There's a web called "El Portal de Musica", which is an official one by Promusicae, in Spain (like the OCC in the UK). Everyweek they publish a list of new releases serviced to radio. They had NO promotion or official release in Spain from C&S nor Sweet 7... Their last airplay hit here was About you now, a Top 20 in the official airplay chart and #2 in "Los 40", Spanish biggest radio station.... Hope Freedom gests some spins here!

Thanks 4 sharing... But late 2011 is literally impossible... There's just 13 weeks between Freedom's release and the last week of the year... I don't expect Freedom to stay more than that on chart, tbh... But, in orden to release Hard in late 2011, they'll have to make a video, send it to radios, etc, in Freedom's 3r or 4th chart week... And that would be a suicide. It will obviously be released in 2012.

However, while the official EU Trademark website now lists Mutya - who founded the band with Keisha and Siobhan Donaghy in 1998 - as owner of the name Sugababes, she only has the rights to use the name to sell limited amount of products. I don't agree... That could happen a few years ago, when the official Spanish chart was "only physicals" and did not reflect at all what was popular or not due to almost anyone releasing a physical single anymore... Now it reflects what's hot and what's not. There's programmes on TV (on 40tv, mtv, etc) showing this chart and many people check it every week. Still, that's for sure, Spain doesn't have a "chart culture" like in the UK or US...

Do you have previous weeks digital charts, The Bomb? I would like to know total digital sales for Clamaran and Soraya's "Live your dreams" (charted at #47 four weeks ago).

Thanks for the digital chart! Hope you can post it every week! Now I'm totally convinced it only counts digital songs from iTunes and other stores... Marta Sanchez, for example, #14 on the Official Top 50 by Promusicae, despite not doin good on iTunes... and, as we can see, #44 on downloads. So it's #14 on the official thanks to ringtones and mastertones. Soraya/ Clamaran raised a lot in iTunes last week due to the album release, and they have made it to #43 on this download chart... but didn't make it in the official top 50 because of lack of ringtone or ad on TV...

Interesting to see that "Digital chart" with sales... Thanks for posting. I think that's only DIGITAL sales... I mean, iTunes, 7digital, etc... Not counting mobile downloads or mastertones... For example, Fangoria's "Ni tu ni nadie" is #26 in this chart but #43 in the official Top 50 by Promusicae. It was high on iTunes but as a new song it has no ad for ringtones on TV or anything like that.... That chart you've posted looks a lot more like the iTunes chart than the official published by Promusicae which also includes mobile and tones.

TBML was an amazing single... A shame it only peaked at #12... although it had a great chart run (8 weeks in the Top 20 and 24 weeks in Top 100).

Really??? It's only #29 on airplay this week (climbing from 60 something...).... Radio 1 has totally ignored the song... Anyway. It'll be a Top 5! Glad for Enrique.

-Bionic was the lowest selling #1 album in 8 years. -Bionic was the biggest drop for an album or single in the history of the UK charts falling 1-29 (Previously George Harrison with 1-18). And... I think another record could be broken this week, (as it's not Top 40 in the midweeks) #1 Album with less weeks inside the Top 40 (just 2).

Lena is Top 5 in every single european country, except UK and France, where the single is not released. (Such a stupid decision to make the song "album-only" in the Eurovision CD...) I can't believe the UK entry is not even Top 100 in iTunes! Not very good, but, c'mon it was not THAT bad! lol. When was the last time a UK entry didn't make the official singles chart Top 100????

Yours were quite high... The only explanation for the info you were given is that those were the sales for UK and Ireland or something like that...
