    Why oh dear? It's a fun song and will promote the album which you keep harping on about. You seem to complain when she doesn't get promo spots but when she

    does you complain about what she does, poor woman can't win.

     

     

    don't get me wrong I like the song a lot, but very short and not been mentioned at all this campaign.... did she sing at concert yesterday?

     

    She has sent out a video with Every Day Like Xmas.... she has it 'A' listed on radio 2. She has the video playing on music channels and then doesn't mention it....

     

    I am just hoping she sings it on Graham Norton and she is looking for it to do very well on Xmas week.

     

    Plus it is another cover.......

     

    she has plenty of original material.....

    Never good when your Xmas album is out of Stock on your own website at Christmas when your biggest promo slot is coming up.....

    and Every Days Like Christmas is sneaking up...... 471st now on ITunes.... the SAW Remix is 403rd but I think its the orginal that is capturing the more attention and hopefully she sings this on Strictly

    A good friend of mine is going to Strictly tonight again and has VIP access so hopefully she will meet Kylie.....lucky girl haha.

     

    Wish I had gone last night...was meant to be running a race this weekend but am injured...so frustrating.

     

     

    I left London in October and ever since she has been in London doing promo lol. life decisions! :)

     

    Let us know what Kylie sings please..... I would love a mash up but sadly I bet it doesn't do the album justice.

    seems like it was an epic concert and from the clips I agree!!! pity on Sky Arts rather than ITV or BBC but still good promo going into Xmas week. Also expect a lot of publicity in the papers/gay mags/showbiz news like Dan Wooten on Lorraine on Monday as they all loved it.....

     

    Also on G Norton on 18th Kylie is on with..... David Beckham...... but think she may mostly be singing as there are plenty more guests and wont fit on sofa!......

     

    Now for Strictly appearance..... and Magic FM Kylie Special on Sunday

     

    and don't forget Desert Island Discs

     

    I am also not convinced this relationiship with Joshua Sasse is all that it seems........ we will see...

    Good position and sales but could have done better as Radio 2 promo right at start of week was the sales bagger this week. Still she has had to prepare for Concert so that took up her time....

     

    This week promo starts Sunday really so struggling with sales Friday and Saturday may chart it low on Monday's midweeks (Fri-Sun sales) around 30-40 mark until promo kicks in on Sunday evening. But radio is supporting this week Magic FM and Radio 2 so hopefully steady sales....tomorrow is a big purchasing day so she could do with grabbing some headlines from her concert and get some good reviews.

    Well I have now heard contradicting info that Everyday Like Christmas will be sung on Strictly and CICTYGH will be used a little bit as background too

     

     

    but now just seen the playlister for this weekend and ... http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/playlists/zzzzhg where it lists Warm this Winter..... but then again Josh Groban sang last week and he isn't even on the playlist for that week so maybe it is just music on the show rather than what she will sing.

     

     

    I'm really liking this SAW remix of 'Every Day's Like Christmas'! The original is good but missing that oomph which this just delivers perfectly.

     

     

    I like both versions but looks like they missed the boat again with this song.

     

    its like she has lost the plot with singles...... but its the album that I guess is more important....... but a big single can sell an album

    Whether people buy the album in a shop or online, they are still buying it.

     

     

    but physicals which are usually her strong point are not selling that well in many outlets.... only Tesco..... so missed opportunities so missed sales as a lot of people don't have ITunes accounts and download etc...... in a shop there is the chance to put it out there to casual shoppers... but it isn't being done.

     

    and it is the price of these physicals that is the problem

    ridiculous...... get the sales in the next 2 weeks....... missed opportunities.......

    A sale is a sale, whether it's digital or physical, as I've said, so who cares?

     

     

    because physicals sell more than downloads........ and are more visible in shops to the ocasional buyer who is shopping for food in a supermarket or in HMV buying gifts etc. therefore the chance to grab people's attention

     

    now she has dropped her ITunes prices to 9.99 and 7.99 instead of 10.99 and 8.99 and already the 7.99 version is picking up a few extra sales and up from 38 to 32 this morning.
