On my first listen and I don't like how NTLTC is so far down the tracklist. I know tracklisting seems like a nickity thing to pick at but the album is far too similar when listening through.

To think it will be nine years old in October and it has been eight since it's release as a single!

Now the album is out what do we think it’ll be?

I know she’s had Sangria Wine but it does feel like she’s since NBTS! I can’t at the choice over She Loves Control - that would definitely go down well with fans.

It did plummet indeed but I don’t think it ruined Ego’s success so FIO was quite harmless really it was the badly timed album release that needed to be changed! :lol:

There is nothing wrong with FIO imo. It went to number two, is silver (I think?) and was a good change up. Curse Chipmunk for getting to number one over it :( the problem really was the album build up and not releasing Ego sooner followed by the album. FIO then Ego then the album would have been more effective.

Definitely agree with what has been said about Bed being released to capitalise on Ari hype! I’m still waiting until I’m off holiday for a full listen but some of the snippets on iTunes sound promising!

How am I hating when about half a dozen posts up I was saying I loved some of her material but disliked her approach? Just because she’s done two years of charity shows doesn’t detract from the fact if she spent less time advertising and more time recording she might actually have an album. Several artists do so much fundraising but don’t post about it. Look at Adele with Grenfell for example.

But it isn’t. All I’ve seen of her is advertisements and endorsements and the last new song I remember was First Time. Unless I’ve missed it has she done anything since or worth mentioning?
