Really enjoying Liam Gallagher's 'Shockwave'. It would be great if it could hold Top 20. I notice the video's just been put up on Youtube today. I know audio streams on a Thursday are estimated based on streaming from the rest of the week - is this the same for video streams?

Hope The Cranberries can hold Top 10 with their final album. :)

I was in my local HMV (Dundee) today and half the staff were wearing HMV/Jess Glynne Tshirts. Interesting bit of promotion going on there! :D

I'm sure Elvis Presley should feature in that list of Most Weeks at No. 1 in Hot 100's History.

For me, it only seems fair that 'These Days' gets it's week at No.1. It HAS been the biggest seller for 6 of the last 7 weeks after all. :)

Maroon 5 managed 7 consecutive weeks at No.2 as did All 4 One's ' I Swear' back in '94. ;) Oops, Dan beat me to it!

Yep. Gary's sales are falling off the cliff as expected but he's hopefully holding up just enough, currently on 11.7k. Ed's sales for last week were 11,692. Looks like it's gonna be a close one for No.2. Hope Gary can hold on.

Nice to see George Michael back into the Top 4 from No.7 earlier in the week. Hope he can hold on there. :)

I remember back in 1994, Lush released 'Hypocrite' and Desire Lines' on the same day but with no chance of going for the top. They actually entered at No.52 and No. 60 respectively.

So they can play anything between 40 and 11 in the first hour. Would be good but what an odd selection of songs to play so far!

Hmm, George Michael not making much of an impression. 'L&G' down to 11 and Wham's 'The Final' up to 31. My HMV had loads of 'The Final' near the window display but still no 'Ladies & Gentlemen'.

Does anyone know if Radio 1 will be playing this week's Top 40? My schedule says it's the biggest selling songs of 2016 from 4pm.
