Music WeekStations schedule celebrities and special gigs for the festive season
by Paul Williams
The return of Chris Tarrant and the first UK airings of some of Bob Dylan's acclaimed XM Satellite Radio shows are among the star attractions of Radio Two's Christmas and new year line-up.
The BBC network will broadcast six of Dylan's US-based programmes over the holiday period, beginning on December 23, before sister station 6 Music takes over on New Year's Eve ahead of it starting a weekly Friday night run of the shows on January 12.
Tarrant, who since exiting Capital's breakfast slot after 17 years in April 2004 has been an annual fixture of Radio Two's festive schedules, will return again to the station this year with a two-hour New Year's Day programme from 8pm.
A Dolly Parton special on Christmas Day afternoon is also among the station's end-of-year plans, which will further include one-off shows hosted by Ronan Keating and Will Young and additional airings of concerts under its Live And Exclusive banner by acts such as Coldplay, The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen and Take That...

The pain sometimes means it is getting better - strange but that is what happened to my hand. The nerves are coming back to life. Hope you have some decent painkillers like Co-Dydramol. Hope you get better soon.
Thanks Dot. At least it isn't infected as happened last time, and yes I do have strong painkillers - trouble is they put me to sleep. Maybe just as well as I can't do anything. Hope your hand is getting OK now.

I got one too and clicked the scam button on Internet Explorer!
I also forwarded the email about Lemar back to Adam Griffin at SonyBMG! I said I didn't want to know about Lemar but would like to hear when Will's concert was being available on download or on the television. I also said I thought is was terrible that they hadn't acknowledged the petition.
Wish I'd though of that Dot - I just deleted.

I got one of those yesterday Chrysalis. I thought it was one of those horrible scam things at first until I noticed SBMG. Bloody cheek. :arrr:
Sorry about the stitches pet - bet they itch like mad.
In a way I'm glad I'm not the only one then Munchkin - couldn't believe my eyes. It's really made me see red. http://www.smileypad.com/v202/Cache/Angry/Argh.gif
As for the stitches - no they don't itch, but my foot is being more difficult now painwise, than it was last week. Think I'll go and bury myself in a hole. :(
-
-
I'm also a bit upset that they didn't take the stitches out last Monday - got to wait until next week now - that'll be 3 weeks. Mind you as I can't drive or do much until Christmas I suppose an extra week won't go amiss, but it's really cheesed me off, and what with no BJ until to-day............
-
Didn't realise you had to register. Glad to see we're back on line to-day though. Missed BJ.
I'm really angry to-day. I've just received the following unsolicited e-mail from HSBC advertising credit cards BUT it says it was sent on behalf of SBMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How dare they - when they can't even be bothered to send me stuff about Will.

Had to come in here this morning :) Had a lovely day in Tamworth with the girls and won the star prize, a gorgeous signed pic of Will from the tour
And now the news that he's home :cheer: As weekends go it was a good one ;)
Glad you had a great time Lainey and won the star prize. I remember I was due to go to the 1st Tamworth meet-up, got the hotel booked and everything, and then couldn't make it in the end.
Will's "back in town". :yahoo:  :cheer:

Paste in the URL. Then click ok.
Hope this helps chrysalis.
As for my fusing the lights, I was dusting & managed to pull awall light off the wall. When trying to fix it I must have touched a wire with the screw driver. Luckily I'm still here to tell the tale.
Thank goodness you're all right TT. I had a similar experience years ago when we moved into a new house, and I was doing some wallpapering. The previous people had taken the wall lights just leaving the wires sticking out, and silly me didn't cover them as I thought they were dead. Caught one with my left hand. As it did you, it frightened the life out of me.
Thanks for the instructions re pics
- I downloaded a so-called upgrade of Internet Explorer, and ever since then I've had some right problems.

Having some problems sleeping at the moment so am often haunting the boards at a ridiculous hour  Oh well, increases the Will time I guess B)
Loving the pics F/G
Sorry about that Lainey - know what it's like not to be able to sleep. Hope you get a decent night's sleep soon. http://www.smileypad.com/v202/Cache/Personal/Group-Hug.gif

I think it must be automatic reaction. I was looking at how short his waistcoat was and then realised that his jeans (not again Will) were rather low and there was that little triangle of white!
There's so many things that catch your eye in a new Will pic.Too true Suggy - you have to have eyes everywhere!!

Is there any other way
Should be a nice little earner for Will though ;)
Think I might be a bit old and withered for the oldest profession.
(Seriously as I can't get out the house at the moment I'm having to borrow for everyday needs. It'll be paid back as soon as I can get to the Bank. Actually I'm saving money, as I can't get to the shops I don't buy all those totally unnecessary things we all buy from time to time like expensive cream cakes, or yet another gadget I can't possibly need, let alone use, etc  ).

Daily Will Rant Thread. (anything, happy? sad? or angry?)
in 20th Century Retro
Some of the press wouldn't know the truth if it got up and bit them, let alone print the truth. It might get in the way of a "good" story!!!!!!!!!!!!
They sure do need a reality check Munchkin - it's long overdue, and I don't just mean in connection with Will.
