Heidi says she misses singing & performing in new interview
Yeah I think mocking chart positions in a forum dedicated to the line up of a band whose singles chart history is 6, 12, 13, 30, 51 and an album that peaked at #18 (21 years after it failed to reach the top twenty) is a little ironic.. As said, poor chart positions don't mean bad material.

Heidi says she misses singing & performing in new interview
I mean, you brought it up :D but sure, when somebody brings up statements from the girls themselves, it becomes irrelevant. I love the Sugababes, all of them, but lets not pretend that their career from 2012 until 2022 was some glittering success. They did about as much as Heidi and Amelle did for the last decade.

Heidi says she misses singing & performing in new interview
I agree with all apart from not deserving to be kicked out. I'm not saying she did deserve to be, purely because we don't know what happened that caused that breakdown between Keisha, Heidi and Amelle but if her actions and her behaviours over that last 12 months were deemed that bad to have the record label ask Heidi and Amelle to come back to the band after they quit, maybe there was grounds for her removal. Obviously, not nice for Keisha and I did and do feel sorry for her, but I do find the revisionist history that comes from this band and some of its fanbase to be absolutely laughable. As you say, Siobhan called her a bully. Keisha admitted that both her and Mutya went out of their way to ignore Heidi when she first joined. But sure, it's all Heidi and Amelle's fault because "the sacred three" or some shit.

Heidi says she misses singing & performing in new interview
I find it just as interesting that people are completely unwilling to think that maybe, just maybe, Keisha did things that led to her departure also. She's also not an entirely innocent victim really is she? She spent 8 years saying absolutely nothing nice about Siobhan, she wouldn't even say her name in interviews and would only ever refer to her as "the other girl", it took her about 3 years to say anything nice about Mutya too. That is without getting into the things Siobhan used to say about her. I really don't understand the horrible things people have to say about her. She isn't the strongest singer of the Sugababes but once Freak came out, did anybody actually care that Siobhan wasn't there anymore? Let's be honest, 9 out of 10 people at that point would only have ever heard Overload and maybe Run For Cover at a push. Is she going to trouble the charts as a solo artist? Absolutely not but is any member of the Sugababes going to do so? Are the Sugababes even going to do so?

Who is your favourite Sugababe?
I'm a rarity, I love all six in different ways. 6 has to be Jade. Not because of anything that she did, not because she isn't an absolutely fantastic singer (I actually prefer her vocals on Sweet 7 over Keisha's) but she never got the chance to be a Sugababe. That whole period was such a mess. Started out with Amelle going off grid, Heidi was a wreck and just looked broken. The album didn't do well, they disappeared for 18 months and then it was over when Freedom got given away for free. 5 is Amelle. She had to replace Mutya, come on now! She doesn't sing the songs that came before her as well as Mutya did, but nobody could and I think she contributed so much. Red Dress is better with Amelle, About You Now is all Amelle, the sing off between her and Keisha in No Can Do. I'd say her arrival exacerbated the media rather than being the start of it because it was always there. I also bloody love that infectious cackle. 4 is Siobhan. Let me preface this by saying I love Siobhan because I know 1.0 is the favoured line-up here (and I do love her :D, I'm not just saying it for that reason. I still listen to her solo stuff all the time, and the harmonies between her, Mutya and Keisha are just beautiful. However, I don't really love her voice when she's singing Sugababes songs. I personally think that her ability to produce the amazing harmonies means people give a pass to not great solo vocals. People act like there is a huge gulf between her vocal ability and Heidi's and honestly, I just don't hear it myself. Obviously there is the stand out moments (Stronger middleeeeeeee-eeeeeee-eeeeeeeee-eeeeeeeee eight). I feel this is the most controversial thing I'll possibly ever write and probably not the easiest place to get agreement but I'll stand by it none the less. 3 is Keisha. I bloody love Keisha Buchanan. I'm so proud as a fan to have watched her grow over the last 20 years, both in personality and vocals. She got treated badly at the end, in my opinion more by Island and Crown than Heidi and Amelle, but the honest thing to say is I don't believe the revisionist history about 1.0 that now comes from the girls. It is clear there was obvious disdain between Siobhan and Keisha for years. Now I'm so glad they've put that behind them, moved on and become friends because it's led to an amazing album (10 years in the waiting :D) and an amazing tour. I don't think that it gets mentioned enough just how strong Keisha's vocals are now. Her adlibs on Stronger this year are just incredible. I'm happy for her more than any of the girls that she got to come back to this group and whenever it ends, hopefully gets to end it on her own terms. She deserved much better than she got. 2 is Heidi. I swear this isn't just because she's a fellow scouser. The Sugababes for me is MKH. Paraphrasing Keisha in the Overloaded documentary, for me Sugababes became the Sugababes when Heidi joined. One Touch is a great album, but it's not the one that makes me want to go back every day. She was there for so much, she worked so hard. I read people get annoyed seeing Heidi fans wishing she could go back and I'm one of the people who, if it was right for her and right for them, I would love to see. I don't want a line-up change, I want the four of them for a night, a show (preferably one I'm at). I'm glad to see Keisha and Mutya soften their stance, and be a little more respectful of the work she put in alongside them for years than they once were. She doesn't have an amazingly strong voice, but she has a great tone to it. On a personality level, she is my #1. 1 is Mutya. The fact that Mutya didn't find solo success after Real Girl absolutely astounds me. One of the most underrated singers in the country. I used to feel the same way about Lee Ryan from Blue, except Mutya can still sing. That rich voice, the harmonies she can produce, the huskiness. Imagine how much different the history of the Sugababes could have been had she not felt pressured to come back in 2005. A superstar that never was.

Sugababes - The Lost Tapes (8th "studio" album)
This is my opinion too. Not just that I entirely disagree with re-recording somebody's vocals (and as much as I love Heidi its not just about her vocals, I disagreed when they were going to re-record One Touch tracks too, it shouldn't happen to any member), I don't want a legacy act whose only career is about 2 decade old songs. I want them to be a relevant, current act recording new music and touring. It's great to hear the songs with Siobhan on them, why do we need them to waste effort re-recording songs for the bare minimum return. The Lost Tapes just did 1,000 sales, re-recording the hits would do nothing much more than that when they probably could get a top ten album of new, promoted material.

Sugababes ● General Discussion
Just bear in mind that they promised the album was coming in 2014 and 2015 and I'm fairly sure 2016 too. Until that album is actually available to buy I won't get my hopes up.

Keisha owns Sugababes now, bitch!
So technically Crown own the trademark until at least September 2016 for it to have been five years of non-activity? In which case Crown's record label and whichever publishing company owns the Sugababes rights could simply release 'Sugababes: The Ultimate Collection' in the summer and that would count as activity of the name? I don't know how this all works lol. I'm not particularly bothered who gets the name, I don't think it will help MKS personally, but Crown legally owned the name where Keisha never has so that's surely got to give them some leverage?

Sugababes ● General Discussion
Of course they've treated fans like crap. They haven't even had the decency to say anything. They haven't communicated anything at all. I do have no idea what's happened to them, that's their fault because they've said jack all. They had an album complete in August 2013. My point still stands, there is no need for her to be a bitch to somebody when she's at least partially responsible for people asking questions about this reunion that was announced well over 2 years ago and why it has only resulted in one single, one leak and six tour dates.

Sugababes ● General Discussion
Come on, its fair to question why "soon" has lasted over two years. I understand things may be happening but they've treated us like crap. Nothing at all for two years, nothing. If she, and its not just Keisha but the other two as well, is honest with herself can she really blame people for thinking its over?

Jade Ewen Down For Sugababes Reunion
I imagine that could be awkward considering all of the songs on the updated greatest hits wouldn't feature 2/3 members though. My ultimate reunion is The Big Sugababes Reunion on ITV2. A documentary series, one gig with all six girls alongside an updated GH, with re-recorded version of their UK #1s as a six piece. Maybe some unreleased songs from each line-up.

Jade Ewen Down For Sugababes Reunion
Is there? Their debut single didn't show that there is interest in them. Waiting until 2013 was too long to wait after Keisha's Sugababes departure, we're six years past that whole situation and there has been nothing concrete from any of the girls since the tour. Just endless promises of "soon". I was excited when they announced their reunion (I'd have preferred 2.0 to be the reformation but I was still excited). Now I just don't care after they and their 17 management companies since reformation treated their remaining fans like shit. I think in reality, the anticipation of an MKS OR 4.0 reunion is at rock bottom levels.
