The theme will be Oscars/awards themed. If you get a happy celebratory actor gif then it means you've qualified, if you get a sad celebrity gif then it's the end of the road for you.

Also, I genuinely had no idea going opening night that it was about to be this crazy hit with endless TikTok trends like Minions 2. I was dragging my feet booking the tickets because I hadn’t finalised plans and thought it’d be the next big flop like ‘Borderlands’. I had no inkling I’d just be able to grab the last few seats in the house when booking 48 hours before and then that I was about to experience this insane energy. It feels impossible to predict what will hit with the general public and what won’t recently box office wise.

I went opening night and had a crowd who loudly applauded every few minutes at references I didn’t understand because I’ve never played the game. I’ve probably been to the cinema about a thousand times in my life and never ever experienced anything quite like it. They clapped along every time Steve would sing as if we were at a pantomime. Lava chicken, chicken jockey, and the Momoa/Black 69 shot got whoops, hollers, and a standing ovation. It was a bit annoying at first but by the end I just accepted that I was way out the loop and we even clapped along when Steve sings goodbye to his dog. It was nuts! It felt like being at a concert. I thought it was quite fun by the end, haha. I don’t think I’d have enjoyed the film nearly as much if the crowd wasn’t so into it. I wouldn’t want this to be a regular thing though and I’d appreciate if there were different fan screenings where you could act like this, but it’s hard to police and I just end up feeling bad for the cinema staff.
