The forthcoming new single from Blondie, "I Want To Drag You Around", was given its world premiere on the Ken Bruce show on BBC Radio 2 last Thursday morning (3rd April 2014). According to KB, it is to be the lead single from the band's new studio album, which he said will be released in May as part of the 40th anniversary double album package (already listed on this thread in the "coming soon" albums, but with an expected due date of October). The Radio 2 website gives the record label as Eleven Seven Music Europe. No precise release date was mentioned for the single, but presumably it will be some time in April or May. It sounds fab, by the way - with a great, lilting melody, spacey synths and a pop feel.
