RPDR | All Stars | Season 11
Agree with Rob above. I hated Salina first time around but there’s no denying she ate up every challenge. She’s got every right to be bitter because she was clearly the best of the lot. I’d have loved to see more Vivacious too just because she’s given us like 100 sound bites in just three episodes. It seems pointless when they invite the early season queens back now because they just treat them like they’re super old and don’t take them as serious contenders. RuPaul having the cheek to call someone else STIFF!!

BJSC 185 "Beyond The Stars" - Aeralynth (The Conclusion)
So chuffed with those results. It feels like it’s been forever since we’ve done well so yay. I had an inkling based on past entries that Altyr and Taahino might like it, but I wasn’t expecting 18s so a big thank you John and Lindsey. Awesome to get big points from Freidland, Harmonica, Summericia, Eledan, Hendinia, and Baleghde too. Super happy with the winner too. It was a really lovely song and stood out immediately on first listen. I did give my 18 to ILLIT but it wasn’t a discovery for me so I guess this is the best of both worlds. Well done both! And thank you for hosting Tilt!

BJSC 185 "Beyond The Stars" - Reaching Aeralynth
VOTED! I thought this was an incredibly strong final. The stuff from the opposite Semi was really really really strong. It makes the Karlee Girl hit slightly more palatable :(

BJSC 185 "Beyond The Stars" - For whom the journey continues
Disappointed with the SF2 votes as I really enjoyed Taahino and New Lexico. Persephonia were just outside of my votes but could’ve snuck in my top 15 in the finale depending on the strength of SF1. and I had to cut A-Konohagakure too!! Also really disappointed about KARLEE GIRL as I’m obsessed with it at the moment. Glad to be through myself though!

Bop Idol 7 voting - deadline Saturday 30 May 23:59
I was only 7 at the time but I don't know a single song here apart from my own so it should be discoveries galore for me!

BJSC 185 "Beyond The Stars" - Approaching Aelangirh
I had so many potentials this month so I was expecting to see more songs I recognise here, but I don’t know that many. I’ve ended up preferring Mothertopia’s entry to my own this month. Loving ILLIT at the moment too. That’s the definition of massssssive K-pop banger.

RESULTS: JADE - THAT'S SHOWBIZ BABY: THE ENCORE Rate
I agree with Chris on ‘Fantasy’! It wasn’t my 11 but I’d say it’s my second fave on the album. It just builds and builds until this point of pure musical heaven. She sounds amazing on it! And it’s retro style gives it this timeless vibe. It still sounds so fresh to me whereas some of the early solo Little Mix releases don’t hit the same for me anymore. I can’t understand how people could give it a score of 9 or less!!!

Streaming Services Chart Discussion; W/C 01/05/26
I thought this too... I've seen the film because I see mostly everything but I did have the thought, why make a film about this in the first place? It's like making a film now celebrating Jimmy Savile's career in television. No allegations to cover because there were none at that time, but it also features numerous scenes of Michael spending time with children in hospitals and all sorts. It's the elephant in the room.

The 184 - Results
Yay, back to having good winners ! [/shade] A solid pop song and it’s always nice to see a first time winner. Congrats!!! Love when you know 5/10 of the top ten pre - contest but you send something that comes dead last in the semi 🙈 So glad to see East Rukahavian avoid last place again because that would’ve been so unjust this time. Thanks for hosting!

The 184
Why is a full set of votes with both song and artist names being deemed unacceptable tho??? 😆 when the votes were submitted at a time when your OP instructions weren’t most clear and had been misinterpreted by others going by comments in this thread

The 184 - Visa Acceptance and Rejection
Remy Bond can say she's won and finished bottom in two different semi finals now. Can any other artist say that?

The Pop Factor: Season 2 • THE FINAL RESULTS
Happy with that winner! I think they're my least fave overall of the top three but the finale song choice was so undeniable that I had to rank them at No.1 in my votes here. I did make a few discoveries along the way too which was nice as I knew all the Kelly/Lily ones. Well done to all three of you though and lovely write-ups from you all. Amusing to see Joseph talk about the humbling moment in the battle round, teehee 🙊 Thank you so much for hosting Calum. So efficient! It's been a pleasure to take part x

Jester ranks the number 1s of 1987
"Respectable" is a great song. I wish it was more remembered nowadays... it seems a bit underrated to me? My favourite Appleby related song was Kim's solo debut "Don't Worry" though. It's unfortunate that was pipped to the top spot in the 90s.

As you say, the finale minute of this goes OFFFFFF!!! Wish I had fingers as quick as yours on the confirmation button x

Jester ranks the number 1s of 1987
My dad loves "Call Me" by Spagna so I've become fond of it over the years. A bop that I'd have liked to have seen ahead of MJ, for sure.

The 184 - Visa Processing
So it was Nelionoir who beat me to Tiffany Day. An undeniable banger!!!! And you beat to me to Coco & Clair Clair not that long ago too 😭😭😭 I love the LUNA song too but I thought it’d be a veto with how buzzy it seems online. I think they’ll both be big contenders. I’m also familiar with the entries from Charlotte MacIness, Gelli Haha, Arlissa, Nichola Holt, and 2charm. More than usual 👀

The 184 - Visa Applications
9th to confirm but beaten to my top choice 💔

BJSC 183 // The Grand Final Results
Wow, Dandy being the master of landslide wins then! Can't say I ~get~ the track at all but well done anyway :') and I've voted Fljotavik plenty in the past so I'll just pretend it's for "Send Me An Angel" instead. I'm just glad to have qualified this month after all the DNQ predictions. It's funny cause I got votes from countries I'd never have expected it to appeal to (Klum, Aeroche, Skall) but then was snubbed by a good chunk of pop-bloc countries, haha. How can you resist the immaculate vocals of Nicole Scherzinger!? Thank you for hosting John. Beautiful presentation ❤️

The Pop Factor: Season 2 • THE FINAL RESULTS
Aw man... I adore "Falling" too!!! It's my third most played from their debut era behind "If I Could Change Your Mind" and "Forever" which I was able to both send. For those of y'all who did like my entries, I'd urge you to go listen to all of these songs mentioned here 🙊

The Pop Factor: Season 2 • THE FINAL RESULTS
To be honest, I wasn't expecting to get this far even. If I had one more round in me then I'd have 100% gone for "The Steps", then maybe "The Wire" if I survived that. Then I'd have exhausted most of my big hitters. I might've just sent something I loved personally like "Don't Wanna", "Spinning", or "Summer Girl" and then accepted last place.

The Pop Factor: Season 2 • THE FINAL RESULTS
It definitely sucks to come dead last but I always knew that the ballad round would be super tough for HAIM so no surprise really. It's just not something that's really in their wheelhouse. I wasn't lying when I commented in the voting thread that I do prefer the Taylor Swift version but I know she's rather Marmite on here so I thought I'd try my luck with the safer option. I had considered "Hallelujah" but I think it would've got the same 'boring' comments as "Gasoline". My first thought for this round was "Down To Be Wrong" but I was worried it might not be a proper fit for the theme. Anyway, it has been nice to see people say they've made discoveries from some of my entries... just not "Gasoline", ey. I wasn't expecting HAIM to be winning any rounds so to get two 1st places was awesome. It's sad to be losing Troye too because he was probably my other favourite artist remaining in the contest. I'll definitely continue to vote though as each round so far has given me at least one discovery and that's what it's all about!
