I think Glitterballs preorders were quite a bit weaker than John Newman, so I think it will do fine but not as well as John. It does has a chance to connect well with more AirPlay though. Aston has has masses of promo already, I'm tired of it before it has started.

Like most pop :0). Its not a masterpiece, just a nice simple pop song; and one of the better releases in a pretty poor week. One thing I dont like about her is she is a complete poseur, never found that attractive myself, rather like Susanna Hoffs from The Bangles- pretty girl, far to posey.

I think most just said they like Body Talk, including me. Nice pop song, which will probably chart top 15 looking at the pre-orders- so we're not the only ones :0)

I guess at this stage streaming wont be too significant. Glitterball has over a 1m streams on Spotify, but probs less than 50k UK in the last week? (Foxes has 0 and Aston M 225k probs all UK and probs 30k last week?)

Glitterball hits iTunes top 100! 1 day left. Should chart safe top 10, and peak near iTunes top 5 I guess, with a chance of better, because this hasnt had that much airplay and could take off given the simple summer vibe...

I'd take that! Maybe youre right because the charts are quite weak at the mo. Foxes should be in the middle of Glitterball/Get Stupid somewhere I guess. Glitterball has the best streaming (nearly 1m worldwide), Foxes isnt even on Spotify yet- but I dont think any of them will steam that great/significant.

This song was was nowhere until 2 weeks ago, when his promo really upped. For the amount of promo it hasn't performed well. It may scrape top 20 then fall badly methinks. Glitterball may just scrape top 10, and that has been in the 150-350 range for a month.

She Looks So Perfect is by far their best track. The rest are pretty awful, dont get the Dont Stop love, I really cant abide it.

I guess the one with the big adam's apple might try and go single. Even the one that looks like a monkey might have a go :P

Be interesting to see how far 5SOS will drop today. I guess being a non-school day the fans might try and multi-buy to save it a while... And before Joseph gets all upset, I did actually like She Looks So Perfect... This is just awful though. Bring back some real pop punk, Blink Or NFG...
