Yep you're correct Feel_The_Fever Only their first 2 releases missed the Top 10 Supersonic (April '94) reached No.31 Shakermaker (July '94) reached No.11 That's why I asked...Is this the end of an era???? :unsure:

Hi Jez, I agree to some extent. But the album will probably drop back next week and when it comes to money generated, I'm not sure if this is really relevant to the boys. Regarding their album and single sales, I absolutely agree. No matter what happens now, Oasis will be one of the biggest British bands in chart history!!!! On a downside it looks like 'Dig Out Your Soul' will be the only Oasis studio album to have only 1 Top 10 hit to it's credit!! :( The end of an era???

Hi Feel_The_Fever, As far as I know there was a mistake on the first update on Tuesday and the sales were for physicals only...hence Oasis were sitting provisionally at No. 1 :o Friday has 'I'm Outta Time' sitting at No 11. :cry:

I'm new to the Britney forum but just want to say I think her material since last year has been fantastic. 'Gimme More', 'Piece Of Me' and the FANTASTIC 'Womanizer'......It's great to have her back in the charts. :cheer:

After 2 days sales it's looking like borderline Top 10!!!! :cry: If you discount 'Lord..... which was a 'download only' release last year, this'll be Oasis' worst chart position for a single in 14 yrs!!!! :o

Hi Jez, When I first heard 'Shoulders' my 2 stand out tracks were Noel's 'Where Did It All Go Wrong' and 'Sunday Morning Call'. His vocals on those tracks are fantastic. The album's really good but I think that 'Be Here Now' get's more unfair criticism!! :unsure: I reckon the jury's still out on TSOTL but it DOES get better with every listen IMHO.....maybe not the best track for a comeback single though!!! :huh: Wonder where 'I'm Outta Time's gonna chart on Sunday...Take That had huge sales this week and Leona's cover of Snow Patrol's 'Run' looks good for a high new entry!!!! :cry:
