Well they can obviously sing if thousands of people voted for them. I wonder if All Saints would have the same effect if they were on reality tv. Urban pop and William Orbity sound isn't them writing their own stuff either. They do the lyrics so credit where credits due. It's Xenomania I'm a fan of. I like Girls Aloud a lot but I think if another band was releasing these songs I'd like than band too - theyre a good outlet for the tunes.

I reckon Catch You will get her back into the publics eye and buzzjacks eye...so hope so. Her albums so need to be talked about.

Ohh thats awful when you put it like that. All those huge names and Westlife actually will be shoved in amongst it. We've gone mad.

Girls Aloud have their own sound though.

They're hardly similar. All Saints V Spice Girls would at least be a reasonable poll. I love Girls Aloud for their infectious, darn right dirty pop music of enternal greatness.

I rememner that Buffy show! :D Anyway Im just listening to them now...haven't in ages. I think whats good about them is they tought themselves how to play instruments and stuff just because they left school and didn't know what to do...and some of their songs still sound good, PUNKA is a classic. :dance:

The cover is the promo cover so at least it's out there. I hope that it does well for her. I'm really loving the song right now since it's been announced...it's a bit long tho so I think they should chop about a minute of it so we dont have to wait until the song peaks.

Actually when her band theaudience split up, she modelled for a while to keep things going, then she got Groovejet and the rest is history. She's also the face of Monsoon at the mo. I totally agree!

I can't believe it was made in 1994! She doesn't look that much older I think...and yeah, she was awesome. At least it was a bigger part than in Kath & Kim.

Nimrod for me. It was the 1st one I bought & at the time I just listened to it for about 3/4 months constatnly - every day as I was that mad about it. It's since pissed me off that people I told of that at the time only got interesyed when American Idiot came out but hey ho, as long as people hear the greatness; all that matters!

It' deffo the only 1st reality single release that doesnt sound like it took 5 minutes to write, that isn't a cover and that I like - out of every reality band ever. A lot of the reality stars rush release just a random song that has no reflection of them, where as Girls Aloud were so lucky to have that song. It's a fantastic tune.

I was gonna chose Life Got Cold but at least it was an original song so... See The Day. Absolutely stupid single to release when they had a fantastic ballad like Whole Lotta History which would have done quite well at Xmas if they'd have had some confidence in the group doing well.

What did she say about them? Damn Cheryl is annoying.

It amuses me as the press have turned it into All Saints have spat at Girls Aloud. And I dont care what anyone says, they're platinum selling artists who have a lot of fans. The same people that All Saints would appreciate buying their singles. They could have had a better put down really, seeing as they're so not "stupid." :wacko:

Catch You is probably out in January. A demo of Catch You with Cathy Dennis has leaked and a song called Colour Me In. Both are some of the best songs she's ever done...the video of Catch You was directed by Sophie Muller (she's done Gwen, Sugababes etc) as well, so should be really cool. Come back Sophie.

I was just thinking about this. Theyre so not in the public eye right now. I think they should either go for a big release or wait for a couple of years as when they do release it, it could be a good comeback.

I think she's very lucky in that she can do anything she wants. For me she's more appealing and a better role model than Paris Hilton for example. Taking a year off wont do her much harm as she's still gonna be in the public eye and still singing on her show. Oh, just thought! She could release her theme tune. I'd buy it. :D

Thats rich, hes f*cking responsable for half the $h!te thats been in the top 40 recently, with all these people who come from his shows. Grrrrrrr, he gets on my t*ts so much. And like said he cares more about money.

Yeah I like the darkness of this album. My favourite is probably New or Six Feet Under.

I saw this on the release schedules and just thought 'what the hell' but its for a good cause so hopefully it'll do well.

I saw an ad for this. It looked really sci fi and geeky. I maybe watch but I dont think I'll enjoy it from the advert. Tho Captain Jack - yay. Tittikaka from Ab Fab - yay.
