  1. Super interview - so Will. I just loved it. Loved all the pics too. I thought the red socks and pink trousers went well together, but then my taste is probably as weird as Wills. Thanks for posting both SWF. :D Is that the price tag in the yellow coat pic?
  2. What a great review for CO. This album really has hit the spot. :cheer: Thanks for posting it SWF. I'm still bewildered about which thread is which. :???: Is there going to be a singles pinned specifically for single reviews? Then another for chat? Beware of aging - your memory starts to play tricks.

Thanks Sunday. :D Still very good indeed.

Goodness you must have eyes like a hawk phil. I didn't even see there was writing under the new banner.

He really is doing exceedingly well with this album. He so deserves it. I hope you're better soon Suggy. Nothing worse is there. :friends:

New banner looks good doesn't it. I'm not up on how to make banners, but could the credit somehow be put along the side of the piece that didn't have a pic. :???: Maybe Carol would know how. Just editing to say I've looked again and there doesn't seem to be a place where there isn't a pic. Maybe on the right-hand side at the bottom.
  7. Great to be back. :yahoo: Yesterday I got the what I call "roving" website - you know where the background is static and the rest moves  - but to-day I'm getting "Page cannot be displayed etc". So thanks Sunday for letting us know what is happening. :D I'm not on Facebook, Twitter or anything else. Couldn't possibly keep up with all that - I wouldn't know where I was. Where's the thumbs up emicon gone? :???:
  8. Thanks TT. I wonder what they do with brushes in the video. :o The mind boggles :whip:

This thread completely passed me by yesterday. If it's #2 that's been chosen that's great. Difficult choice as all Carol's banners are great. :cheer:
  10. Has Come On actually been confirmed as the next single? My OS page doesn't seem to think so, but it may be out of date. I really am such a bad fan that I can't remember the song very well. Oh dear I'll just have to have another listen. B-) Incidentally, whilst I see there's been a new OS website, (and very tasteful it is too) does anyone know why we haven't a forum any more.

Thanks all. I did try and post once or twice earlier in the year, but had bad spells so had to give up, but now I haven't felt so well for what seems like years so yipee. :yahoo: Thanks for the video clip phil. If my memory's still with me he did some weird and wonderful things (when doesn't he  ) at Hay that year. What other top class singer would have done such an interview. Crazy but nice.

Well Hello. :D I hope you remember who I am. Haven't been very well last few months, but hopefully on the mend. Keeping fingers crossed. I've been so out of touch with everything, so I've been a very bad fan recently. :o But Mr Young seems to have been very busy whilst I've been away really hitting the top spots. :cheer: I love the album, although I only got it last week  What I've read in the past day the reviews have been outstandingly good, which is absolutely wonderful to hear, bearing in mind all the muck we've had to read in the past. I see he's doing a theatre tour. Needless to say I haven't got tix, but then at the moment I'm taking things one day at a time. Hopefully, those who know me know what I'm talking about. So I'll have to rely on pix and reviews from you lucky people! It seems to have been like years, that I've amost forgotten how to post, so I'll try to get it right.
  13. I know, I know - so much going on in Will's world, and I've been in Canada and now here in US. Just left NYC, and about to go down to Philadelphia then Washington. B) Only got 15 minutes free on here, so not much time to catch up now, but I will next week, when I get back. It's 4.30pm here, so I suppose you'll all be having you morning snacks. :coffee:
  14. I'm still around, just not posting at the moment. But thanks to everyone for all the information on the gigs and tweets.
  15. Sorry TT - I was confused :w00t: - doesn't take much now I'm in my dotage. It wasn't Radio 1 (shame on them :arrr: but of course not unexpected  ), but BBC 6 on the link BYm+m gave.
  16. Thanks so much everyone for the info. It sounded great - Radio 1 - AND Will's name actually mentioned. :o Think I'm about to faint.

I don't even think it's a proper transfer TT. It's one of those things that you just stick-on. Don't think l'd liked to have been around when he took it off - ouch!!
  18. That's it. Thanks TT.
  19. There's an interesting piece over on OS, posted by some kind peep, from the Oxford Mail. Unfortunately I don't know how to bring it over.

Thank goodness I didn't dream it. For one moment I thought old-age was getting to my brain as well as my body!

Thanks SWF. Did I read somewhere that he's going back Aug/Sept, or did I just dream it? I personally think he should to take advantage of the goodwill.

Glad you've got someone to go with you. :D I would have loved to have come with you, but I just can't make long journeys at the moment. :(
  23. That deserves a celebration. :cheer: Send her my congratulations.

Thanks for posting the brilliant comments SWF, and thanks too to you TT for keeping us up-to-date with the number of spins etc. :cheer:
  25. This has been going on since the beginning, and unfortunately it's not gonna stop anytime soon, if ever. :( I don't even bother applying for these gigs now as I feel I can almost guarantee who's gonna get the tickets - and it wouldn't be me.
