Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway
okay, okay, i hold my hands up and say i didn't get round to posting a review of the episode on saturday. i didn't get round to actually watching it until sunday morning, and of course, i don't usually make a habbit of coming on here sundays, so forgot all about it so episode 3: features were: super computer ant versus dec win the ads sing along live i'm a celebrity, get out of my ear! the end of the show show extras: game in the first half guest announcer: Rob Brydon all in all, a good episode. the first half saw ant and dec play a game where this lady was on stage, and celebrities were reading extracts from her book- and then afterwards she got a surprise of some sort. either a link to australia, a person in the studio, etc etc but it was related to her extract it was a parody of 50 shades of gray. very amusing the super computer was in southhampton this week, and someone won tickets to new york. next week, it is in gateshead. jerimy kyle was the star of i'm a celebrity, get out of my ear. he was interviewing potential bodyguards. deffenetly not as funny as last weeks. sister sledge took part in sing along live, with their song, we are family. i admit when they said sister sledge, i thought at first.. who are they. i've never heard of them! but i've heard of the song. 2 out of 3 won money, as 1 of them said " oh i don't know the words". in front of everyone. and ant and dec said that's wrong, all sisters know the words!. and that cracked me up in ant versus deck, they read the news, though as pointed out, how is some of what they said news. the last 4 winners of britain's got tallent, for example. or the 7 dwarfs from snow white dec won. (yay!) in win the ads, the lady won all the prizes. i can't help think that's fixed?. she only got 4 questions right in a minit, and then walked away with everything at the end i've never seen anyone " lose the ads?" the end of the show show was some magician, who was actually pretty good. he made ant and dec vannish, and then jerimy had to do the end link highs: ant versus dec (though i usually hate that) win the ads the game in part 1 Rob Brydon as guest announcer lows: i'm a celebrity was really not funny nor was sing along live (because i wasn't so familiar with the song) also i was annoyed because it said in the TV guide that little ant and deck were planning to meet take that, and that never happened. hope they are okay?. (little ant and deck, not take that)

Comedies
i really enjoyed fawlty towers. makes me laugh all the time. i must have watched the entire 2 series loads only fools and horses is a classic commedy. i love some of that porridge is another good one as for currentish stuff, i really like out numbered. for me, it never gets old and i especially like ben (the episode in the chess tournament is hilarious) i enjoyed the kevin eldon show (BBC2 for a few weeks) maranda though a lot will disagree, i got a lot of amusement out of the christmas specials for MRS browns boys, though the movie was a letdown little britain was good bennidorm (not sure it's actually meant to be a commedy, but it does make me laugh in places) oh noel fielding's luxury commedy is fun as well. the second series was better

Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway
episode 2. guest anouncers: mcbusted features: super computer sing along live i'm a celebrity get out of my ear the end of the show show win the ads extras: spin off game of the chase in part 1 called the disgrace new game to win tickets to new york defenetly a good episode this week. i was impressed with i'm a celebrity get out of my ear, despite who they chose no ant Versus deck this week, made the episode better winners all around- the holiday to new york and the ads (when do people ever lose at the ads game anyway?) end of the show show was a bit of a let down, but i apreciate it was diffrent all in all a fun watch

Cancelled shows you wish were still on...

Hi-jacking adverts
fortunately, pop up adverts arn't a problem for me here on the forum what annoys me is the random messages on the screen about finance. i'll go and view a topic, and before every reply is something about finance this also nearly caused me to post a reply as a new thread, though fortunately they have a feature here where if you don't put a title in the subject, it won't post that saved me

Cancelled shows you wish were still on...

Cancelled shows you wish were still on...
here are mine: the exit list. awsome gameshow that only ran for 7 episodes on tuesdays utopia- partly because series 2 did end on a bit of a cliff hanger, and partly because i like the theme tune. lol gladiators- even though it ran in a lot in the 90's, i still think it's got potential the weakest link- popular week day quiz at the time crossroads- soap opera that ran on ITV (the only one i used to watch), but now of course i have emmerdale little britain post some of yours if you have any

BBC Three moves online

BBC Three moves online
when is ITV2 going to start showing family guy? i still can't believe this is happening, BBC3 becoming an online channel. it will be so sad to watch it close, though i hope that all the original commedy will show on the online version.. what's going to replace bbc3?

TV Game Shows
i'm not sure i agree about the once a week thing. gameshows like pointless are good for people to watch when they come back from work and look at the chase i remember when they first put the chase in the 5 PM slot and it's still their, only replaced briefly by something else what does that say about the ratings for the chase

The BRIT Awards 2015
george esra and sam smith performers? no no no. that's put me right off- and even the fact ant and dec are hosting won't change my mind i hope lana del ray wins. and sia

Worst TV shows ever
the jerimy kyle show my problem with that show is once you've seen one, you've seen them all. their are only so many sinarios that you can do with a show like that- who's the father, i think he cheated on me, etc etc, and the people who get on their you just think.. oh will you shut the hell up. please. we're sick of you all ready bargain hunt and dickenson's real deal are so pointless they are hardly worth mentioning. who seriously watches stuff going up for auction or stuff being evaluated for price. people do obviously, but certainly not me. mock the week. attempts to be funny, but it's really not. room 101 after a while judge judy. (uggg!) i agree about splash

TV Game Shows
april, i also used to enjoy watching the weakest link. anne robbinson's comments were always so funny. i wonder if the BBC will ever bring it back? even though anne robinson left the show, why not?. it's a popular show. and look at the success of the ITV revivals. 1 gameshow i forgot to mention was the exit list. i wish they'd renew that for a second series. but oh well, they arn't going to.. so best get used to it. sometimes i wish i was in charge of renewing tv series, so that i could insure all the shows i like got new series, like it or not first thing i'd bring back is fort boyard..

TV Game Shows
so i thought i'd ask. i'm a big game show fan and was wondering what game shows everyone likes?. (current shows), or shows that have been on TV within the past year here are my comments: the link- love the concept. mark williams is a really good presenter, and you can tell from his style that he really enjoys it. varied game, with the last round being really difficult to win which makes the game always new and fresh- you never know how much they will take away with them perfection- i really don't like the presenting style. the guy seems like he just wants it over and does not really want to interact with the contestants (but it's in the script, so he has to do it anyway) the game was good to start off with, now getting boring tipping point: don't see the excitement in it what so ever. i've stoppd watching it the chase- again, it was good to start with- and it's still okay (seeing as their's more than 1 chaser to pick from). think it's time to put something new in the game though. i don't know what, but the current format is getting very repetitive deal or no deal/ countdown: same as tipping point. i'm not interested your thoughts?

Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway
i watch anything with ant and dec in it and can never understand why people arn't their biggist fans they are so funny and liven up any tv show even i'm a celebrity, i can't see anyone else doing it- they break the show up, so it's not just watching celebrities in the jungle, but it's ant and dec being funny as well maybe i hold that view because it's so hard to tickle my funny bone and ant and dec are the only ones who are really able to do it they can just say a word and it's funny

Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway
just saw the first episode of the new series and i'm so glad it's back on! that's my saturday night's sorted for at least the next 5 or 6 weeks all the usual features, undercover (which was brilliant), i won't say anything in case you're going to watch it, but it was funny the super computer ant versus dec win the ads just all the awsomeness from the last series loved the game at the beginning with the school teacher. cute and funny at the same time
