Re Last Post: I've just watched Elvis on the 1977 concert singing My Way and it almost brings tears to my eyes. It was so obvious that Elvis was ill. This performance is so poignant from a man who could still deliver such a fantastic performance in such difficult circumstances...... :mellow:

Well done...It was a long time ago.. What happened was: It charted at 25 but the video hadn't been completed. After climbing to No.10 it was announced at the end of that weeks TOTP (by Janice Long if I remember correctly) that the vid exclusive would be shown next week. As it happened the single dropped and TOTP's rules in those days stated that if a single went down the chart, it wasn't eligable to be on!!! By the time Say Say Say had dropped to 14, the video was complete and was exclusively shown on Noel Edmonds highly popular Saturday night BBC show "The Late Late Breakfast Show".....The single climbed back from 14-3 and eventually peaked at No.2 (Takes a gasp of air!) :o

Here's an easy one... 17-7-{2}-2-2-2-2-2-2-3-6-7-10-16-23-28-39-58- (18wks) 1994 Ah, All 4 1...I Swear. This was one of Wet Wet Wet's casualties. I think it might be the longest No. 2 (consecutive weeks?) Here's one of my earliest "strange" chart runs ( I was 14 at the time) 25-10-13-14-3-{2}-2-3-12-18-25-25-29-33-50- (15wks) 1983 There's a reason for this funny chart run which I'll tell you later!
