idea where that came from! It may be best for her to reset and do small intimate (probably London based) gigs to sort her musical identity out and hone her craft, maybe just her and piano.
  18. Tbh 2 collab singles have done well. The core album overall lacked identity, was confused and has done pretty poorly. I don’t think we’ll see another Ella album for years. Not trying to be negative, just keeping it real.
  19. It’s not on the top200 on iTunes or top100 on Amazon. Do you know where the sales are coming from?
  20. I suspect she will struggle in 2023 as her ‘brand’ has gone a bit toxic due to Torygate. Can’t imagine many queuing up for collabs for instance. Still find it bizarre she and her team said absolutely nothing. At the least they should have pushed the UK music industry statement saying no political affiliation.
  21. Tour dates (take note a couple cancelled!)
  22. Really pleased to hear Hundred Reasons have a new album out after 15 years!! (And a tour) The cover single sounds pretty damn good to me. Good luck to them, a really solid band with some great vocals from Colin Doran. 4HdOCHWIR1M
  23. A few final thoughts from me on this. Apologies all for taking this totally off topic. 1. Everyone knows artists should NEVER go anywhere near politics. This was an incredible lack of judgement when things were going pretty well. 2. Once it happened her team should have very quickly got something on her socials. Even the posting of the UK Music statement about appearances being no reflection of personal politics could have stemmed the tide. Instead they just let it grow to the point it will have a significant impact on her career. Another incredible lack of judgement. 3. She has a tour coming up including a number of gigs at universities. They could be a total unpleasant mess now. Never mind the zero chance of any future Pride, summer festival bookings and even collabs (who wants to get involved with something negative when they can choose elsewhere). I know she has mental health issues. Very sad this has happened. The best she can do now is make an apologetic statement asap and sack her management.
